It's throwing money and time. A few days ago I bought a coat that according to the comments was warm, very well finished... it cost me almost 50 pounds, well, with the shipping costs, which I paid, almost 60. And when it arrives... I think I have never been scammed by internet as this company. The coat is bad, very bad, it looks like another fabric, another filling... it's not worth 10 euros, in the flea markets with lots of clothes at 2 euros you find better quality. The odyssey comes when I try to return it, after contacting them through live chat, because they make it difficult to find how to return something, I explain my problem, all right, that in 48 hours maximum they would send me an email with the address to which I have to send the coat. That email was never sent to me, I get back in touch with them, and they say yes, they sent me the email with the solution and the address, I had to check my spam email, LIE, they did not send me anything. I ask them again for an address explaining everything again, and they tell me that it is going to be very expensive to send a package to China, that if I prefer it, they make me an income of 14 pounds...?, Anyway, they still do not give me the address for the return. And I already get in touch with them through paypal, and now I finally have an address from a man, who is not even from Hong Kong, where the company is supposed to be, to send a package that I know is not going to reimburse. In the end I, ve lost 56 pounds, a lot of time and energy and I've been scammed, I hope you read this before buying here
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from the website. The delivery times are a bit long - about 3 weeks.
When the shoes arrived, they looked fantastic - but the size was too small...

These products, mens shoes, are the worst I have ever and I mean ever come across. They not only take forever to get but to product feels like its made out of cardboard. After waiting for near 3 months for the stuff I bought i got a jacket xxxl that according to the measurements on the page was big enough i got one that barely fit my 11 year old niece that wears size 00. New chic would only say "sorry, information on the page was clear"

I am really disappointed in my purchases. I bought 4 items all on the same day. I went by the sizing chart for every thing and I have not had one thing fit correctly. I bought a maxi dress that I was really excited about and it would fit me 3 times over and the other 3 items, a jumper a jacket and a shirt all the same size as the dress and these are too small. No more for me, once bitten. I know I can send them back but when you wait a month for them to arrive I don't fancy waiting months to get it sorted. I will take them all to Vinnies

English and now in my 70's and just getting used to internet shopping. Friends and family were surprised when I owned up to ordering shoes off this Chinese site as I am usually so careful, but I just fell in love with them. After reading reviews and listening to my family I was convinced that I had wasted my money, especially as they would take so long to arrive. However, less than 2 weeks later they arrived and they are the most comfortable and colourful shoes I have ever owned and I can't wait to order more. Thank you Newchic.
I live in Canada and I kept seeing these funky, colourful boots pop up on Pinterest, however I was reluctant to order them because of the bad reviews for this type of company. I decided to take the chance and ordered the boots on January 4th, really not sure if they'd ever arrive. I got an email on the 14th telling me they weren't available, however then I got one right after that saying they'd been shipped. I tried to follow the tracking information but it was ages before I was able to track them.
The boots were in my mailbox today (Jan 29th) and I just love them. My foot size is an 8-8.5 so I ordered a size 39 and they are very comfortable. There are nice details, such as rainbow stitching and floral lining. I don't know how long they'll last but I think they are good value for the money and just a fun, colourful boot.
Just received my Socofy Boots... I absolutely love them. I was worried which size to order I'm normally a size 40, some reviews said the sizes come up big others say small. These were are a perfect size 40, really impressed with the quality and design.
My order was really delayed... perhaps because I live in Canada, perhaps because it was Christmas time, perhaps because the items shipped from China (which I didn't realize when I ordered). The emails I received from New Chic were polite and pleasant and my order actually arrived a few days later. I like the items I ordered and they seem well made.

Yes, the prices are cheap, but so is the quality. I got the men's hand stitched slip- ons. They look great in the picture, but very cheap material that doesn't look or act like leather at all. I know I'll never wear them. And they took almost 2 months to arrive.

I've bought a couple of dresses from NewChic and I order a large, but I receive a small! Maybe that is a large in their country. I've tried finding a return address, but there's none on the packaging I received. I gave the dresses away. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website. My experience started good with an immediate purchase confirmation followed by an E-mail apologizing informing me that the item ordered is out of stock but offered me the following options: my money back, replacing the item with another item or waiting for stock. I opted for replacing the item with another item upon which I was informed that that item was also out of stock. Upon me requesting from them for a list of possibilities that are in stock, preventing E-mailing back and forth in the process of identifying an in stock item for replacing the original item I ordered, they replied with an snapshot of how to search for similar products upon which I compiled a list of 12 different possible items I would be prepared to replace the out of stock item with. The response I received following that was: Thank you for being prepared to wait for stock of the original order placed. My response on that was that it is not what I communicated but that I want the item replaced with any of the 12 items I listed that they actually do have stock off. Whereas they was previously very quick with their E-mail replies, I have not had any feedback yet. Reading other reviews about the company I am becoming concerned on how long this is going to take to resolve the issue if ever.

I'm quite satisfied with Newchic. Só far, my orders, its quality, delivery, and the answers to my requests have been quick and enlightening.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
