They filed for bankruptcyand immediately started doing business as Boom Street. They were actually making things right for a while through the BBB but then stopped answering request from BBB. Tanya is right if you paid with a CC you can have them reverse the charges. If not you can try to contacting financial institution you paid through.

Call Citizens Advice Bureau. They should be able to advise. I don't think ncrowd exist anymore.
