****UPDATE****
After much back and forth - ok mostly me writing angry letters and ncrowd responding three times - I finally woke up to this response this morning (I guess even they know they are a scam and are afraid of the police). I would encourage EVERYONE to stand up to these scammers. (I also received confirmation from paypal that my credit card charges were reversed), They did NOT refund the full purchase price however, instead choosing to short me $5.97. I assume they withheld the six dollars to cover dollar store expenses to provide goods to sell at highly inflated prices.

You guys violated the terms of your own seller's contract by not shipping out the items I had paid for back in november. Now you are offering me a "credit" for an item that you claim is on auto ship - which tells me that you never actually shipped anything to me.
I can and will file a report with the police based on fraudulent selling practices, false advertising (apparently the "mystery" is whether or not the purchaser will actually receive anything) as well as theft. As proof, I will show that I never received a tracking number, nor even an email confirmation of the purchase - you guys literally just took money from my credit card. To back up my claim I can and will include all correspondence from you, as well as several websites citing hundreds of instances of you people stealing from everyone who is trusting enough to buy from you. I also have a notarized copy of the charge from my bank. Offering me a bogus credit does not negate the fact that 'ncrowd is a scam.
So, to reiterate, you have until the close of business on Tuesday January 6,2015 to refund the full purchase price of $89.97 to my visa card.
Thank you and I trust we can reach an amicable resolution to this
-----First time I bought from them - bought three mystery santa boxes from them back in early november... they never came. It's all a scam, they just want your money then they sit back and laugh. After sending them repeated emails, this was the response I just got:

We apologize for the inconvenience.
We are unable to refund you for this purchase as it is outside of our policy on auto ship products. For any auto ship product, we need to be notified within 1 business day.
If you no longer wish to receive your product, please refuse the shipment when it arrives and as soon as the merchant confirms receipt of it back, we will be more than happy to process a refund in the form of nCrowd store credit.
