I ordered the foldable p travel bag it didn't come by the estimated deadline. I emailed them and they promptly responded to wait few more days. My bag did arrive and I was very happy with my purchase.
The bag I ordered was a good purchase but the company needs to say that it is sent budget courier... i assume to keep costs down... as that it will take a month to reach you...
The company should take the initiative and provide up dates of tracking to keep the confidence of the customer... so many bad reviews and this is fueled from poor communication but they do respond quickly to direct emails
You are Cheaters. You charge money and donot send the clothing.
Order clothing on 1st Sep and paid extra for expedited shipping however not received the clothing. Followed up with customer service and the promised to refund if I will not receive it till 29th Sep. They will refund full money. Now they have declined.
Please donot buy from them. They will take you money and you will never receive the product. They will keep on extending the dead lines.
No refund and no clothing received.

I have ordered 3 items (dress - 22.28 EUR, dress - 31.29 EUR and shoes 24.46 EUR), whole package with shipment was 80 EURO and i have payed for it. After some time, shoes arrived, they weren't leather as it was in the shoe description on their site, and i got refund 26.59 EURO. I did not know what was that for, i contacted them several times, and opened dispute on PayPal, but as i did not escalate the dispute, it was closed. New Chic send me some tracking number for that 2nd dress, but Postal Code was wrong (i have print screen of everything is someone is interested) and the shipment was returned. Order two bras over 30.00. They were about 6 sizes to small. The sizing is horrible. Wanted to return and that didn't work. Phone number international because it's made in CHINA (should have been my first clue). Don't waste your money.

I bought a pair of beautiful shoes but there were too small for me; so I contact the company back, via email, and as soon they got my email they took care of the issue by sending me a brand new pair of shoes and letting me keep the little ones.

I bought a dog water bottle a while ago, it was damaged and I reported it straight away. To send it back would cost nearly as much as the item. The customer service is a disgrace I will not be buying from this sellar again so be warned.

If possible I would give this site zero stars. I had already read bad reviews about the length of time it took from order date, to the time it took for the customer to receive the product. My problem is, I keep getting notifications the items I ordered are out of stock. As of this morning I'm up to either 3 or 4 items that are out of stock. I get e-mails daily. Why give an option to order the product, charge me, only to have to order out of stock? If it's out of stock, it shouldn't be on the website at all. Two tops I bought did not fit and I wanted to return and exchange for a different size. I wasn't happy to pay the shipping costs and I was going backwards and forwards via email for a lengthy period, which only added to the frustration. They attempted to refund me but that didn't work and they sent me a link for payment which also didn't work.
While it is clear their returns process needs to be much more customer friendly and efficicent, they recognised their fault and sent me the same items in the correct size free of charge.
A good service... in the end.

This place has awful business practices. I placed an order for five items nearly two months ago, and my order status still claims "out of stock." I managed to get someone on live chat once (usually it just says "sorry, live chat is unavailable") and she swore the items were shipping on the 19th. It's the 24th, and no items. No shipping. No contact. And the "email us" forms don't actually work.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
