I normally wear a size 7.5 M in almost all shoes. The Naturalizer sizing chart suggests a size 7. Can someone offer some advice?

Heya! I'm also a 7.5 but when I got my Naturalizer heels I got a size 7 and even those have a bit of room. I got these extra pads that go underneath the front part of my foot and the shoe fits perfectly. Definitely size down.
