They place at deceptive page that keep you going around in around and won't let you take out any of your money. You could make 1,000 calls to not available; they will send you by email a worthless information. You will never see your money again
1. I had lots of communication with them about sending money, withdrawing money etc. Each occasion I spoke to them about same issue they had different answers.
2. When I wanted to withdraw my account balance of 22 pounds to my bank account(which I deposited the money from)they said their charge is £5.
Can you believe? £5 charge to withdraw money to the bank account. That's like robbing money from you. That's very wrong. These are hard earned money and I don't mind if there is a fair charge. But £5 pound service charge? Common! $#*!ing robbers

I was using their service for a period of 6 - 8 months and suddenly they decide to permanently close my account without the funds been given back to me. I had this issue at the start when there used to be transactions on my account, but after all the explanation and proof of what I used the account for, they let me have my account back. I also asked them if I should not continue to use neteller for this purpose, and they clearly gave me the green light on using their platform. After alot of emails and discussion with them, I realized that they are a scam. I suggest to use other better platform with lower fees.
I sent 1000 euro through anIDEAL transaction into my card, an the money has been taken from my bank account. I was then called by a "security officer" from one of their call centres, to state that the transaction was refused and the money should reappear in my Dutch bank account within 4 working days. A week has passed, and no money reappeared, so i suppose it has been stolen from me. As soon as I get back from my holiday I will try to start legal action against them. No need to say that neteller customer service ceased to repond to me after i sent them all the required details.
This is an absolutely fraudulent company. After I transferred funds from my bank account to Neteller, they suspended my account and requested additional verification. I sent the requested documents, but they closed my account and took my money.

Opened my account they got there money plus fee it was on my card but i could not use card was always declined. I have not gotten my money back do not use they steal your money and you can not get it back
I just try neteller and try to get my net++ card, they said wait until 1 month, 1 month i'am not get my card. I ask if they get proof if they sent it to me or no but they can't and i can't get my money back too. I know it's not much but still this neteller service is the worst.
Attempted to make a deposit of 102.00 USD and it declined on their end, I knew I had the funds available so I tried again thinking I maybe put my card info in wrong. Declined again. Called my bank to see if they declined ok their end, was told that it processed successfully. Tried calling the international Neteller support number and was closed. Next day called again and got a representative that stated that my account was closed. I asked if it was closed then why was I able to log in and deposit!?!?! Was told that they declined it for that reason and later that day I tried to log back in and indeed it said account blocked. So they have 204.00 and I can't get a refund! I am so irritated!
They are providing worst service in terms of service and in terms of money as well... They have started one good feature in it that normally don't has about id verification but that is also a failure because i have tried atleast 30 times but not able to succeed till date and my client transferred money into this. My money is stuck with them from past 1.5 month and they are not providing solution what should I do.
The worse company to have account with, the block your account when you have funds in it, i have my funds blocked over 3 weeks, asking same document over and over again. Up till now i still dont have my funds
I added funds via Bitcoin and have no access to it. I can't spend it, withdraw it via ATM or anything. I have a positive balance but have no access to funds.
I called up their help line and I've been told that I can only spend bitcoin funded cash at some of their selected merchants (mostly casinos). Also I cannot withdraw it to the bank account!
The only way to have the money refunded is to close an account... WTF?
They dont reply to the calls, transactions get declined and they will never reply to your emails. They would take the fees and eventually everyone closes the account with them. I never had a terrible customer service experience worse than NETELLER
Terrible customer service no support. Charging for deposit and for windraws. Account gets temporarily blocked often. You can deposit when you want but my God when you want to windraw your money it takes you weeks with checking again documents you ve already sent and you need to argue getting your own money back besides the massive fees that they are taking anyway. No one gets back to you with anything. No words

Neteller is big scam bank, please safe your money with any good bank and don't use Neteller and they will block your account anytime without reason and they will not answer your mails and take your money as they did already with me, as you see in the attached picture they asked to take my money Crypto and they block the Crypto option in my account
Hello everyone with problems at neteller. I live here in Calgary, Canada and I had the same problem. I tried contacting them but only a machine was answering. And then I checked their site and they based in the UK so they must've had a different time zone. And then I checked in the world clock and I was right after all. They are not operating 24/7. Best time to contact them, if u are her in the same city as me, is at 1AM to, maybe, 7Am. 'Cause I think their office hours are 8am-4pm, London time.
What I don't like about neteller is that you have to deposit money first before verifying your account.
As I have heard, Netelle do not have any Georgian clients, you do not have contracts with Georgian banks and you have no idea what the required documents look like in Georgian. But despite of Neteller gives people permission to deposit money and than immediately blocks the account, to prevent deposited money from withdrawal. It is clear why people like me write about Neteller that Neteller is a fraud and scam company.
