I don't know where to start and where to End, I have never in my life seen such a very professional courtesy offered by a shipping corporation. I regreted every moment I lived away not knowing MyUS.com, put simply, the management team is carrying undisputed type of leadership, they are so organized to the extent that you would feel it from the first time you deal with those people.
I don't really know what to say! Even my page on LinkedIn is full of MyUS advertisements, logos, links. Etc to emphasise how powerful is this company in terms of both customer support and shipping and packaging experience.
God, thanks for leading me to them, they are the way to better and more professional shipping experience. I love every moment navigating their website, contacting them, creating shipping orders... etc... etc.

Firstly i would like to inform you that i used to search for the websites which suits me, and by using YOU-TUBES, i found that MYUS website is more convenient and effective than others because when i tried to compare it with other websites the agents of MYUS ( Tiffany, Teresa, Julie, Kathleen, Brie and especially Kristen) were helpful and gave me suitable facilities and I discovered that this website has Credibility and reliability to costumers for this reason I was encouraged to chose it and from that day till now I am so comfortable in using this website. It is becoming more complicated doing business with you as your requirements have become obsessive. I have been with you for years now and have never cheated on any of my prices paid and supplied all invoices when necessary. I feel like I am being interrogated each time I must supply an invoice. When something was free or a gift, I should not have to declare a value as it is unknown to me. What has happened to your policy making this process so confusing and difficult?
Pretty disappointed with the service this time. I t has taken nine days so far and I still don't have my shipment. This is despite the fact that Amazon would have taken the same time to ship the goods to me. For a third of the cost!
I tried to have this conversation with My US but live chat is down and there isn't an email address on the site I could write to. So here was my only option.

I found that this site has ups & downs. The issue is that MYUS round up their weight to the nearest 10. This is only a problem for me if I only have one order coming through instead of my usual.
Another issue is that you can't purchase from Ulta with their personal shopper system, I suspect there may be more sites that you can't purchase from either.
Everything else is okay, I mean there may be better sites out there but for now, I'm somewhat satisfied with their service. They are quick & have an online chat assistant if you have any issues.
MyUS are thieves. Shipped two t-shirts from a supplier that cannot ship to my country. Each t-shirt weighs no more than 190 grams. MyUS proceeds to repackage the items in a BIGGER box in order to INCREASE the volumetric weight. They then charge me for 3 pounds weight - $ 52.00! I complained. They dropped the prices on my next shipment ( again two t-shirts) to almost acceptable levels. I then send another package containing two t-shirts, the price jumps back UP to the original shipping price I complained about in the first place! I devise a test - I send ONE t-shirt through... I GET CHARGED THE SAME WEIGHT AS FOR TWO T-SHIRTS! These con artists also have the audacity to try to make me believe that the packages I have sent to me will cost over $ 80.00 to my country via USPS. I know for a FACT that the packages ( identical in every way) sent through USPS to me only cost $ 18.00! I suggest, and I will be suggesting this on other forums, scam sites and complaints boards, that you NEVER do business with these THIEVES!
I am so sorry to hear that you had this experience, Adam. Unfortunately, the smallest box our couriers approve for international transport has a dimensional weight of three pounds. Many of our customers save the most by consolidating more purchases to fill the unused space in this box.

I can certainly understand why it is frustrating to pay for a shipment that you cannot receive. It looks like you have a total of seven addresses on your account, with three of those still active. Can you tell me to which address the package was sent? Did you select that address when submitting your ship request, or did you allow it to use the default address?
I really want to help as much as possible, but need to understand what happened before I can offer any solutions.

Myus has good services, prompt response and quick delivery. My only issue with them is hidden and high charges which make their service very expensive. So if you looking for low cost, stay far away from myus.
Before they were excellent, but after they apply the size weight, started to play the under table game!
Even if you shippment 1 lb or 20 lb, you have to add at least 10 lb more!

First of all, my first experience with them was already terrible. They tricked me into getting the premium membership, so I had to pay $80. So I contacted them, and instead of refunding the money, they put it as credit in my account with them. Next, the shipping rate is expensive, and plus they used FedEx to ship it to my house, and FedEx made me pay extra fees for them. Big minus. The second and possibly last experience, the shipping rate was also super expensive. The package weighed 0.7 lbs at first, and then after it was 2 lbs, but even 2 lbs is pretty light but I paid $27. I thought it would be cheaper, but it was even more expensive than the original online site shipping fee. You can bet I won't do business again with them unless the online site doesn't ship internationally.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
