If you have to a size 2 to 3 times bigger than your normal size, that means this shyt is coming from China. Everyone in Asian countries are smaller than everyone in the US. I wouldn't order a dog collar from these companies

Ordered shoes from new chic and banggood same time. New chic shoes came first in 4days. All shoes were too big, so I had to write to both companys.

Only one shipped in a timely manner; the others sat in processing for a week and today i revived an email indicating one item is out out of stock and the others are back ordered when. I came and read these reviews and i canceled the out of stock item. I then decided to cut my losses and cancel the back ordereds on my order only to to receive this error message

I ordered shoes from this company. They arrive 7 weeks after I ordered them. They didn't fit properly. Customer service wanted me to measure my feet, take photos of my feet measured. Get this, using a ruler. They said they had to make sure I was measuring my feet according to their website. There were no website instruction. This type of correspondence went on for over a week. The shoes were sandals with an elastic back that was made too tight, causing my foot to push forward with discomfort. I asked for shipping label and refund. After another week, they offered my half refund and 100 points, wich equals a one dollar credit to use their site again. I finally gave up and said issue credit. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. I'll take my losses, report them to the NYS attorney general office. Do not, I mean do not order from this company. In America we are entitled to return any merchandise for full refund with proof of purchase. This is not an American company and they rip off us Americans!

For my first order to Newchic I accidentally made a mistake on the size that I needed. When the dress was delivered I was pleased with it, it was a lovely blue the style was to my liking but it was too tight across the bust. When I contacted customer service I was in touch with Anita who arranged for me to get the dress in the correct size for the cost of the postage. The dress arrived as pretty as the first one and fit me! If this had not worked this well I would have not ordered again but with such a good company response to my problem I ordered another dress and now wait for this little treasure. Thanks New Chic
What you see is not what you get. They post misleading photos of their items.
See, for instance, the attached photos. A "3D pillow" turns to be a regular pillow with cheap 2D print.

New chic company is located overseas "CHINA" if you guys are thinking about getting anything from them you better think twice. The freight service is the worst experience for an online company. They ship over the national postal service all the way no matter where you are located you purchase is going to arrive at least 3 or 4 after your placed the order. They dont use a faster carrier like ups or FeDex, it means that probably you never received your order as you think or the package got lost in transit. Very bad experience

The company's return policy is a joke. First, I tried every outlet to reach them -- live chat (30 minute wait), email (no answer) Facebook messenger (finally got a response). I asked for a mailing label to return three dresses that didn't fit (sizes are weird). They kept directing me to the customer service web page, which DOESN'T HAVE a section on returns! Then I was told I had to take a picture of the dresses, supply the codes from my package's mailing label and pay for the return shipment to China. I'm so over this experience I'm going to donate the dresses to Goodwill and just take the $140 loss. Cheap comes at a high price with this company,

After ordering two bags from new chic. I read the reviews which seemed to alarm me. So many negative reviews. But today my bags arrived after 6 days from order date I am so pleased with both of them. Received my "size 10" shoes. Nice product, good price but not close to a 10. Found a chat room, after 2 hours they responded. I was told i could send back to China! And i should check with post office for pricing. Told him that wasn't happening so he wanted pictures of my foot... i'm not making this up. Sent him pics with a ruler next to my foot and the shoes next to that. He wanted more pics about the width. Whole thing is a joke. Said they would respond in 48 hours... 5 days ago. I ordered a size large skirt that was too small. Many of their customer reviews complain of this but New Chic refuses to adjust its sizing. They emailed me a form to review their customer service, but there was no option to comment on their product. The same is true at their website. I don't believe this is a trustworthy company.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
