Totally SCAM! It's unbelievable, they charged $150 from my account first and asked for Bank Statement to refund the rest of my $1837. First, they denied my statement and asked for an alternative one. I made a new bank account just to provide them with the alternative statement. After sending the new statement they said the refund request is denied and they can't refund me or provide any more information about it! Can you believe it? If you think I am lying, I can give you screenshots of everything. They have the right to terminate my account but they have no right to take my hard-earned money. Please use other payment processors but not Neteller.
Neteller is a big cheat they deduct all my balance I just open account with them get it verified and after that make a deposit but when I tried to transfer fund firsts they did not proceed than they deduct all my funds such a poor support and cheat wallet.
This company is just another scam they say all this stuff about on line shopping and stuff but it's BS they told me the service is not available in Canada, are you kidding don't use them and google should be held responsible for backing them.

I thought I could make a transaction with my money right after but lo and behold, i had to undergo a verification process first before i could withdraw my money!
They froze my account and charged 5 USD every month due to inactivity.

I had issues making a payment on my account for weeks so I contacted customer service for help. They were not only incompetent but they didnt't even try to engage and attempt to resolve my issue. All i was told was that my account was under internal restriction and that they couldnt do anything about it. Totally useless customer service.

After contacting them, their answer is that they charged me 100€ for not providing my documents.
However they had all my documents when I charged the account with 100€.

I'm using neteller over 7 years. Neteller closed my account without any reason. I have 6422$ on my account. Neteller want to refund me from 2 months, but they didn't do it. Now they are saying there is no account using my email. I sent a ton of mail with screenshot of previous 10 transaction, neteller account ID, but they stopped giving me service. They are F*******king scammer
You just have made the mistake of your life depositing on neteller. I made the same mistake.
When i deposit it was no problem, but when i want to withdraw they ask me for verification, the sistem they use for scaning the documents is the worst when i need to scan the back of the document i tri for 3 houer but nothing. I have sent an email with all my documents and im waiting for response.
I used Neteller to make a deposit, when I attempted to make a second deposit to the same site I couldn't, when I tried to withdraw my balance from Neteller back to the card I had used to deposit they wouldn't let me. Customer service were of no help eventually I had to withdraw to my back account resulting in a charge of almost 20%. Absolute shower
They blocked the account without justification and I removed the card for supposed security. Has been a real problem because there is no way to mobilize my money. Support by email or call is the ball is thrown, they are irresponsible.
Folks please dont open your account with neteller its not safe there are huge charges when your try to withdraw money. I have been chasing with them almost a month to get the money out. The customer service sucks big time.

Took money for a payment and then mysteriously said "address details do not match seconds later" Money gone from my account and marked as "pending" for weeks. Not gone to pay the bill and not in my account either! Just vanished into the Neteller cloud. Emailed customer care numerous times and no response. This is NOT. A serious company and I would not recommend you transferring any money here! AVOID
Neteller stole my money
On 13 May 2024, I made a cash out from my Neteller account to my credit card.
I received the money on my credit card but on 27 June 2024, my bank deducted the amount from my bank account because Neteller did not send the money to my bank.

I have been another victim of Neteller. They directly closed my account permanently. I had successfully verified my ID and also I was using their mobile App. But they directly closed my account permanently.
But the main problem is that They will not give me my money back, It's around 20$. I did just created my new account and due to some reason, I have deposited 20$ in my Neteller account.
Neteller should try to add their users not block them permanently.

I have been an another victim of neteller. They restricted my account out of nowhere then when i message them that i would like to get my money off their app. They give me some bull$#*! excuse. I am giving five stars so that it shows on top, Neteller is a company that is completely linked with the online poker scam. To mask the transactions as legitimate which are nothing but money laundering into illegal activities from unsuspecting online poker players and casino players who will 100% lose all the money they deposit.
So I basically was playing some live casino games and I turned a small amount of money into 1100 dollars and because neteller wanted to keep this money for themselves and spend it on the who res they pretended they transferred my money to my bank account but it has been 2 months and there is no sign of my money.
They do not respond to emails, the agents have no idea where my money is, I had a verified account with them.
Stay away from them as much as you possibly can! Their platform works seldomly, only on some of browsers, the process of account verification is a nightmare and their customer service comes down to template e mails and crap excuses. Do not use Neteller!
Stole 30 euros from me. I ordered withdrawal to debit card, money never arrived to my bank account. I never received any explanation. I have had previous successful withdrawals. I do not know if they are deteriorating as a company or simply they steal occassionally just as to confuse the customer.
They also effectively have no support at all. Phone contacts attempts will make your loses even greater.
