Model N591-201 Leather upper. Shoes very comfortable but the soles have spit and even dissentigrated at the heal and balls of the sole. Very disappointed!
Carolyn. Upper shoe is still like new. Please let me know here to send for replacement in Ontario, Canada.
Purchased a pair of shoes online. When I got them, they were scuffed, so I returned them. 2 and a half weeks later, I get them back in the mail, saying they didn't not accept the return because they were used. They also tried to tell me they couldn't do anything becuase it was 30 days since the original purchase date.
I called Naturalizer. They verified that the shoes were from a store, so likely worn, and I would have to send them back for an 'inspection'. So far, a $40 pair of shoes has cost me $20 in postage. There are far better retailers out there, do don't shop here. Give your money to a company that cares about their customers.
On the advice of a great friend, I ordered two pair of "Samantha" flats... one in Blk. Suede and the other in Blue Sueded. They're true to size, completely comfortable (want them as "dressy house shoe" when entertaining, etc., and I'm thrilled with them.
Pushy service led to a poor fitting purchase. Then lockdown meant we couldn't return them. Then when we did, it was outside their terms. They did offer an exchange but nothing in the store fitted. So no ability for exchange. Rude staff. Rude head office. Pushy, Poor fit.
This makes it incredibly easy in the future - we will never go back. No more problems there.
Seems like we are not alone.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots online and got a confirmation email with the order number. But the boots were shipped separately! And in result I have never seen one of the pairs. The tracking number states that it has been delivered, but I never received it. Now I have to deal with the Purolator and with the terrible Naturalizer customer support. The Purolator customer support was great (but the boots are not found) - they get back to me immediately, investigated the issue. It appears that Naturalizer does not require the signature on delivery (Naturalizer why? Is it the cheapest option to deliver?). That why the driver just dropped the parcel by the door, even didn't ring the door bell... Because he doesn't need my signature... So I never knew that the boots arrived... And someone picked them up, as I assume. The Naturalizer customer support never replied my emails. Looks like I donated to them $80 + taxes. I am very disappointed!
This company has the worst customer service. I ordered shoes at the store to be delivered to my home. Although I verified the address, they were sent to the wrong address. I called the following morning and I was told I was told by customer service I was responsible for contacting Fed Ex separately (Three separate tracking numbers send over the course of a week) to complete a return to sender. I could not get through to Fed Ex as they had several hours wait time on several occasions. I contacted Naturalizer after shoes were delivered to wrong address and was told I could not get my money back. I am very frustrated. I have been a long time customer and have been buying these shoes for over a decade. I am going to try to resolve this with my credit card company so I can get my money back. I will never shop again with this company again and hope you will do the same.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I agree. I wore a pair of shoes around the house a couple of times to see how comfortable they were and decided against them. It cost about $10 to return them, and then they showed back up a few weeks later on my doorstep! The form letter said they showed signs of wear and couldn't be returned and warned that, if I tried to send them back again, they would just keep them and not refund my credit card! I'm sticking with Zappos from now on.
I'm seeing a lot of awful reviews for the online shop and that may be so, but I got mine in person and I absolutely love them. The customer service was fantastic and the shoes themselves are high quality and very comfortable for work plus are slip-resistant! (I'm a hostess and am standing for up to 8 hours). I looked absolutely everywhere for certified non-slip shoes that weren't massive clogs and honestly this is the best place to look for a dressier style. I highly recommend Naturalizer shoes. Not only do they look good but they function well too for standing/walking jobs.
June 4,2015 my friends and i had a very bad experience in the store located at young and eglinton in Toronto. We are a regular customer of naturalizer. It all started as my friend want to return shoes as it was uncomfortable, the store manager denies first saying that it was worn outside when we assure her it was not, then she exchanged it with lot of argument. I was also looking for a shoe and ask the sales lady to get me the size, she got the size for me but the manager grab that size and gave it to another white lady customer. I was shocked! I am an Asian, is this why that manager treated me so rudley? What kind of customer service is this? I regret that I didn't take a video of that incident! Very very disappointed!
