Poor customer service. They sent an email saying that if I don't want a service that I didn't requested I should respond to this email saying I don't want it. Then they contacted him saying a payment has to be done because he didn't rejected the service. My husband pays the link they put on the email but for their convinience this wasn't the payment they were requesting but a renewal of the membership. Now they are claiming that the payment hasn't been done and they can't return the money paid. Seems like a very poor level of service
