Fun clothes and good prices but if you need to return any items from the US it will cost you! I needed to return 3 dresses and it cost me as much as one of the dresses. Also lots of steps in returning, as well as filling out custom forms. Will not order from them again!

I was looking for new and trendy shoes when I came across the website. I found the prices to be reasonable and decided to give it a try. Buying two pairs of shoes and following the checkout process seemed like any other online purchase. I paid for expedited shipping and even insurance.
Well, my money was taken right away and I was charged separately for a international fee. Then I was notified via email the next day that both of my shoes were on "backorder". I was given the option for a refund. I was upset because I was not notified during check out that my shoes or size was not in stock. They took my money and then notified me. It was then that I decided to look at online reviews. How stupid am I?! I read a few comments about people who requested refunds and did not receive them. I decided to wait it out and see if I ever would get my shoes. So here I am, waiting... one pair said it shipped and the other is still on backorder. I decided to check with my tracking number only to realize that I did not have one because I DID NOT PURCHASE ONE AT CHECKOUT! WTF?! I swear I did not see that option and that would have been a red flag for me. My e mail said the order was shipped on the 5th but my online order says it was shipped on the 9th. The only reason I gave this two stars is because I still don't know if I will get one or even both of my shoes. So far based on the comments I will be lucky if I get anything at all. Honestly its nobody's fault but mine because I should have educated myself on purchasing from another country and I should have done my research. My advice: proceed with caution

I was told my PayPal account wouldn't be charged until my items shipped. My account was charged immediately. After 1 week, my items (4 pairs of shoes) had still not shipped. After checking my order on their website I discovered that my entire order was BACKORDERED. So, what exactly did I pay for? I was never once notified that my items were on backorder.
I tried to cancel my order online. I followed their directions to the letter and the order would not cancel. I waited 36 minutes to "live chat" with a customer service person (Roy, who was really helpful). He was able to cancel the order for me.
Two hours of my Sunday wasted to cancel an order I was probably not going to receive for at least another 45 days. Total bull$#*!.

Now for service one pair went astray they were in contact with me and answered all my emails strait away. And the shoes were found. I will deal with this company for many Moore products. I made a purchase on a time sensitive basis, because I needed the item for upcoming cancer surgery (it is a large pillow to keep me from rolling over onto the wound). The website said that the item would be shipped in one day, and indeed I received confirmation that it had shipped. When the item hadn't been received one week later, I contacted the company and was advised that it had only shipped on the day of my inquiry - meaning that they had totally lied a week earlier when they said it had shipped, I asked to cancel the order and get my money back, and they refused and offered me a few lame points. I certainly don't want points to make another purchase from a company which blatantly lies. This company does NOT deserve your business, and I continue to want my money back as the item I purchased will arrive too late to help me after my cancer surgery.

I ordered 3 bras a size up from what I needed because the site said they ran small. The ended up still being to small. I contacted customer service they were pretty good to deal with and answered back everyday (because of the time difference it isn't instant & usually was the next day when I got a response). They tried to be helpful & were very polite. They helped me reorder based off my measurements. I just had to pay shipping and they had me keep the original items. The second set of replacement bras were to big. I was disappointed they had pointed me in an incorrect direction. They refunded me half the money of my order. Not exactly a win, I didn't get the items I ordered to fit, and I didn't get my money back but they were helpful and easy to work with. It could have been worse though at least I got some money back and I can donate the items to someone who can hopefully use them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that are advertised on every webpage you go to and not only a "Great Price" but by joining you get an additional discount!
I ordered and received a call that was out of stock (not what website exclaimed) but they would have them to me by the 18; of Last Month! Never received the shoes the were discontinued.
I should choose something else or get a refund.
I ordered another pair of shoes plus I pick out a purse in 2 colors just in case.
I received the shoes were you guessed it discontinued.
The purses would be 4.18 difference. I told them I had my new customer discount which I was told only applies to the very first order (the discontinued shoes).
I had also received a Big additional discount of 5.00
Back when the first order was discontinued.
None of those applied and if I didn't pay the 4.18 I would not receive the purse.
With all the trouble I have been through all last month and this one also don't you think they should have been willing to eat the 4.18 ( remember they aren't using any discounts).
I finally told them to return every penny I paid including shipping and handling since they never shipped anything. Customers BEWARE!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and 4 dresses. The first pair of shoes that came was not the one I ordered but Newchic was very apologetic and immediately sent me the correct pair, and I got to keep the first pair. The dresses arrived and were beautiful. It was fun shopping on their website. I would use them again.
I had a problem with my last buy, respect to the size of my shoes, but fortunately i written to the client's service, they answered me, very soon, and with positive answer, about my problem.

I purchased Vintage DIY Clock Mechanism Clock Movement Retro Gear Large Wall Clock, SKU*******. It arrived nearly two months later. I hung it up, but it would not keep time. I even moved it around the house and changed the batteries numerous times. Nothing worked. New Chic has refunded me the cost of the clock, but not the shipping which was $7. Although $7 is really not that much, it's the principle! The clock is utterly useless with its inability to keep time. In fact, it is hours off, not just a few minutes. Don't even consider buying this item!

Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
