I have a voucher to be redeemed at vacationrescenter.com/3_day)hotel.html and the website is not available. The voucher does not expire until January 14,2017. Dear Kath,

NCrowd went bankrupt and were taken over (or renamed themselves) BoomStreet. Boomstreet said they would send me a refund but never did. I and a number of others posted warnings on SiteJabber about BoomStreet but these were removed due to "lack of evidence". Now BoomStreet has gone bust after taking more money from people - see BoomStreet.co.uk. This means that small creditors are at the back of the que, don't hold your breath! I would discuss this with your credit card company, that's your best hope.
