So i always come here to warn others about bad deals. I knew signing up with channel advisor would be like making a deal with the devil. I signed up a few years ago when they were the only ones that could get you on certain marketplaces. Alot has changed with their competition now. Yes they are robust. So here are some common questions to ask before siging up:
Do they do inventory management for multiple marketplaces? Absolutely. Does knowing you work with channel advisor get you on those marketplaces faster? I believe yes.
Are they overpriced? Most definitely.
Is the tech support good? Nope. NO ONE TO CALL.
Will someone help you with your problem timely? Not usually.
Will the problem get answered eventually? Yes. Tho usually not with enough info to help. You will have to send multiple emails to get to the bottom of the answer. Usually get one answer a day. Getting onto a new marketplace after being approved takes weeks.
Will they hold my hand with the software? Nope. U will get a crash course and then byebye. Good luck with tech support and a snails pace. When u have a lot of questions you won't get the help you need so fast. Unless you pay more thousands of dollars.
What is their bottom line? Let's face it, folks. It is not you, the seller. It is the money they want to make from you. They WILL put you under a yearly contract. Go guess your future income for them to base your contract on. They will charge you for info that should be free. If your listings are not getting to the marketplace it is your problem.
All i can say is that i recommend you try the other guys out there. They are fast catching up to what channel advisor can do.and if you do choose to work with them. Negotiate and don't expect too much help. Remember, folks. That nice salesman IS NOT your friend and WILL NOT be there for you when you are stuck. Lucky for me is that I and my team are very tech savvy and are very comfortable with detailed excel spreadsheets. If this is not your forte you will have major roadblocks.
Feel free to reach out to me before you sign up if you have other questions.

Hey all! I go to sitejabber specifically if i have a warning for everyone. THese guys take the cake. I had serious issues with them and their garbage dtg machine that kept breaking down. I am so sorry i never thought to warn all of you here doing research into buying years ago. Because when you search online for reviews you cannot really find any. And they tell you to go to tshirt forum to see that everyone just loves them. Guess what?! BIG LIE! I have first hand knowledge that they are all buds over there and they literally TAKE DOWN NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON TSHIRTS FORUM. They have sold defective machines to dozens of business owners. I was one of the early ones. I have a review on yelp for years now if you want more details. Just from that review i have had over a dozen people reach out to me asking for help in what to do as the reps are so condescending and blame you. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. If you can afford that machine YOU ARE NOT AN IDIOT. NO matter how they try to make you feel.
In any case, please do yourself a favor and stay away. I have had so many people stuck with their trash machines reach out and ask me if i am willing to joing them in a class action lawsuit. I hope they do bring these guys down. Thankfully, i have a fully operational business and that was just supposed to be a supplemental income. I chalked it up to the most expensive paperweight i have ever had and moved on. I have met far too many business owners under a terrible financial strain due to the dtg contstantly breaking down. I feel so bad for them.
In any case, you can check out actual google reviews and/or yelp reviews and their own facebook complaints. They don't care. Many peopel are afraid to leave reviews because they are afraid they won't get any more support for the machine. They try to say everyone is stupid. The only stupid one is you if you buy that machine from this company. Lots of others out there. I won't say which ones because then i will look like a commercial for someone else. Just a warning to all of you. As you can see on sitejabber i have been in business for almost a decade and been burned a few times. It happens. But i am glad sitejabber is around to let people like me warn others to steer clear of the bad guys. These guys? Definitely a bad deal! My new motto:
Remember, folks. That nice salesman IS NOT your friend and WILL NOT be there for you when you are stuck.

Ok folks. So now we know. The game is this: file for bankruptcy protection and no one can sue you and you get to keep everyone's money. Got it? Learned a lot in 3 short years.
Live and learn.

GETTING A LAWSUIT GOING AS A SELLER! CONTACT ME!

Summer 2015 I was a seller on ncrowd now called boomstreet. They still have my items up on their site knowing that they should not be there and knowing i will not ship. They are just stealing money from unsuspecting buyers as they will obviously never get their items.

I received an email saying boomstreet is not responsible for ncrowd debt. REALLY!? Same name and same address. Same portal for sellers. Same everything! SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!

I am owed $2000 plus dollars for inventory i shipped for them. I have not seen any money and now they conveniently changed their name to steal from countless more. BBB is a joke and continues to give them an A rating. I am working on a class action lawsuit!

Please contact me to get involved!

Tip for consumers:
spam them with your complaints to their emails * and any other address you can find to let them know the garbage they are!

BUYERS! I never got a notification about them having financial difficulties. I have autopay from them and about 20 other marketpalces. SO I mistakenly ASSUME they pay properly and on time. I have been shipping my SHORETRENDZ.COM clothing line for them for about 2 years. I did not recieve ANY type of warning or notification they were in financial trouble. People, they let me ship for over a year with NO payment! Doing business taxes now with accountant and see how extensive the damage is! CAN YOU BELIEVE when i emailed them about this they asked me if i want to keep selling moving forward i would get paid 105% back. SERIOUSLY! THey owe SHORE TRENDZ thousands of dollars as is that we will never see. They are unethical and someone should go to jail! THey will change their name and stay in operation. Just like ncrowd did. They actually still list items and collect money! The seller won't get a dime and you won't get a refund. You won't find my SHORE TRENDZ apparel there! UGH! Stay away. Go to the big ones, people. It is only a matter of time before these bottom feeder shopping sites are all gone. Feel free to reach out to me. I will even give you a free coupon code for my site if you mention this sitejabber post.

BEWARE! Ncrowd changed their name this summer to boomstreet. A year before that they were SOMEONE ELSE! They have independent vendors from across the country. Problem is, they don't pay the vendors. When too many come knocking on their door they 'declare bankruptcy' and change their name! That leaves both buyers and sellers holding the empty bag with no merchandise sent and no money paid to the vendor! They recently took down their BBB logo because they ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB!

Boomstreet is NOT LEGIT. All these people do is change their business name every 2 years or so. Take as much buyer money and seller product as they can get away with. Once fed up people come pounding down their door they change their name! Spam their website and emails and let them know they are NOT LEGIT and should go to jail! I am a seller and am building a case for the FTC to get involved.
THese deal sites must be stopped!
