Naturalizer Canada sneakily labels all their shoes as either artificial or leather. The fact is most of their shoes that look like leather are NOT! These are made of PU. E.g. Their flat shoes (SOUL KENTLEY LOAFER), then they charge C$8 for shipping and for returns ANOTHER C$8 is removed from your purchase price before refunds are credited to your account! I paid 17.00 to return a pair is shoes, which was the cheapest option! They do not pay for returns. Stick with Nordstrom. The money i saved ended up being less than what I paid in return shipping! Buyer beware!

I actually believed that Naturalizer would deliver my order of 4 pairs of shoes when I paid them $40 to deliver overnight. Not one pair showed up! Customer Service just cannot explain it--they know NOTHING. They do not even know if the shoes were shipped. As far as I am concerned--advertising and collecting money for overnight delivery and then losing the entire order apparently is the way Naturalizer does business. Do not order online from them--you will be sorry. Worst online purchase experience EVER.

Never, NEVER place an order online. I wanted to exchange my boots (7 days waited for the delivery) for a bigger size so I went to the store and placed a replacement order with them. Two weeks later, I call to see why the order hasn't been delivered yet - as it turns out they never shipped it because they were out of the size. But they supposedly made a refund a week ago - which I never received. I called the customer support after talking to my bank and - they only do refunds by check - which I should receive in the next 3 weeks. This whole story, about boots, is only taking me 6 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth it.

Online experience was ok. St Jacobs store experience: appalling. Went to return and get gift card for elderly relative. Was there 25 minutes and 2 staff (including manager). Had to reboot system, it crashed then was unable to do a gift card whatsoever. They were then unable to do a straight return. The most frustrating and useless experience. The manager advised I go to a different store - in Mississauga! One of the worst customer service experiences I have had as an adult! Will never shop at or online with Naturalizer again.

I ordered two pairs of shoes based on the 'size guide' provided on on their site. One was too narrow and the other was too wide. I had to send them back via an insured method as they stated was required which cost me $12.50.

They received them on 6/25 but told me that I would not be granted a refund until 7/10 and that I would not receive any refund of my shipping charges!

I shop online all the time and this is the first site that refuses to work with their customers. Most sites offer free shipping and returns for shoes!

I will never buy again and hope to save others from the frustration. Only buy something that you have tried on in a store to ensure the correct fit. Otherwise you could be out $21 for shipping and get nothing for it.

If you need wide widths in comfortable shoes with great style, this is the best place. Thanks goodness for their selection and the reviews are very hones especially when it comes to correctness of fit. Not cheap, but there are some very good end of season sales.

What a joke I ordered a pair of shoes I waited since June 16 what a joke Purolator claimed they did not have my adress! Clearly they did I called everday because naturalizer told me I was s lier! This time I made sure to showthem how stupidthey are or purolator is my adress was on the bill! Who is playing games?!

Naturalizer is notorious for taking order for multiple days while offering discount and then not shipping the product citing the inventory is sold out. The product will show up again after the discount is gone.

I ordered a set of sandal on 07/18 and users could order that same size -color and style until 07/23 for discount. On 07/24 they sent an email that can not ship because shoe is sold out.

Shame on them for playing these tricks with the customers.

My sandals sole has split in half after buying them last winter, so I called Naturalizer and was told that they are sorry but they can't do anything for me. Their website says they stand behind quality of their products and if you feel your shoes have manufacturing defect email or call them. They DO NOT stand behind their product or under it.

Wow this site is a Joke, ordered the same pair of shoes 3 times and received a refund every time saying it was out of stock, 3 times, here's a idea how about you stop putting up shoes that have been out of stock for 3 months and maybe don't have customer service that gives you attitude because you the customer are a little bit frustrated, they have lost a customer, everything ppl are saying is 100% true this is the worst site l ever experienced buyer beware

Unfortunate Junk

Once a quality shoe is now poor quality, Ordered on line two pairs of identical shoes of the same size, and each pair size and fit we're dramatically different. The upper shoe material was so rigid, you might as well be wearing cardboard boxes. Miss the quality and convenience of the Naturalizer Outlet Stores. Naturalizer on line customer service was very good in processing my return.

My first experience at Naturalizer at the International mall store in miami will be my last. I'm having a hard time finding comfortable shoes, for a, cruise and, decided to shop at their store because their claim of comfort. My sneakers were not comfortable tried to return within 30 days and they would not take them. They said I had worn them. Which I did one time to try out for 10 minutes! I have never had such an experience. I'm used to shopping at nordstrom and Bloomingdale's which they should learn from their customer service skills. They can keep there $50.00. They must be really hard up for business. I'm beyond shocked at their business practice.

Well, the quality of shoe for $90.00 is below acceptability.
Second, the size 7 shoe is way too small,
Hey the 7.5 seems like a 9.
Third the closest store to me is about 1hr away.
So for convenience I ordered online...
Big, Enourmous mistake.
They require you to pay for returns.
Oh wait, no exchanges unless in store...
I mean, what part of any of this online ordering through Naturalizer is convenient...
Not to mention the large inconsistency on sizes.
Future prediction: this company goes out of business.
Let someone that cares about customer service use your business to make it an actual serving business not self serving.
Bye Naturalizer... gouge someone else.

I ordered a pair of boot in Dec 11 2019 for the winter but they have not shipped it. On the website, they have claimed that they ship the orders very fast, however, they do not do that at all. I sent them an email but no response. I want to cancel my order but there is no option for order cancellation. I called them but their office was close. I am not satisfied with customer service at all.

I was shocked to read a review that states otherwise about the Burlington Centre(Mall) store. I have been a regular returning customer of this store for years. The staff has always been very helpful to me and has gone out of their way to problem solve to find shoes to fit my awkward sized feet. They have ordered shoes for me, searched different stores and even looked into various alternatives to help me find the perfect fit. They cater to all of my needs in store and even offer to hold my purchases in the back room while I complete my shopping. Only complaint would be the store needing a revamp as the carpeting has had its day. Great location, excellent service and a wide variety of shoes at great prices. Way to go Naturalizer!

I bought a bag last year as an anniversary present for myself, missed the 30 day period for returning unfortunately and for stuck with a horribly stench handbag that I can't use because any time you open the bag you're gassed with the smell and people around you think you've got fish there. Contacted Naturalizer and they wouldn't even give an in store credit to me. I lost over $50 which in this economy means something

Bought 2 pair of boots, nice style. Bad fit. Their shipping was horrible. The two show boxes had been literally cut apart and stuck back together for shipping. They shipped 2 shoe boxes in a plastic bag. What do you think they looked like when they got to me? Yep, crushed! Wouldn't have mattered anyway, since the boxes were sliced beyond use anyway. Would love to send the shoes back, but it costs almost as much as one pair of the shoes to send them to California, since I'm in TN.
I posted a review on the shipping mess, but they chose not to post it. So I've found other means to alert you. And from where I am, the return would cost almost 25.00 at post office and more at UPS. Not sure what I'm going to do with them now.
