The shoes I received are too small and although they were shipped from California, they will only accept returns in China. I will never buy from them again.

Product I ordered didn't fit and wasn't what I expected. Exchanging would have been too expensive for shipping so they were kind enough to offer refund.

I placed an order for two coats after seeing a promotion on Facebook. They said delivery would be within 7-10 days. After 7 days of placing the order, I received an email that one of my items was out of stock so there would be a delay. They expected new stock within 48 hours. Those 48 hours passed, I heard nothing. I gave it another 24 hours then chased for a status update. I got a response from customer services 48 hours later and was told now both items were out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 8 days. I cancelled my order and am currently waiting up to 14 days for my refund.
I plan on posting this review everywhere I can for the simple fact: a company should not be marketing promotions on global social media if they cannot meet demand and do not have the customer service to deal with issues promptly. Such a massive waste of time! Avoid them!

Took a long time to get items and when they arrived I was disappointed in the quality. Shirts were short in front, not as they were shown in photos. Made very cheaply but I suppose that's what you get. Definitely would not order anything else.

DENIM DRESS fabric is thin and more like shirt weight fabric. Tried to contact about sending 2 back and there is no return address other than CHINA. They want a tracking no. Which I understand but sending it that method costs a lot and would basically eat up my return! I have contacted them and not gotten the answer to my questions. I would not recommend ordering from CHINA if you think you may need to send it back! I gave it a 1 star review!

I ordered a bra, following all their guidlines. Recieved the bra in a decent amount of time considering it came from China. It fit pretty well and was quite comfortable, but the bra shape made me look like I was wearing a 50's cone bra, just not as pointy. I read their return policy but underwear cannot be returned, and IF you are the exception to that rule, you have to pay for shipping and handling to return it, and after they have inspected it, you might get a refund. I figure to cut my losses. I just spent $20 to donate to Goodwill...

I ordered a size bigger than my normal shoe size as per advice on the web. But the shoes I received were bigger. They probably gave the advice because of the movable flaps on the back of the shoes which make it so difficult to put on the shoes. I explained that to New Chic and they understood and gave me a refund. They also were not able to respond to my email right away because of the holidays. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the outcome and would recommend them to other people. Just be very careful with the size before ordering anything. It's not a good feeling to be complaining later on.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
