Signed up, documents, put some money on it. Bought the plastic card.

Everything went well.

Tried to pay on 17 december 2013 Netflix with the card; they don't accept it, but... Neteller took € 7,99 from my account. 'Pending...' is the message.

Still not back. Tried several other companis, but NO ONE ACCEPTS NETELLER! Maybe some online casino's, but i thought i bought a Mastercard creditcard.

I don't know what Neteller is, but it is certainly not a Mastercard! It is a SCAM!

I joined NT as it was suggested by a gaming site ( spin palace UK) because the only way to collect my winning and get it transfered to my account ( Australia) is via one of these scamming sites.
Facts: Help and support have no idea regarding the core of the company and can only tell you what you already know.
My current withdraw time is NOW 15days, ( site says 5-10 business days). My last transfer took 4 days.
So now they want a copy of my private details again BANK statements to make sure i haven't received funds...
OUT OF POCKET: because of this messing about i will probably get my money in another 10days, so basically close to 1mth for a transfer. Also my account overdraw fees just makes me a bloody loser.
My account is verified, my bank account is the same. I bet they got $15 processing fee instantly.

Used their product; tried to raise limit - unsuccessfully via telephone, online, and through obtaining code via bank since SEPTEMBER 2014. Was notified of non-usage fee about to occur - tried to cancel card ( don't want or need it anymore); met with inane info requests. Telephone support consists of an illiterate based out of Calgary. STAY AWAY.
EDIT: AUG. 2016; Received email explaining how there will be "fee adjustments" to my CANCELLED ACCOUNT. ( Can't make this s*** up, - unreal.)

They closed my account saying "Your account has been temporarily disabled pending review. You will be unable to deposit, withdraw or spend while your account remains disabled. Please contact NETELLER support for additional information on re-enabling your account."
That was a couple months ago and still whenever I contact their customer support they tell me we don't know about the reasons and we are waiting for that review, which seems like it's going to take forever, I have 2000$ in that account they closed, they are scammers they just do shi* to steal your money, STAY AWAY!

My history with site is poor!

I have lost $150, I have entered contact to complais, no resolve my problems and get part of ToS and said that can't recover money...

They close accounts for no reason and if there is money in there. Forget about getting it back.

I had $5 in the account when the closed it and they are way too poor and greedy to even send that money back to the bank account that deposited the money to the neteller account. This company dont make lots of money. Out of a million sites that offers payment. I've only seen them in one of it. No one uses their services to they try to close people account with money in it to gain some for themselves.

These guys are out to swindle people of their hard-earned money. Ask yourself, why is it so easy to open an account and deposit money, but when you want to withdraw YOUR money, they start talking of verification?

I submitted my government-issued ID and official Bank Statement, yet they refused them. And the documents are listed under their list of acceptable documents. When I raised the issue with them, they started their usual round of system-generated mails that don't assist in any way. Do they expect me to forge documents so that they accept them.

For the sake of your peace, DON'T NEVER use NETELLER for online transactions. You better stick with PayPal

They FINALLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT with hundreds of dollars in there. If anyone knows how I can REPORT NETELLER to the FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY please let me know. We need to #AbolishNeteller

Paysafe is scamming money all over the words. I have been using my neteller account for more than 4 years. But 2 days ago suddenly i received a mail from neteller that your account is restricted. Then i submitted my documents to reactive my account. Then i found they have looter 130$ From my account. They says its their administrative audit fee. What a scam it it. Neteller is a site which takes 3% fee in all transaction. That cuts 130$ as audit fee! Also as per their term 16.3 they were supposed to give a notice of two months but i did not get any warning. When i sent the screenshot of their term Again they asked for documents anr they approved but my account was restricted and the next day they asked me to withdraw my remaining funds vaia bank. Same happed to my skrill as well. So i would request everyone not to use pay safe service. They will scam your money trust me. And if anyone from uk has the ability then please file a case against this fraud site. Thank you.

After you deposit your money, they instantly restrict your account for their FAKE ID verification process! Their excuse is that the relevant department is reviewing your document which not true. I was waiting for them for them from May 2021 to give me access to use my fund or refund my money. Although I sent them all the documents they asked, they never opened my account! I contacted them numerous times both via email and phone and they give you the same answer. DO NOT TRUST NETELLER AND SKRILL!

I have created account on neteller and once i uploaded my a little of my funds on their limit, then i wanted to increase my limits, so i uploaded a ID card for me and then i recieved a message from them telling my that my account has been disabled permenantly without any reason.

I could reach to the support and they told me that this disable decision is final and not up for review.

They waste my time and my money without even telling me any reason for this.

Neteller is a SCAM website.

This service will block your access from whole your country and your money is gonna be gone. They already did that to many countries.
