Very poor quality
August 16, 2021

I didn't even get a full time of one day's wear. The sole is such flimsy material it doesn't handle hot pavement without crumbling under foot. Had to use sole from another pair of shoes to make them wearable again.

Do not buy from this company

Beware of purchasing from Naturalizer. They charge $17 for the return fee even when the shoe is defective. The pair of shoes I received was damaged, and they still mailed it out. Terrible service. Do NOT buy.

I ordered a pair of shoes… waited 6 weeks and received 3 emails telling me to be patient and wait for shipment. When it arrived this is what I recieved. I have no words. This Company is not in the USA… I paid Chinese currency and this parcel came from China. These people have no Conscience. Why would they send this crazy worthless ring which I immediately threw out… disgusting! Shame on this people… I have no idea how they can get away with this. I'm reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent vendor. I would give them a rate of minus zero if possible.

Ordered shoes and received in time for wedding. No problem. Received shoes should have gotten wide. No problem. Re-ordered same shoe in right size- of course they took my money. Returning the first pair? Seems Impossible! Re-directed to Happy Returns, requested email to start process never received ANY link, order number provided page just rolls and rolls...customer service number busy for 3 hours. Its been a whole day and haven't been to speak to anyone by phone and the Happy Returns process must be a scam. Still don't know how I will get my money back for the first pair. HIGH WAY ROBBERY!

This company used to be one of my favorite stores to purchase quality, comfortable boots and shoes. The last 5 pairs of boots I have purchased have been anything but quality. They do not even look and/or feel like leather? They claim they are, however they feel like hard plastic? Super uncomfortable and poor craftmanship. Their Blondo product line used to be so impressive, now they are just Chinese fake leather products. Very sad, I will find a new shoe store, after this many failed products I will never purchase from this company again.

I did Ballroom dancing for years and because of this has created some very sore pressure areas on my feet. Now I have very few brands or styles that really work for me! The maryanne style and the Jade are the comfy best! I need that bit extra toe area and soft foot bed! The shoes may not be high fashion ( that misguided modern version of binding of feet) but they are more than casually attractive especially the gold versions! My only regret is because I do wear the heel areas of shoes down on one side more quickly the Naturalizers have tendency to wear down little more swiftly than is
Expected given the price of this Brand! That being said they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have multiple colors etc.

I have several pairs of naturaliser shoes. All size 6/6.5 us. I bought 2 x pairs boots online size 7us ( to allow for socks). Could barely get my feet in them. No way I could wear them. Naturaliser refused to pay for return or refund despite this being a manufacturing issue. How do they expect people to purchase online if the sizing is not going to be true to the size you usually order. I will never buy from them again.

A few years ago I had two pairs of Naturaliser sandals, same sandals but different colours. I received many compliments when I wore them and found them to be perfect for summer. I loved them so much I decided to uy backups for when m original pairs had passed their use by date.

This summer I finally decided to discard the original pairs and use the new pairs.

I am so disappointed with BOTH of the new pairs. They started to disintegrate from the very first wear. The leather like surface of the inside soles is peeling away. I now can only wear them around the house. This is after THREE wears.

I contacted Naturaliser and supplied photos. They were completely disinterested and unwilling to help me because I did not have proof of purchase. I explained I had put them away for future use so of course did not have receipts.

Take my advice and do not buy their shoes.

This used to be a go to place for comfort, supportive shoes for wide feet but I find that I have to try on shoes. I tried to order online but the all feel wrong(is this inconsistent sizing? Idk) and then you get dinged for shipping each way. So sad but must say good-bye. Good luck to all you lovely's out there shoe shopping.

I have ordered a pair of heels three times and they have canceled the order three times saying low sYo k. Why have it available on your website if it's not available on your Canadian warheouse. Your customer service representatives are horrible! No empathy when speaking to people. They care zero!

