I have had nothing but great service. Ordered a pair of shoes which arrived within 10 days of placing the order. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and with help of Ashley a correct size was replaced within few week. So thank you Ashley for all your help... you provided great service!

I will definitely use this site again for sure

Good customer service

I order two pair of shoes and they didn't fit. Very good quality. Such a shame my feet are too big because the shoes are beautiful. I will give them to my daughter and I know she will love them. Was extremely happy with customer service. Thank you.

I ordered a dress nearly a month ago, it was back ordered, and they were supposed to have it in stock on august 8th. As of right now, there is still no communication from the company on when to expect a shipment, despite the couple of emails I sent. Nothing sent back. Very poor/nonexistent customer service. And I'm a laid back easy person who doesn't fuss, but... Buyer beware, they have no customer service. On top of that I got an email to rate their service. Well, so far it's in the minus score, and never shopping with them again.

Great sandals

I ordered two pair of sandals, received them in a timely manner but they were too small. When I ordered them there was not a size chart for their sizing. I ordered my size but the sandals were a bit short. Also did not know that shipping would be from China so return and exchange would have been too costly. The company is giving me a small refund (may actually just cover the shipping costs that I have not yet been billed for). I wish the website were more comprehensive as the product is very good and I'm sorry that I won't get to wear them as they are. Very pretty and look to be well made. I will either give mine to a friend or donate them.

Very very bad services

I order some goods from new chic Internet shop were was very clear that the delivery time was 7 days, past near 2 weeks from the day I order this items with out any news or aacknoledgment, finally I have a answer by e mail to my complains with the comment that I have to wait more time, this is the worst services experience that I have I will suggest to people if you don't want a horrible experience don't order from this site, they pocketed the money and after that they don't care about the customer.
Never never again touch this site of gánsters

I ordered 13 items, and was disappointed, when the customer service informed me about several missing items that had been sold out in my color and size. I was very annoyed about the long, over a few weeks lasting process of finding items to replace the missing ones. But the customer service person, "Alis", saved the situation totally by genuine friendliness, and at the end I feel happy, and would order again from NewChic. Beautiful clothes!

All I can say that I put two orders in first one arrived and perfect in every way.
The second I was quite surprised with the quality, then I found the sandals were to big, after contacting new chic.com this was settled and the services I ran into was very polite and was resolved very quickly, so in my this type of service required a score of 10/10 this is an honest view of actual events.

So at least others received a response from customer service. I have been waiting over a month and still no shoes and no response to my inquiries. 3 pair ordered a month ago all at the same time and nothing. This site is a scam. Please avoid!

I was very skeptical about buying from this site, and I experienced issues with the delivery of my product. I still haven't received my package but EVERY TIME I SEND AN EMAIL TO THEIR CUTOMER SERVICE DESK I GET A RESPONSE ON THE SAME DAY, ASSURING ME THAT MY MATTER IS BEING ATTENDED TO.
Still haven't received my package but they have made *******@nd shipping of the same product to make sure I get it.

When my new shoes arrived I was delighted they came so quick, but they were too big. Talking to consultant's that we're very understanding they agreed to send another pair of shoes and I only had to pay delivery fee. They are a great company I can't wait to shop for more stuff in the future.
