I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner!
I bought a jacket, took 6 weeks to show up and was wrong.
Emailed "customer service" and was told to send it to the U.S... and they won't pay for it, I have to.
Never again!
For the record I would give a ZERO star rating if I could!

Dear Ncrowd,
I am very disappointed with your company after opening this package I received yesterday. Much less the awful shipping service I experienced. It was ordered 11/20 and did not arrive until 12/22 this is not acceptable when the tracking showed nothing until 12/20.
I could have purchased more and better items at any dollar store. Your ad claimed this bag to be worth $100.00, I doubt that very much. You even had the balls to include two gift tags and a santa letter which are basically worthless.
It just feels like I have been scammed and I will never again purchase a gift bag, bundle or box from your company.
I guess you have taught me and others a lesson.
This was truly a waste of my time and money and a real bad hit to your campanys reputation.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered " mystery" santa christmas gifts- valued at $100 each.It was a total scam, from false advertising to products that were so cheap you couldn't sell them for free at a garage sale! I asked for my money back, and I would return all the " gifts"at my own cost. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order! Please tell anyone you know, NOT to buy from this company. It's really too bad, because I have bought other products fromEversave that were as expected. I won't buy from them"ever" again!

Scam Alert!
September 24, 2015

Ncrowd contacted my business to set up a deal selling facials, which I began in January 2015. They sold 16 tickets and I serviced all but one as of this date. I received an anonymous call stating to check my banking history and found out that Ncrowd only paid my business for the first two services in February and has paid us since. Apparently every other business advertising on Ncrowd is experiencing the same problem. They have also posted my ad on their partner sites, selling facials without my permission. The last few customers I've serviced have mentioned they were unable to use their coupons at the businesses because of the same issue and they also couldn't get refunded. I contacted Ncrowd by phone and left a voicemail and sent them 3 emails all with no reply. This website is a scam and no one should purchase from them. Clearly they are getting away with it as well since it's been almost a year this has been going on. DONT BUY!

Its a pitty zero stars isnt an option. I ordered an item via this company that never arrived despite receiving an email that said it was dispatched. Numerous chasing emails to NCrowd and over 2 months later they replied to say that my account with them had been credited with the spent money - but no explanations and no offers to order another product. However, they did kindly end the email with the smarmy "Thanks and have a great day!" Terrible customer service, non- delivery of good, over 2 months to 'resolve' the issue and store credit for a company I never wish to deal with again! Avoid, avoid, avoid. Groupon, Wowcher etc. are excellent, but stay well clear of NCrowd.

Say you return an item because you are unhappy with it. NCrowd will not refund you but issue you credit for the amount. You purchase another deal using a 15% off code. Naturally you want to use your credit. They will NOT let you. Their policy prohibits you from using your credit for a deal with a discount. Does this make any sense? It does not to me. Customer service keeps saying, 'We apologize for the inconvenience. You are a valued customer and we appreciate your feedback.' I am done with them.

NEVER order anything from here. I put in an order the 1st of October and my card was charged the same day. It is not the 6th of December and I cannot get anyone from this company to answer why the product was never received. You can only get scripted emails, never a direct answer to any questions and there is no live person to talk to on the phone ever. This company is unethical and shady and should not be used!

I have buy an item on Ncrowd.ca and never received my product after 7 weeks.
On paypal we have 45 days to refund,,,, now it's too late.
They pick your money.

I have received my item more than 2 month after paid and after I threatened to make bad publicity on Facebook, they answer to me and send me my item.

The New "NCROWD" is run the same way as Dealfind/TeamBuy. Vendors beware, be prepared to collect your payment off of them. They will do whatever they can not to pay you. Buyer Beware this is a company who cannot afford to pay their bills, and will most likely be out of business, again, in the near future.

We have a business and have been using Ncrowd for over a year and since April they will not call, email or pay their bills for services provided to their clients who pay them to use our services.

Great Customer Service!

I recently purchased an item that didn't work as advertised. When I contacted nCrowd's customer service, they were more than willing to resolve my issue in a timely manner, and offered me a refund on the product.

I bought a deal for a pair of Ray Ban aviators and it turns out the sunglasses I got are fake! I can't believe they don't screen the quality of the products before selling them!
I will be asking for a full refund!

Ordered a t-shirt
December 4, 2014

Ordered a t-shirt. Got notification from the P. O. that the address was wrong. I sent them a correction, but they had already returned it to nCrowd. Since then (2 weeks ago) I have emailed nCrowd every couple days and NEVER have gotten a reponse. Today I got a tracking alert that a 2nd item I had ordered from them (right after ordering the t-shirt) had been delivered today. WRONG. Again, my complaints to nCrowd are going unanswered. Last time I will EVER buy from them! Do not be taken in by their items & prices - it is just a rip-off!

They will sell you a service voucher, the vendor refuses to honor and then they refuse to refund your money. When you try to get customer service, you will only get email responses with canned statements. Just look at the other complaints here and you will notice the same rep Carl S. Is handling all the complaints. Either he is a very busy man or there is no Carl S.! Just an FYI everyone most of the products sold on nCrowd are purchased and drop shipped out of China. If you really like a product that you see on nCrowd just do a google search on the product. You will find that you can order direct from the manufacturer for a much cheaper price and usually free shipping. You will find a lot of their products on tmart.com. Just go there, they want your business and offer amazing customer service.

I purchases two travel vouchers that inlcuded two nights hotel and airfare for either Las Vegas or Orlando for two people. You have two years from purchase to redeem the vouchers. Tippr conveniently sold that portion of the company to another organization who surprisingly are not honoring the voucher. I was told to dispute the charges on my credit card, but of course, it is past the 90 day dispute window and now, Tippr will not refund my money! Stay away from this poor excuse of a company, they are a scam!

I purchased an item that was of inferior quality. Sam in customer service was very helpful in helping me return the item and get a refund. I was upset that Crowd Saving would even offer such an inferior product, but I am reviewing their customer service here, and it was outstanding.

I purchased a converter from them on 10/3, they billed my CC on 10/5 and was suppose to send me a voucher to get the item from an online vender. So far, after several emails to their support site, nothing has been done. I have removed the charge from my CC (thanks AMEX!) and have filed a complaint with the Washington BBB, and am in the process of telling anyone that would listen to stay away from Tippr. Looks like another scam deal site...
I suspect the positive comments are from trolls or Tippr employees themselves.

I would give it a 0 if I could. I received a car DVD that was dead on arrival - it would not charge or turn on. It has taken over 3 weeks to get a response (3 emails and 2 voice mails later). They are asking that I mail the item back AT MY EXPENSE in exchange for a store credit. I ill never order form this company again as I am not the only person experiencing these kinds of problems.

The nCrowd sites are still alive with sale items but apparently they do not exist at all. When I used the *******@nCrowd.ca link I ended up with confusing answers from Michael from BoomStreet stating BoomStreet only bought the names and database from nCrowd, and not responsible for all previous nCrowd's vouchers or merchandise sold. Lord, I just have to cut my losses as my next inquiry may end up being replied by the Martians. When I clicked on the BBB logo to check BoomStreet's credit standing, it is identical to nCrowd's and even displays the name as nCrowd Inc., go figure! Of course, same location, same telephone number and probably same person replying all the complaint emails.