Ordered a pair of shoes on line. They sent me (and charged me) for two pairs of the exact same shoe. Tried to call their customer no-service line. Just got repeated ads for other sites. Contacted them via e-mail. They apologized for their customer no-service, said they had out-sourced it to a third party. I returned the second pair of shoes, have not received a credit for the pair I never ordered. Will NEVER buy a pair of Naturalizer shoes again!
I returned a pair of shoes because Naturalizer.com sent me the wrong shoes. They received my return and processed the return 3/16/20 and I still have not received the refund via Paypal. I keep calling and they tell me the refund was processed. I contacted Paypal they state that they have not received it. Naturalizer refuses to check further if the refund was indeed processed. Contacted Better Business Bureau. Naturalizer claims they do not have a mailing address for disputes. If anyone has experienced a problem with Naturalizer.com and know where to mail the dispute to, please let me know.
I returned defective boots in November and still do not have my $150 refund - in February. When you call you get the runaround. They tell you they are behind and the refund is coming but it does not arrive.
Do not buy online.
Never buy from Naturalizer. They sell you their shoes online, take your money, and never send you your item. After several days they cancel your order and say it was out of stock! How would they sell something that does not exist? I will never ever buy enything from them. Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding. I was sent the wrong pair of shoes with someone else's shipping label. I, of course, paid the $6.50 to ship them. And when I went to return them, not only did I have to pay the shipping on the return, I had to absorb the shipping I paid in the first place. Worst customer service ever. I will NEVER buy from them again. I spent $12 to ship shoes I never even ordered and I had to go and purchase another pair for the wedding. STAY AWAY.
Do not order from Naturalizers. By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They charged my card in May and have not produced a pair of shoes. They continually ignore my emails, will not answer phones and will not return my money back to my account. It's horrible!
So I bought a pair of super simple sandals 5 weeks ago for 60$, on 2nd week I saw the heels getting cracked. I even tried gluing the thing! On week 4, the heel is completely torn apart, exposing my feet to the ground! I cannot believe how terrible the quality could be! I mean u can make your own sandal with glue gun and it would still last longer! I could have bought at least 3 pairs of cheap sandals from anywhere and they would last longer! OMG... I didn't even wear them for 2 weeks straight or on any harsh surfaces! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!
When I returned the so called comfortable shoe which I specifically told the sales person I wanted them for travelling and walking, because I had worn them, was not able to return them. I was not to know that when I did wear the flat shoe, it rubbed the skin off and made both heels bleed. They are unwearable even though they are supposed to be a comfort brand. The back area is so ridged that is what caused the bleeding. It is a design fault however no body wants to know about it. I went back to the shop and was told it is my feet despite not having this problem before. I emailed customer service but they also said it was not Naturalizers problem. The false claims in their mission statement leads me to pursue this matter with consumer affairs.
Ordered boots on December 23 2017 and they still haven't sent them out. I find this unexceptable and called the store and they did not have an answer for and called the 1-800 # as well and they did have a reason why they haven't ship out my boots. Never ever will I buy another thing in that store at all.
This clown shop on an ecommerce site doesn't even offer overnight shipping?! Hello? What decade are we living in? Instead of offering a service that is useful I'm bombarded w useless emails! Get it together
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes returned 2 pairs and only receive a refund for 1 pair of shoes. I spoke to workers and supervisor on the phone and they couldn't help me as a customer or return my funds which was almost $100. I am very disappointed that I was not given back my return money. Be careful with your return you may not get your money back.
Answer: Heya! I'm also a 7.5 but when I got my Naturalizer heels I got a size 7 and even those have a bit of room. I got these extra pads that go underneath the front part of my foot and the shoe fits perfectly. Definitely size down.
Answer: The fit depends on the style but the 8 is probably a safe bet.
Answer: I've bought this brand twice and both times the shoes didn't last. First time it was a normal work wear pair which I thought felt very comfortable. The heel support screw snapped within 5 weeks and they went to the rubbish. The second time, I bought slip ons and after the first wear the insole lifted and started to come off and the cushioning underneath started crumbling
