This stuff is garbage

Ordered a down coat from this on line store it came in a small plastic bag it was a joke the quality was terrible strings hanging out all over the place, also the size looked like a little girl size wasn't happy in the least. Contacted them they told me to send the product back shipping at my expense their shipping cost also, this cost was almost the same as the price of the coat. Never buy from them again & you'll be smart not to either

My lovely dress arrived but the pattern was upside down, New chic have apologized and offered me a partial refund. I love the print and had it been an abstract print rather than a figurative one it wouldnt have bothered me.

Products if sent by post are delivered from China ( by sea 6 to 8 weeks) depending on what ship. My product took 7weeks this was due also to Christmas postings in th UK.
Products very good quality will shop again and would pay extra if sent by air.

I ordered 2 hats that were shipped in a plain wrapper. They arrived very wrinkled. After contacting New Chick they said that they stuffed paper in them before they take the pictures. I told them you couldn't wear them with paper stuffed in them. They told me I could return them to China at my expense, or they would give me a refund of half of what I paid for both hats minus shipping. Also I ordered a pair of shoes before the hats had arrived and they too were shipped in a bag (no box). The shoes were not sewn correctly and also had wrinkles. This companies service and it's products are a joke.

Do NOT even think about it! When you see the ads for stuff on FB that's too good to be true IT IS exactly what you're thinking: Too good to be true.

This company has a massive scam going on. An order for 3 items was placed early November for an expected mid December delivery in time for Xmas. But shortly after placing order an email comes telling me it's low on stock and will have to wait. Then another email saying they have to split it into two orders, then another saying they have to split it into 3 orders. When the items finally 5 days after Xmas ALL the sizes were mislabeled. Shoes were all about. 5"-1" SHORTER on the inside measure than they were supposed to be (So for example their own shoe sizing chart said it was a 43 but it was actually 41) and a coat labeled "Large" was too tiny for my 13 year old son!

Then when I'm trying to return it they have disclaimers up the wazoo saying how 'there can be variability in sizes up to 1""! How does a company like this stay in business? Seriously, 1" variability in shoe size?! WARN YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY!

Also, to return you have to pay not only to ship it back to them but also pay for THEIR SHIPPING FEES to YOU! So, in other words, they take ZERO risk for making the sale to you. And you eat all of the cost of their low-quality, poorly sized, mislabeled products.

Good RIDDANCE!

First order for a hat took forever to arrive and turned out to be a ladies shirt that was -ready? - a 5X. Didn't even bother to try to return. Took a chance and tried the hat order again. Got email confirming order 15 days ago. No further communications, so have no idea if anything has been shipped. Good luck with contacting them by email, ain't gonna happen. Looks like another $10 down the China drain. Gonna dispute the charge and get my money back.

While it might be possible to get what you were expecting, it is highly unlikely. If you have any problems with your order, good luck with a return or refund. I agree with other reviews that any 5 star ratings are from Newchic. If you do make a return, shipping will be at your expense (to China) and possibly even include their original shipping fee. Everything looks nice in the advertising, but don't fall for it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM NEWCHIC! Note that all of the positive reviews brief and are poorly written - because they are fake! NEWCHIC will send you products that are not as advertised (my brown shoes were bright orange and were NOT leather) and will outright refuse to allow a return. Imagine a retail store where you pick out a product from the shelf and then the salesperson secretly switches it with an inferior product, and you don't realize until you've gotten home. And then when you go back to the store, they refuse to let you return the product, or else they offer you a tiny fraction of your purchase price (they offered me 400 points, or $4 US dollars, for $60 shoes). This is NEWCHIC. Also, they pretend that customer service and live chat are two different things, but they are one and the same. Also, live chat will pretend to escalate the issue to their after sales department, but again, this is a lie. There is no such department. It is all part of their attempt to confuse and frustrate the customer in hopes that they will give up and go away. NEWCHIC has been scamming consumers in this capacity for some time now. RUN from NEWCHIC!

Awesome customer support

I have ordered a shoe. Unfortunately it took bit longer to get delivered due to lot of demand. The whole situation was handled extraordinarily by the support team (Chavy was awesome).
My shoe is on its way. Can't wait to try it. Regardless, I am convinced I will be newchic lifetime customer.

My order did take some time to arrive and, in this regard, I emailed Customer Service. They asked me to check if the item was at my local PO. Having then checked, I replied to them saying the item was not held there. Within one day I received a full refund into my paypal account. Also a very kind reply and apology from the Customer Service. They also gave me the option of re-sending the item but as I had wanted if for Christmas I decided not to take this option. They politely asked me that, should the item arrive, I repay them the refund. As it happened the item arrived later that day - by coincidence! I notified them and they send me clear instructions of how to pay back their refund which I have now done. The whole process was easy and the Customer Service operative was, at all times, polite and helpful. I would recommend this company and I will definitely shop with them again. Items shipped from China will always take 3-5 weeks to deliver - this should be expected.
