The shoes arrived size 45. They went about an inch longer than my foot. Asked to return them and was informed they would send a smaller size and i could keep the bigger size as it would be too expensive to have me return them.
The shoes are great and very low cost and different designs you do not see everyday.

I would like to say Thank You for the types of sandals that were on sale on the online shopping page. We have nothing like these sandals in Canada. I myself being disabled love the elastic backings that are designed on the backing of the sandals. They never fall off my feet, they fit so nice and the most important the fit is so comfortable. Yes it took 1 month for delivery but the wait was worth it. Thank you again...
Refunds and customer service are obviously not in their Customer Relations code of practice. Dresses did not arrive at all. They wanted me to say they had been received in order for me to obtain my refund - have no idea why. I shall not be dealing with this company again.

I have received exceptional service from NewChic. I ordered the wrong size and they have gone out of their way to offer outstanding service to get me the proper size needed.
Excellent and prompt customer service. I was sent a wrongly sized dress and in a very short time, they replaced it. Customer service was easy to communicate with and they were really good with precise, prompt replies.
Buyed shoes. After one month (perhaps a little too much) the shoes were at my home. Good service and appreciated kindness of traders. I have had also a problem with the size, and the traders (miss Cheryl in particular) were been of big patience and very helpful.
Amazing how fast you receive your order all the way from China. So glad New Chic has entered the United States. The new shoes are so comfortable with soft leather and they are well made. Sizes are all over the place. Even posted measurements are "approximate", varying a full size or two from what they've listed - so you really don't know what to expect when you place an order. Two of 3 dresses I ordered (all size large) were WAY too small. I was offered a $4.00 credit (! How generous is THAT?!) and told to keep the dresses and give them away. They don't seem the least bit inclined to refund or replace their poorly sized product. From my experience, I'd say customer satisfaction rates about a zero on a scale of 1 to 10 on their priority list. On the up side - the styles are cute.

I got my coat, but have a problem with the size. I heve sent my complain by email and got a positive and great help from Anita. They promise me to send the new one as a replacement and I don't even have to return it the old one. This is what I called the service excellence. Thank you so much NC. I am so happy. Ordered 2 pairs of sandles for my wifes birthday, took 3 weeks to arrive, only for one pair to be a size smaller than the other, after contacting them to report this all i kept being told was to send photos to prove it, all we wanted was to change them but they wouldnt and all they offered was £4.72, less than they charged for postage, an absolute joke, would advise people to avoid like the plague, like many other people i feel conned by them,

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
