Do not waste your money buying from these people unless you are TINY. Their measurements are wrong, and not only did I waste the first amount of money, but they then insisted I airmail back (at MY cost), allegedly for a refund. Months later, still nothing, and every email gets the same cut and paste, worthless answer. A very expensive exercise and I now have ZERO faith in this company. Stick to buying local!

UPDATE: They are STILL CROOKS, here is a direct quote from NewChic return policy: you pay for ALL shipping costs, sending & returning! By the time they deduct ALL shipping costs you will get nothing! Goods did not arrive, after 2weeks contacted customer service they were extremely helpful. They looked into the situation and within a few days gave me a full refund. Very impressed will certainly order again.

Ordered two items as birthday gifts. After two weeks of not hearing anything, so sent an email asking about goods - then received email telling me that the goods were out of stock and would be some time. A bit disappointing as this information should have been given at the point of ordering. Aftercare has been good so far as the order has been cancelled, but just waiting for refund.

Post office don't do deliveries, royal mail do deliveries two totally different companies so how can the post office have their parcels unless they were addressed to the post office?

Some customers usually fill the address without the contact number, so the local courier can't contact them to pick their parcel up or when the customers are not at home but the courier is sending the parcel, they can't contact them to change the time to resend.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
