Pedidosya is in the Dominican Republic for a couple of years, they offered a pretty decent service when you wanted to buy food at restaurants or hire their services to send things from point A to point B. The last 3 orders I made were garbage and part of the issue goes to restaurants that serve bad food. 1st order of empanadas made me feel sick for 2 weeks literally. I didn't claim because I couldn't tell for sure the food caused me poisoning. 2nd order was a calzone which has almost nothing on it and I've ordered before at the same place and 3rd time it was a chinese food which rice smelled awful and I throw it to the garbage.

The problem is when I complained to customer service they told me they'd return the money but the CSR dropped the conversation and I wasn't able to communicate back with them. Then I went to IG to complain and I found thousands of people complaining about the service, money been held, CSR been rude and cutting communication with customers, a new service fee and delivery prices going up rapidly, deliveries stealing the food and the money and I could keep going for hours.
Prevent yourself of buying thru this App, it doesn't worth it. I ended up cancelling my subscription and losing 800 pesos.

Tip for consumers:
Do not pay by CC because most deliveries will steal your food and call the delivery complete but if you pay cash and are not satisfied with the service then the app would not return your money back

After my previous review of my Honda fit 2016 and the fact that these cars are showing painting issues, I did some research and Honda extended warranty on painting for 7 years on Hondas HR-V and Fit from year 2015 to 2018. Guess what? My car had a recall for painting and we called Honda reps in the Dominican R. And they're willing to paint our car for free. Only issue is just we need to take it to Santo Domingo and we would have to star w/o it for several weeks which is kind of difficult.

But at least, they are backing their brand up and this makes me very happy. The recall even says they can refund you money in case you painted it, which was my case, but not sure how to proceed in order to get a refund, would have to keep digging.

Tip for consumers:
when in doubt, just keep digging!!

Honda Fit 2016 - Great gas consumption

We bought an Honda Fit 2016 as a 2nd hand buy and honestly it's just almost like riding a bike in gas consumption. We just love it. We haven't had many mechanical issues and we'll have 3 years with our car, rather than battery and tires, we haven't spend too much on it.
Another great thing is just car value, at least in the DR we're going to be able to sell it at 30% more than what we bought it.
Only thing to complain is just the painting, it was like a very bad painting...update: we painted the car just a couple of weeks ago and the painting is falling apart (in other places that we didn't paint). I was looking at the web and a lot of Fit 2015-17 has the same issue. It looks they didn't put the primer and there's only one coat of painting as it vanishes and you can see the chassis.
They also don't cover this issue which is a shame on Honda as it really looks as a factory defect

I have more than 10 years using Expedia and I've booked hundreds of hotels and air tickets without having major issues. I was surprised reading so many bad reviews about them. Just 3 days ago I booked 5 rooms for a couple of friends in a Puerto plata hotel in the DR and everything was as it should be.
I'm a gold member because of the activity of my account but the time I've face any issues I've been able to call and get response.
It is true their customer service is bad and they keep you on the phone like forever.
The other thing they are very bad at is just honoring the BPG. I used to get good amount of money from them on BPG as well as 50 dollars in coupons for every booking I made with them if I could find a best price on another platform. They just discontinued this practice.

They also used to grant 100 dollars for certain amount of bookings but all those perks don't exist anymore.

To be honest after reading the bad reviews I doubted about making my last booking but one thing I did was calling the hotel to verify my booking

I have curly hair, between wavy and curly because for some reason my hair was very damaged and dehydrated, when I washed it I was losing tons of hairs and my curls were almost dead. My cousin bought me 3 of these products to try them and I must say this is almost a miracle. My hair is bouncy and 0 frizz, super hydrated, my curls look amazing and I have only used it 3 times.

When I wash my hair there's almost no hair on my hands...because...yes, I use my hands instead of a hair brush.
I'm planning to keep buying them and adding more products to my routine

Update: Changed to 2 starts because after showing vendor the sitejabber review they agreed on refunding the total amount. They know when they're wrong, you just need to push a bit harder.

My husband bought a solar camera thru Amazon and it was shipped to a courier in Miami and then to the Dominican Republic in which we live. Once it arrived it never worked, my husband complained that the product was, not defective but useless and what they say is just they only can return money if we ship it back to them but shipping from the DR to Miami would cost us more money than what we paid for it.

If they'd like to solve the issue, they'd find a way, we could have destroyed the camera and send them the proof or whatever other solution so we could feel better about the bad decision of spending 65 dollars in garbage plus the international shipping costs of around $20 dollars.

Please find a better source when buying a camera as Zosi doesn't seem to be reliable and responsible enough

Florsheim is a well recognized brand and it's not a cheap one so been able to buy to my husband 2 pairs of shoes at a very affordable price was a great deal.
Shoes were a bit on the narrow size but after the feet gets used to it they look and feel amazing. Their clearance and sales shoes are of great quality. Recommended

Poor customer service. They sent an email saying that if I don't want a service that I didn't requested I should respond to this email saying I don't want it. Then they contacted him saying a payment has to be done because he didn't rejected the service. My husband pays the link they put on the email but for their convinience this wasn't the payment they were requesting but a renewal of the membership. Now they are claiming that the payment hasn't been done and they can't return the money paid. Seems like a very poor level of service

My experience with my 1st Huawei Y9 was extremely good. I have a 2 year old boy and he throw it on a pool 3 times and the cell didn't shut. It definitely has some marks of water but I find it a very reliable cell phone been it's not water proof. Now I changed it to Huawei Y9 prime and hope it lasts as much as his little brother.

