Don't consider buying anything from Naturalizer.ca website no matter how much a deal they are offering (40% off complete order) I placed 2 orders the week of April 20,2020 because the items were what I wanted and were available thus my orders were processed. Guess what both orders were billed to AMEX and then both order were cancelled by Naturalizer. I'll never shop with Naturalizer again. FALSE deals being offered to suck you in!
In my country a pair of naturalizer shoes cost a mini fortune. I spent near 70 dollars in their webpage and bought 4 pair of shoes with free shipping in the USA. Bringing them to the Dominican Republic is a bit expensive but even with this international freight I paid much more less than what it would have cost here.
Quality is good, fitting is true to size. I'm W but has to order M and it's a bit narrow for me but they fit me ok. Only issue was one of the shoes had some glue visible but OK. I recommend this site and the shoes
I am just fuming right now! I ordered the Naturalizer Karina pumps size 9.5 wide for work on the 17th of April and to my SURPRISE AND DISMAY I received a Franco Sarto bright orange slippers today Sunday the 24th of April! No return labels in the box, Nothing to return this item which I would never order because it's totally not my style. NATURALIZER better have some answers and my shoe in the mail by tomorrow morning when I reach out to them! I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY'
I have had the worse experience with my first order at Naturalizer Canada and will NEVER order product from this company again. The shoes are not sized accordingly and when I had to return the pair I ordered the run around for getting my money back was insane. The lady I spoke with upon first inquiry to where my refund was was condescending and lacked professionalism and a kind way. I was left with no choice but to take my complaint to BBB and Paypal as the person I encountered could only laugh at me and hang up after I asked to speak with a manager.
I have my Fabulous, Comfortable, Classic style Bzees on...
My Bzees Collections are now Four... love them all.
Each is unique in their own way.
People ask me where I got them from... and of course I say, "Naturalizer"...
Thanks to you I walk proud and strong.

My mom and I ordered a pair of boots for my birthday this Saturday and we only found out today, THURSDAY that they cancelled the order because they "sold out" yea right. Is that why the same size and style is still available? Maybe they need to process orders quicker than a week after its ordered and then they wouldn't run out of stock. But thats ok because now I see what terrible quality their shoes are by your comments. Thank you everyone else, no thank you naturalizer.
Don't buy online unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure you will not return them if you don't live near one of their stores. And trying to find out where their stores are is a total nightmare! I thought I would be able to, as surely there would be a Naturalizer store close, but no, there are none! Will have to pay $15 shipping for an $80 pair of boots. Very unhappy.
Worst customer service ever. You can't ever cancel the order once you placed. Wrong address or wrong size, no matter what. Whenever I contacted the customer service, the only thing I could hear was "I am sorry, we can't". Such a waste of time and money. Extremely frustrated customer service ever. I would never use the website again.
I made the mistake of not reviewing the return policy before buying my first pair of nautralizers. When I received the shoes and realized they looked like plastic orthopedic shoes I decided to return. $12 later no shoes and out an $12 I feel taken. Why would anyone buy shoes today from a retailer who makes the customer pay for the return. There are too many alternative retailers... lesson learned.
I purchased a shoes online but I had to cancel it the next day before it was shipped.
I called Naturalizer Canada to cancel my order and the agent told me that she can't do it. I'll have to just wait for the product to arrive and send it back (pay another shipping charge) or visit nearest store to return.
I've never heard of a company that cannot cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet. I guess I'll have to waste the shipping charge and go through the hassle of going to the post office for pick up and return.
What kind of company doesn't allow order cancellation before shipment?
I only wish I could give them zero stars. As with the other reviews, I was assured that my order of a pair of shoes would arrive in time for a wedding. Not only did they not arrive, I got no communication regarding the fact that they were no longer available. Pathetic! I will never shop for Naturalizer again!
I read through their shipping policy and it staid that standard shipping typically arrives within 2-5 business days, however to allow 7-10 days. My shoes did not even SHIP until day 8 - and are not expected to arrive until day 14. Ridiculous in this day and age that it takes that long to get them shipped. I don't have my shoes yet, but after reading these other reviews, I certainly hope I don't have to return them!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I agree. I wore a pair of shoes around the house a couple of times to see how comfortable they were and decided against them. Believing thayt style and very comfort can come together, Naturalizer.com is proud to introduce the N5 comfort system to give you the freedom to move through life beautifully. Highly breathable linings keep you cool and collected from morning to night. Extremely frustrated customer service ever. I would never use the website again.
