I am amazed they stay in business. I ordered a pair of men's shoes. Size ten. Finally (after back order) they arrived and were way too small. Not close to a size ten as compared to my other shoes. I sent an email requesting return and refund.
They OFFERED me a 50% refund and told me I could keep the shoes and give them to someone that could use them. WHAT? STAY AWAY! Awful..
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes which the size bigger than the normal size. Contacted Banggood for the return. They offered the half price refund for 2 of 3 pairs of shoes. I'm not totally happy with the solution, but it fair enough as I don't waste for the cost to return.
I can honestly say that NewChic is a great place to buy from. They have the neatest styles of everything. I love the different and unique designs of their shoes.
The customer service is quick and very friendly. They aim to please and definitely did it for me.
I am going to buy from them in the future!

After the first review in august 2017, I got an automated answer (which was also dated in 2016...) Well, it does not satisfy at all. No answers to the emails I sended, I got them bounced because the adress doesn't exist any more? I'll keep on posting my pooor experiences to warn others not to do bussiness with them, until I have my money refunded.

After much teeth pulling NewChic accepted that they should provide a full refund. Didn't arrive within the 48 to 72 hours stated and they said another 48 to 72 hours at which point I lodged a dispute in the resolution centre at PayPal. Apparently, NewChic see that as grounds to further delay the refund rather than just paying it. BUYER BEWARE folks!

Thanks for the response NewChic but you have not answered my criticism at - hardly surprising as my main complaint is that you do not listen! My complaint was that items were in stock and mysteriously not in stock within 2 days - why had you not allocated them to me in the first instance? I still do not have a refund and nothing was dispatched. I have been told that I wasn't entitled to a refund of freight (why not), then that the staff member who sent me that email was wrong (obviously). Your staff are poorly trained; your processes simply crap.
Because of my inaccurate address information, my merchandise was not sent to and returned. However, thanks to the enthusiasm and good after-sales service, you have been continuously exchanging information and supporting me. Now I got the goods back. Everything is fine. I am very satisfied with your products and services.

The shoes did not come close to fitting. I require a 10 6E... There reply: To expensive to return! They wanted me to send pictures of my foot with a ruler to indicate the true size. No response. It took 30 plus days for the order to come in. PayPal only gives 45 days to submit a grievance. I missed the cut off. I guess that the $63.55 is helping the Chinese Government. The shoes tend to run small so check your feet size accordingly. The shoes are lovelier than shown in the picture and extremely comfortable. I'm just sorry their size 10 doesn't fit me :( and they don't go any higher in sizes.
My first email with them was because the size I wear in the US must be one size smaller than their sizes. I asked for an exchange, they were wonderful communication with me and helping me to get the right size. I will definitely be shopping their site in the future.
The seeds were here in 3 weeks and they were coming from China. I'm not sure how they will grow since I need to start them inside next year. Very happy to receive them in such a timely manner. Will inform you of growth.

An "BACKORDER" status on one pair. They asked if I wanted a refund. TERRIFIED I screwed up after reading all the reviews. FIRST TWO arrived after 4 weeks and the size was PERFECT! Less than a week later the THIRD PAIR arrived! I am PLEASED with the quality, size and PRICE! Shipping (from China) understandably long but that should be expected!
I have used NewChic quite a few times over the last months and always find them extremely helpful it things are not quite right. The packaging and post is as they state a few weeks but they generally keep you notified by tracking.
When I have had a faulty or other problem with an item they respond to my e-mails quickly and efficiently. I have had refunds without any quibble from them.

A dress I bought basically fell apart at the seams after washing. When I emailed the company they were more than helpful. They offered me a new dress but the size was out of stock so they offered me a full refund and then processed it.
I love the shoes, fun and cute. And I did not pay close attention to the sizing chart (you need to measure carefully!) and the shoes came slightly too small. I figured that was that, but customer service reached out to me, wanted to try and figure out what was wrong and how it happened, and then fully refunded the purchase price!
I will definitely order from them again!
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
