Overall performance of company and products were very good. Customer relations were prompt and very courteous. Only complaint is shoes not boxed during transit making them a bit squashed on arrival. Otherwise very happy with first order will probably order again.
I was a little apprehensive about making the purchase but liked the look of the jacket I wanted to buy. The package arrived without any worries but I had somehow given them the wrong size. After a couple of emails with the customer service department, a replacement was sent without a fuss, which arrived earlier than expected. I was very pleased.
I got a dress 4 weeks after ordering and it is exactely as I imagined. Size and colours are as described. I can recommend. Thank you.
I have been waiting for my item since 9 Dec 2017. They claimed it ot be back ordered and eventually advised the item had shipped. Of course it is no20+ days since that notification. Overall I have been waiting 34 day, no delivery. Scam immediately comes to mind.

I have had some problems with delivery of a hat but good communication reassured me that if lost I would be refunded but luckily it arrived and was very happy with the style and quality... live new chic style
I am truly disappointed with Newchic being that I have not received my package and it has already been a month since my order. I do not recommend this website to anyone to order from, it is the worst ever. When asked to receive my money back, they said no being that my order is being sent to me. The problem is I do not know where my package is. I have contacted the live chat 3 times and nothing has been resolved. I ordered my item Dec 15th and it was not shipped out until Dec. 28th. It now Jan. 12th and I have still have not received my package. They keep telling me it can take up to 30 days to receive. This does not make any sense. Again, I do not recommend this website to anyone. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I ordered something and first it was delayed over and over again Then all of a sudden is was discontinued, only to find a few days later after I demanded my money back, the item was back on line for more fools to buy it! What a scam. This is a Buyer Beware Review. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. NewChic is a dishonest, scamming company! And I'm one of the suckas who didn't do my research about this company before ordering from them first. Won't happen again. THANK GOD I ordered through PayPal, so any of you who read this prior to ordering and decide to still take a chance, definitely order through PayPal. If your ordered items don't show up like mine didn't (after more than a month), open a dispute then escalate it up to a claim in PayPal, and that's the only way you will get your money back. But BEWARE, the NewChic scammers will contact you as soon as you open a dispute with PayPal trying to get you to drop the dispute. If you do, you will never see a refund OR the refund they send will be pennies to the dollars you spent with them. Ignore them and you will get your entire refund. Watch out for these new age thieves. They respond to every single nasty review people who have been scammed out of their money have left them with a pat answer that they think people will swallow, but we're not idiots. After more than 10 days I cannot track the parcel I paid! On every other places from China you don t need to pay nothing for flat delivery and I received parcels in 10-14 days(Romania). On this site I paid 13 euros just for flat delivery (for26 euros a pair of sneakers!) and still I cannot see where is my parcel! I hope I ll receive it! If not I ll write here and everywhere on FB! Very BAD! Be aware!

When an item is showing as in stock and a customer pays the extra to have order expedited, there is NO excuse NOT to have the items delivered in that time period. Very poor customer service when I tried to cancel the order and/or resolve the problem. Will never deal with this company again.

The boots I ordered were beautiful and excactly as they look like on site.
The size was exactly as it should be. So, the size guide was very helpful.The only thing that disapointed me was the fact that they were almost 20 days late more than they write to their site. But the truth is, they communicate with me as soon as I mailed my complains.
Excellent website, very easy to use and find exactly what you want. Lovely designs but had to deduct a star as dress took a long time to get to me. But was exactly what I expected when I got it. All correspondence very courteous and prompt throughout.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