I returned the shoes in the store on July 1. On July 14 called the customer service that the refund still was not posted to my credit card. They said they'll accelerate the process. Today is July 21 and they still keep my money. Shame on you Naturalizer! I have never had this happen in my entire life that the direct return in store would not be processes within five days. 21 days and still ticking...
I went to Famous footwear in Galleria mall in Henderson, NV to find wide width shoes for my mom. F famous footwear did not have any styles in store that would suit. I was advised by one of the employees that I could probably find suitable shoes for her at Naturalized on Las Vegas Blvd. Thank goodness my husband also loves my mom because he didn't hesitate to say he'd drive me. Natasha G., at Naturalized, not only descibed the labels that made the wide widths more visible, she literally picked out shoes appropriate for my mom and this helped me by speeding up the time I had to spend going up and down the aisles on my own. I purchased 3 pair of shoes for my mom. I'll definitely be going back to this store because my mom lives in another state and I will be shopping for her frequently.
So just to update everyone.I got my money back after i made-up a dispute with my bank...anyway I took my lesson that no way to order online from naturalizer.ca
Thanks
I ordered on line and it was small my size always 5 but was small so i return it by purolator and return the shoe they said refunded it but no transaction number or any history on my account it has been more than one month and didnt recieve my refund yet...3 calls to customer service and they telling me we refunded back but when i checked my online banking found nothing.it has been one month and 3 days and nothing i made a dispute with bank already
Wow - where to begin with this organization? Ordered boots. Never got a confirmation - did get an order number though and for 3 weeks when tracking the order, a message saying "processing" was displayed. Impatient of waiting, wrote to them - and 2 days later got a response that the audit review team had cancelled the order - whatever this team is about. No explanation. No cancellation email. When pressed, got a reply that it was likely due to incorrect address, insufficient funds, etc. All rubbish - I have a 6 digit limit on my card, with a negligible balance on the card and my address hasn't changed in 10 years. Instead of resolving the problem they asked me to write to call customer service. Talk about a screwed up siloed company. Instead of resolving the issue, they passed the buck. At the end of the day, they "processed" the order, then cancelled it, without ever informing me! And then when asked, fluffed it off for me to contact customer service. So buyer beware. Absolutely pathetic service.
As Tsawwassen Mills store was closing I came across one of the most amazing store employees EVER! After lining up to get into the store some customers were rude and demanding, others stock piled shoes and left boxes and wrappers in a mess around them. Powen - the store manager - handled every single customer with patience and respect. She's kind, caring and extremely professional - this is one person Naturalizer should try and hold on to. A true miracle worker.
Knew what I was buying because I owned a pair before but bought from another store full price, was a little Leary buying from Natualizer because of ALL the bad reviews
I got two pairs for the price of one. I am happy with my purchase. AND it came within the 7 days. In fact (3) days.
Sad that you guys had a bad experience.
Once the were a comfortable, quality shoe. Now they are nearly just like every other schmuck out there. Not great quality anymore.
I tried to purchase a pair of shoes for work on their website on Friday. Ordered, got confirmation on e-mail of my order, etc. Next I know a few days later I get an e-mail advising the order is cancelled as they are out of stock. WTF type of online site do they use that doesn't have perpetual inventory? I will never purchase from them again. Lots of other equivalent brands out there. Naturalizer doesn't have a reliable, reputable product any longer.
Answer: Heya! I'm also a 7.5 but when I got my Naturalizer heels I got a size 7 and even those have a bit of room. I got these extra pads that go underneath the front part of my foot and the shoe fits perfectly. Definitely size down.
Answer: The fit depends on the style but the 8 is probably a safe bet.
Answer: I've bought this brand twice and both times the shoes didn't last. First time it was a normal work wear pair which I thought felt very comfortable. The heel support screw snapped within 5 weeks and they went to the rubbish. The second time, I bought slip ons and after the first wear the insole lifted and started to come off and the cushioning underneath started crumbling