I saw a lot of bad reviews here after purchasing 5 pairs of shoes from this company and was worried. I feel compelled to write a review here because I had a great experience. All shoes shipped individually on the same date and were received in a timely fashion. I usually have a hard time finding cute, comfortable shoes because of my wide feet, but I absolutely love every single pair of shoes I got.

This online Naturalizer experience was the last time I'll buy shoes online! Though I opened the box a few months after I ordered the shoes, so too late to complain to Naturalizes, the shores looked horrible! The shoes, which cost me over $65, looked like they were crewed by a rodent!

I want to purchase shoes IN PERSON, after this event!

Horrible

Placed an order 3 weeks prior to needing the shoe. Says shipping will be within 5 to 7 business days. Kept checking on line for updates, there were none for a week then the expected ship time was 2 weeks. When trying to call and speak with someone, the wait time was anywhere from 12 to 22 minutes - totally unacceptable and will never place order or even by this brand again. Customer service is not even in existence here. Stay away

Always beware when no contact number is shown on a retail website. To be fair, the order came quickly, but I needed to return both pair (my regular size didn't work with their brand - too small). I sent them back, and only one pair was credited. I researched online to fine a customer service number; called; was put on hold; and then advised that the second credit would be applied. When I asked what had happened, she said, "Human error". When I mentioned the absence of a customer service number on the web site, she said she would "tell someone". Wow, enough said.

Horrible site

Horrible site. Ordered 3 different times and never again, Shipping takes 3 weeks. California to Michigan? Really what is it coming in a wagon train? I have also found that naturalizer shoes run narrow. Never ever did I have to order a wide except for naturalizer. Besides I really don't find these shoes to be very comfortable with support. A lot of the styles are just flat no arch support at all.
Never again, I have learned my lesson

I have purchased so many pairs from Naturalizer for the last several years. I just loved them.
But the online shop service got so much worse couple of years ago. They used to do great job on customer service and packaging was very good.
But last year, I ordered couple of pairs, and they came in a huge box together - both of them came out of individual show boxes - packaging was a MESS!
A month ago, I gave it another try and ordered a pair of brown flat shoes. 10 days later, I received red shoes with high heels... and the package was awful.
The customer service said they changed warehouse and it's their fault. Who cares?!?!
I am still waiting for correct shoes to be delivered - even for this case (i. E. their fault), they don't offer expedited delivery.
Plus, Naturalizer shoes used to have better design and quality as well.
I will probably not buy Naturalizer shoes or at least will not be loyal to them any more.

DSW carries minimal styles, so I've had to order online, the wrong color was shipped and they do not exchange, so I reordered in time for prom (or so I thought). I now have several pairs of shoes that can't be returned because it's after 30 days. The shoes may be comfortable, but it's not worth the purchasing hassle.

Slow Shipping!

I love Naturalizer shoes, but I may never order them again. I placed an order on 4/7, they say they were shipped on 4/13 - and according to the FedEx tracking, they won't get here until 4/23! I don't mind waiting a week for the shoes - but 16 days when they state 7 - 10 is too much! I'll have to find someplace else to order shoes for my weird sized feet. I really wish they still had stores around (real stores, not the outlets).

Customer Service Stinks

Ordered a pair of boots - free shipping took 10 days. Didn't fit. Called Customer Service. Refunded my $. Had to fight to get them to pay for return shipping. Ordered a different boot. Due to arrive yesterday. Called today and was told the order is "locked in transit"? They will refund my $ and do another order. When I asked for expedited shipping to compensate for my trouble, they refused. Keep your boots Naturalizer. I will buy boots at another retailer that treats their customers like they appreciate their business.

Returned a pair of shoes, waited for an email from Naturalizer, Never heard from them.
2 weeks later a package arrives, with the same pair of shoes I returned and payed 12 dollars shipping fee. A letter inside the box stating that the shoes were worn.
My shoes were worn around the house only. They don't even give store credit.
Worst customer service ever. Will never purchase any of their brands again.