It has a lot of space. Moves very good. Does not freezes. I'm very happy with my buy.

I was still a Samsung fan until today. I don't like Apple products mainly because it is overpriced and I don't like their system. But Samsung, in my hands, has been a total mess.

Bought a tablet on a Cruise at St Marteen and making an update the tablet shutdown, was still under warranty but they sent it back to me worst and went to garbage.

Bought an s4 mini brand new and the screen cracked and it was cheaper to buy a new one than replacing the screen. Bought another Samsung to replace this one s4 with a couple of months of use it went off and when sent it to repair they damaged the wifi antenna, useless!

My more recent and hopefully last dissapointment was a 55" tv, after 6 months of use there was something on the screen and my husband called the company, they said nothing to worry about but he kept insisting and they took the tv. Whole screen needed to be replaced so they decided giving us another tv. As you should guess will not pick another Samsung even if that means paying more... still í have a j7 cell, once it goes off, no more Samsung for me

After many years I made a purchase at Shein, I gave them another chance and they know how to dissapoint you several times. Shipping to USA was better than expected and for free, but quality is as bad as before or even worst. I bought 10 pieces and almost all of them are very cheap quality and fabric, except for a bathing suite for my son which was actually pretty cute. And they are type of scammers because they ask you to submit your rating and when you do an honest one with 2/3/4 stars, when you post them they change them all to 5 stars, that's why most of their clothes have 5 stars rates.
Sizes are quite decent but fabric and sewing is terrible. If I need to buy again from them, would only buy bathing suites.

People says well is bad quality but is cheap... if you go to Ross or Burlington in the States you'll find way better clothes, branded ones, good fabric at the same price or cheaper...so, no! Don't buy from them please!

After reviewing Shein, the Store contacted me and refunded me the items with quality issues, so, they do stand on their customers when we complain. THANKS Shein!

The ordering process was kind of confused since they has bogo 99% off. But when you put items on the cart they were applying discounts to the last items until they were almost in $0

Items seem to have good reviews but for what I received, I asume they do what other online stores do: they do not allow buyers to publish bad reviews so don't trust the reviews you see there.

There were some regular and some pretty bad quality items. Nothing of good quality and they do not return money and you have to pay like 8 dollars to return something, so be prepared to lose big money.

I'm very dissapointed with this buy and would not recommend it. Besides and this was my fault and my country's fault because I ordered many pieces even the amount was below $150 USA dollars I had to pay almost $100 dollars on duties even when we have a law that says that below 200 dollars you don't need to pay taxes but this is another way to steal from customs department and another $100 dollars for shipping, so what I thought would be a bargain became into a very bad decision. I'd spend same amount for branded clothes in USA.
There was a dress I will use as a mop. It is the most ugly thing in the World and fabric is something I could not explain with my little english knowledge. If you see pictures and reviews is not even close to reality.

Sizes are very random but not as bad as other stores.

In my country a pair of naturalizer shoes cost a mini fortune. I spent near 70 dollars in their webpage and bought 4 pair of shoes with free shipping in the USA. Bringing them to the Dominican Republic is a bit expensive but even with this international freight I paid much more less than what it would have cost here.

Quality is good, fitting is true to size. I'm W but has to order M and it's a bit narrow for me but they fit me ok. Only issue was one of the shoes had some glue visible but OK. I recommend this site and the shoes

I ordered some items on may 25th and I knew they would take time to get to me but I decided to make the purchase anyways. The 1st batch arrived at the beginning of july and quality wasn't good at all but for 1 dollar plus another one on shipping you can't expect a diamond jewel. They ship it thru our regular mail and for the 1st batch I didn't have to pay anything.
Now somebody calls me from mail and says I have 11 packages which i have to retire but it would cost me 2 more dollars because it was sent certified ir something like that. I requested them to return all packages to its origin and requested a refund to wish for the items that I was allowed to. But wish only refunded 1.70 when I paid 2 dollars each so refund is not complete.

I don't recommend buying at Wish unless you want to get a headache

I was going to delete my review but I rather to update it. Once they saw the review they contacted me and offered a solution. They refunded 50 dollars to my CC and 10 dollars to the zaful store and they did it in a couple of days.

So I might not be delighted with all the products but at least in my case they gave me a satisfactory response

I made an order for more than 100 dollars and got free express shipping. Products came in yo the Dominican Repúblic in 5 days which is amazing. But most of the products are very bad quality and I'm trying to review them and just can't. It says I'm disconnected from the Internet más it's false. Tried on the app and on the website. There's a bathing suite which says is one size and fits from xs to m but it fits my 6 years old nephew. Some clothes are worth the money and are inexpensive but most of them are not even sellable
