on 11/24/15No bankrupt. Just name change scam. They do this just about every year when they screw people... they just change their name. We are working on looking into getting them involved in the Federal Trade Commission here in the United States. What have you got over there? Some sort of government organisation?
If you paid with a credit card, ask your credit company for a chargeback ASAP. Provide them with evidence that nCrowd is out of business(eg, a link to a website, correspondances)
Hi Rob -you will more than likely not get paid :( all we can do on our end is not give BoomStreet any more service and spread the word that they are attached to nCrowd even though they say they are not. It's a bad business :(
No way they r bankrupt.
Hi,
My only suggestion would be to contact Carl at ncrowd. Here is his e-mail address: carl@ncrowd.com. Good luck!
I got a letter about there liquidation says i need to sign something n send back but i dont have a clue. I am owed several hundreds a pounds but i dont think myself lucky as to a small business thats alot of cash just like several thousands for bigger type business. All in all any business being affected by them is wrong regardless of the ount
Hi
These are in liquidation now - you will NOT get paid. Think yourself lucky it's only £300... They owe merchants hundreds of thousands...
Please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and post comments on Yelp and Facebook. They have screwed so many people, I'm sure some lawsuits will emerge and you will have an opportunity to get financially compensated. Corporations just can't get away with this kind of thing anymore- even Groupon got slapped with a class action lawsuit and they are 1000% more legitimate than the lowlives at BoomStreet. It may take some time, but it will happen.
