I found these unique winter boots on this site and ordered them. After I ordered them, went on google reviews to read all the negative ones you'll see below and became concerned. You'll see as I did that newchic's customer service tries to address the client's concerns. I decided to have faith, faith in the internet;-). I got my shoes in 12 days which is in the specified time. LOVE, LOVE the boots and shoes I bought!
Saw an ad online, showing NewChic's men's loafers, which appeared quite attractive to me, so I ordered 3 pairs. Not being able to deliver these shoes quickly, NewChic e-mailed me, asking if I wanted to cancel the order. I said no, and allowed that I ;d wait a little longer. Then later, realizing that nothing was happening, I gave NewChic an additional 2 weeks to deliver or I'd cancel. They then took it upon themselves to cancel the order. This process lasted almost 2 months, and the real irony is that all during that time, I kept seeing NewChic ads online, for the same shoes!

I'll never ever use it again, it's a total scam and they have never refunded me for my 2 dresses that I've sent them back and paid £50 for the parcels and to be sure they'll receive it. It's somewhere in China and you'll never ever see your money back.

Found my boots wide just right for my feet always buy a size bigger as i were socks with them, will buy again, see what comes out for summer,
I just spoke with a rather slow customer service agent today about by 9/29 order not shipping yes and saying unverified. She was willing to cancel order and refund -- or so I was promised -- but she didn't offer any apology for the poor service. That would have gone a long way toward making me feel like my business at least mattered. I would not recommend this company at all.

The boots were beautiful. The price was great. They come from out of country so order early the product is worth the wait.
So after finding the boots I wanted to order, I made sure they were in stock. I purchased them with expedited shipping which said 5-7 days. Four days later the ordered wasn't even processed. I contacted them and now they are out of stock. I was told I should have checked to see first and I probably missed seeing it. Real nice. How about no, I specifically checked as I wanted to get them before Xmas or at least shortly after. Now I'm being told that they wont get back in stock until Dec 28, then after processing (who knows how long that will be) that I will received them in 7-25 days. Seriously? So glad I wasted money on expedited shipping. What a scam. Won't shop here again

Yes, once again you're telling me to look too see if it's backordered or in stock. Like I said, the boots were specifically in stock when I ordered. I contacted the site with live chat and was told I could cancel my order by going to my order page and clicking the cancel button. HAHAH, nice one, guess what? THERE IS NO CANCEL ORDER BUTTON! It keeps getting better. Had to go back into live chat and request the order be refunded and I was told it will now take a week for them to process this request. Good Lord. Avoid this company at all cost

The item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock so as it was to be a Chris mad pressie, it would be too late,
I enquired about the item and was given a speedy response with options, for chose a refund, which was back in my account within hours, the emails were prompt and extremely helpful and polite, I will order from newchic in the future
I finally received my shoes which was ordered online on 17 August and arrived today 19 December 2017. The shoes are of high quality and lovely and I am sure I am going to enjoy them. It took long to get to me and I think all the blame can be placed on the Customs and Post Office service in South Africa. But at least I have my pretty shoes now. So very happy

I would say they have horrible customer service but it's worse than that. After wasting my time attempting to discuss matters with NewChic, I was given ridiculous excuses such as they have multiple distribution centers and will not assume responsibility for anything.
I have dealt with many companies in China via eBay and I've never encountered such an irresponsible, deceptive entity.

Beware of this company. I am having the same experience as others. I have ordered two hats from this company and have not received the merchandise. I saw a lot I liked from this company but having never ordered from them I only ordered two hats at a cost of $13 to check out their service. Boy what a great call that was. I am going on four weeks and can't even get in contact with these guys. BUYERS BEWARE!
They seem to have canned answers that they think address all questions. The estimated delivery was 7-20 days. It has now been 31 days. Subtract the weekends and its still more than 20 days. There is no e-mail confirmation in spam or anywhere. It took 30 days to initiate a refund process on two items that they knew were out of stock when they were ordered. Nothing on their website indicates that they are shipping from China. They must be shipping by boat which makes no sense if they are shipping at all. I think the good reviews are all fake. I suspect it may just be a Ponzi scheme where they collect cash from new customers and string out the old when they ask for refunds because the products never show up. Knowing now that they are located in China, it makes no sense that they would be selling items under $10 and shipping them halfway around the world. I suspect that a certain number of customers forget that they even placed an order and never receive refunds. I had to ask for a refund on two pairs of shoes that were showing available when I purchased them but were actually not avaialble. They have held my money for 31 days and are now stating it could be another 7-14 days to receive a refund. If it is refunded, they will have held my money for 45 days.

Do not use this site. It is very deceptive and they do not reveal that they are located in China. They do not track shipping and change the dates if you complain that nothing has arrived. I have been waiting 30 days for my order and just found out it was no longer in stock. Did not receive a refund.
I am very impressed with the selection and the price of everything I've gotten on Newchic.com. When I got the wrong package I contacted them via email and he responded well within 24 hours to resolve the issue. I will continue to shop with them!
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS).
