I bought many dresses, all of are good quality; I really liked them. However, their internet site does not show sold out products. So you can purchase a sold out item without knowing it. In this case either you have to wait it to come back or want a refund. They're both acceptable but also waste of time. On the other hand, customer service is really kind, helpful and quick. They should indicate in stock products. Overall, it's a nice company for me.
The trade for the zipped jacket was helped all the way by trader information.
Although delivery was a little longer than really wanted, the resulting delivery was of a attractive lightweight jacket, as per the advertised picture and description.
Ordered my underwear close to 2 months ago. Nothing has been received. When I emailed to complain they said they couldn't email me because they didn't recognize my email, but they sure recognized my credit card... right away I was charged. Later on when they recognized my email they said "wait longer " without an explanation... b. s. Company.
My order was not delivered and I suspected that it was lost in the Christmas post. I contacted NewChic (Alis) who agreed to re send the order. It still took a while to arrive but it seemed to be due to the slow postal service and not the fault of NewChic. When the order arrived (shoes) it was properly packaged and the shoes were very good, just as advertised. Shame about the delay as I like their products. Overall, good service from NC, thumbs down for the postman.

I couldn`t recommend this company at all. I ordered my item on the 11-th of December 2017. It was promised that it would be shipped during two weeks. One month and a half has already gone, but it hasn`t still come. I contact the customer service in order to get my money back. But I have received a refusal, although I sent to them a copy of my bank account as a confirmation that the payment via PayPal had taken place.

Spray painted boots not leather a number of white vinyl spots exposed. Many times attempting to get a hold of customer service for a refund, they have completely ignored me. I ordered two items from this company. One was shipped within several days of my order, but failed to arrive within three weeks in spite of my payment for "expedited delivery." The second item was reported to be out of stock. I requested a refund, but my request was ignored. Ten days later I was informed that the item was shipped. I contacted a customer service rep who claimed that both orders were delayed due to a storm. Since the tracking info that they provided was useless, I requested information on the physical whereabouts of my order. I was told that both shipments are in Houangzhou, China, awaiting shipment to the United States. I have requested a refund, but was told that I would be responsible for payment of shipping fees. Ordering from this company was a disaster and I encourage everyone reading this review to boycott them for their dishonesty.

My purchase of a pair of men's shoes was a disaster. The shoes look nothing like the ones pictured. They do not fit and very cheaply made. For a refund they are demanding that I pay the return freight back to China! A $26.50 shipping fee! In addition they demand multiple pictures not only of the shoes but also to document the return itself. PayPal cannot resolve so I'm stuck with these cheap plastic shoes that offer no support whatsoever.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry.
