Worst and Rude Naturalizer Customer Service Experience- Mississauga-Ontario, Canada
January 18, 2017

Hi,

This is my feedback to naturalizer as one of my worst retail experiences ever at their Erin Mills-City Center- Mississauga store.

I, my family and friends are regular naturalizer shoppers for ages in all 3 different continents I've lived in. I ordered this shoe online and the size turned out to be bigger than I expected. As I liked the shoes I visited the Premium outlet store for an exchange. I didn't find a suitable size and the premium staff was sweet enough to check where I and my friend can get sizes for both of us. On her suggestion we specially ubered on 8th Jan 2017 and went to Erin Mills- Naturalizer store to exchange these snow shoes.

My love for naturalizer, I purchased another flat shoes, aluminium sole as well as exchanged the size for these snow shoes. My friend also purchased a snow shoes for her. While I was invoiced, the cashier returned me 45 dollars and she charged my friend 170 dollars for the shoes and sole. After I left the store, I realized there is something wrong as I should have also been charged (Not for the exchange but for the flat beige shoe and sole I bought). I went back to the store and told the store manager (Cindy- actually rude Cindy - a think- blonde color hair female) about their mistake. She spoke with the cashier cindy and quickly realized their mistake and suggested yes, they should charge me roughly 70$ more. I requested them to correct the invoice while I complete my shopping at the next door store that I left incomplete and came running to them to bring the issue to their notice.

I come back to the store and the Manager Cindy shows me some calculation that I need to pay her. She couldn't explain and I told her I don't understand her calculations. To this she started saying weird things like " Do you think I'm going to give you the shoe for free" - "Please don't even talk to me like this". I was shocked and I told her if I wanted the shoe for free I wouldn't have come back.In stead of being thankful that I came back to tell them they need to charge me, she was rude and throwing attitude. We figured the calculation. I paid the amount and said I'm shocked for ther behavior and attitude and would like to give a feedback. To which she further acts crazy and threatens me and says "Sure, mind you I've two other witnesses here" - Mind you? And yes, you can go ahead and complain and before that I'll inform my area Manager with these witnesses. I asked here where can I give a feedback, she says naturalizer.ca. She had a rude behavior and body language.

She was neither thankful or apologetic for behaving so with a customer. I walked away from that store with a sour and disrespectful experience. I think someone at a supervisor-store manager level in the retail business should know 1) how to calculate and 2) be respectful with an art and priority to customer service.

I hope someone from Naturalizer reads this and takes appropriate action.
