Firstly, theres a clear grammatical error: Letter(?) Warm Fur Lining Flat Slip On Ankle Boots For Women.
Aside from not being water-proof (ok, could be used just for cold days), theyre fur lined as these boots are so cheap, the fur will NO DOUBT be from some vile fur farm in Asia or even Eastern Europe must most likely Asia. The fur can even be that of cat or dog. It is likely that this is fur and not faux fur because fur farms drive the price of fur right down. There is a lot of fake faux fur in Britain now, from trims on hoods and bags to those (silly, in my opinion!) furry bag charms and key rings.
Everything about this site from the grammatical error to the fur to the fact that there is no Contact us option on their webpage shouts Dodgy and Unethical.
The animals are often skinned alive this is not just scare-mongering, I've seen videos the few moments I been able to bare to watch and hearing the screaming of the animals which has then been hanging there, still alive and blinking its the stuff of hell, to be honest. I commanded a watch and four pairs of shoes. I received the watch and a refund for one pair of shoes. I contacted the Customer service. They gived me the number of the parcel to see with LA POSTE in France. I saw with them,. They told me that the parcel never arrive in France. I recontacted the Customer service. They proposed me a refund or a resend. I choosed the resend. They promised me a new send.
The coat is very good quality and well made, it has a nice weight to it and should keep you warm even in the coolest of weather. Allow a couple of weeks for delivery, customer service was very helpful.
I ordered 3 items from NewChic, and didnt like two of them, the were ill-fitting for my body shape. I contacted NewChic and began the returns process. It was a long process, but worthwhile and all aspects of the process worked well. The reply to my initial email took longer than I was expecting, but overall it was handled very well and I received my refund. Thank you NewChic!
It's a scam I have never received my order even though the status stated "delivered". Contacted Newchic and they told me to go to my local post office to ask for it... went there and the package was not there... my neighbours do not have it... never received the reminder from the post office either. I have asked for the refund and they would not give to me as they want a proof from the post office about the goods not being there.Of Course the Post Office can not provide you of any paper so I lost money and time!

I got this page through my Facebook ads and just like that I ordered as I liked the dresses as shown in pictures. My bad I ordered almost 12 dresses without reading reviews. I ordered Sep 20th 2017 and its 25 days already. After ordering and payment cleared every week I started getting emails from them that items are out of stock. Then after requesting them how to cancel order as your site not allowing me to cancel they didn't respond properly. Few items they shipped but tracking is showing item is not found please contact customer service. I emailed again for the same and no response. I am really disappointed that first they allowing customers to purchase items which are out of stock and not responding properly if we want to cancel the order so we can get refund. Please don't trust this site as it will waste your time and money... and not sure when it will be received...

I am a currently buyer from this company, I love the bras because the quality is good and are so cheap.
First of all, this site is based in Hong Kong. They appear to hide this. The only reason I found where they were located was when my bank contacted me to say an international charge was made to my card. The mechandise is exactly what one would expect - cheap Chinese plastic garbage suitable to sell only at your local Walmart or Dollar General Store. They ship via US Postal service and charge for shipping; they do not offer expedited shipping. The kicker is they dont tell you on the site approximate ETA of delivery. Not until after I reached their customer service did the tell me to expect it in 20 days. You read that right - 20 DAYS. With someone many other shopping choices online that turn around merchandise in 2 days or less, these people are delusional if they think this is acceptable. Of course Chinese logic IS delusional. NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry.
