I ordered the wrong size shoe based on a review I read. Ashley was very responsive and took care of the problem by sending me another of the correct size.
I ordered and paid for my order 5 weeks ago. Still I am waiting. The tracking is not in English and I have emailed with no response. Never ever again will I order from this company.
I ordered four pairs of shoes/sandals from this company. They came in a reasonable amount of time but were sized completely wrong. I went to return them and get the right size when I saw that there was no paperwork in the package. Went to the website and they said not to return anything until they had authorized the return. After several weeks of waiting for a response from them, they informed me that the return (TO CHINA) would cost as much as the product. At one point, they offered to send me one pair of the "right" size and I could sell the others. I have spent so much time emailing back and forth and I still have the wrong size shoes. It has now been several weeks since our last communication and they have gone silent. At one point, they suggested ordering a size 12... up from my "US 9" and I am pretty sure that will be too big. Then I'll have 5 pairs that I can't use. This is WAY too much hassle to go through to get some shoes. Too bad I liked the product.

Ordered a piece of clothing a month ago, and I'm still waiting for the parcel. Whent on live chat, to be told the item was out of stock, even though it did'nt show out of stock on the website, and was given two different restock dates.
This company is the worst!
Free shipping, or 15% off Coupon Code works until you click the "Confirm & Pay". Then they add that amount back in... shipping from China!
Good luck getting money back after they cancel your order for filing a complaint.

I have ordered two men's coats. It came wrong size I contacted costume service on live chat and told them the issue and they made me a refund. One of the best website.
I have ordered "stainless steal thermal lunch box" from them and had to wait 2 months or more for it, only to find out they wrote the wrong address on the package, and my item has been sitting at the post office for almorst a month.
The item its good quality and I like it but I had to constantly enquire about it. The tracking number only showed the package whereabouts until it leaves China, nothing after that.
When I picked it up from the post office, the guy that worked there told me this sort of things happens very often because international company don't get the address right and the package is on hold for a wile.
If you order from them just be ware that this sort of thing can happen and its ok if you don't mind to pick it up from your local post office.
I had to wait a really long time for it, not happy about that; but the item itself its really good quality and worth it in the end.
I say give them a shot. U might get lucky to have the package delivered to your door lol.
Also. Their products quality its surprisingly good and It was not left disappointed after all.

I ordered Gracila Bohemian Women Vintage Floral Printed Loose Short Sleeve Maxi Dresses from NewChic. I appreciate the product for its appearance and price. Sizing is different from regular American sizing, so be alert. Shipped relatively quickly. I did have an issue with the item at first, but customer service resolved it to my complete satisfaction. I'm very pleased.
I made a $39.00 purchase on 9/2/17 from NewChicCompany. I never received notice of shipment. It is now 9/16/17 and still no package. I cannot make telephonic communication with this company. I paid thru my Paypal so they absolutely were paid. I assume now that my money is gone and I will have to file a claim through Paypal. DONOT order from this bogus company!

I had a problem with the shoes I ordered being too small. They responded right away to my complaint and sent a new pair in a larger size. I'm really happy with the way things worked out
No response from Customer service, live chat or customer care once order was dispatched. Quick to take money, no refund nor any paper work enclosed with order for refund. T&C for refund was 14 days, Took 16 days for order to leave town in Hungzhou to get to shipping in Guangzhou and then 4 days to the UK so even if l returned the goods it would not get to them in time to qualify for refund. AVOID this company, poor quality goods operating out of China. Will never buy from them again, bad experience and will tell all my friends.

I ordered 2 pair of sandals which were JUST what I'd been looking for all summer (and they'll be great NEXT summer). Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the directions for measuring my feet (IN THE AD) and the shoes that arrived did not fit.
I wrote to the company (via Facebook), received a reply from Ashley who helped me remedy it. I can't wait for the correct size to arrive!.
I did order 2 cover ups. I received them 2 months after I returned from my summer vacation. They were so tiny that I had to throw them away! The web claims that they are one size fits all. Maybe tiny tiny Chinese size! Customer service really sucks. They hardly understand English!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
