I am utterly disgusted by the appalling service provided by MyUS shipping forwarder. My shipment, referenced by the tracking number amazon *********************152 and package ID *******, has been held hostage by this fraudulent company, who have shamelessly ignored my urgent requests for assistance.
Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with them regarding the release of my shipment, MyUS has callously chosen to completely disregard my emails. It is evident that they lack any sense of professionalism or respect for their customers.
My frustration has reached its peak as I am informed that the release of my shipment is being delayed due to a nonsensical request for some documents, which has never been required in previous shipments of the same nature. Their incompetence and lack of understanding of basic customer needs are utterly unacceptable.
In light of this deplorable situation and after several attempts to release my shipments they left me with no other option but to pursue legal action and report this case with the FTC. I will hold them fully accountable for all damages incurred and that will be incurred as a result of their incompetence and negligence.
Additionally, I asked them to close my account permanently.
I implore anyone considering using MyUS shipping services to steer clear of this fraudulent company. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer concerns, and outright negligence make them nothing short of scammers.
MyUS, your actions are inexcusable, and I will not rest until justice is served. I expect a swift resolution to this matter, and I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere if my demands are not met promptly.
Horrendous Experience with MyUS Shipping Forwarder - Beware of Scammers!

Update: They are even worse than originally thought, not only did they take weeks to process the reception of packages, they took weeks once I gave the order to ship them to me, shipped only 5 package out of 8 (screenshot show 7 but they received another one after) that was was part of the shipping order, charging me for a weight of 6lbs for the 5 items while the original already inflated weight of the original 8 items was 3.30lbs! Oh and they lost my 9th package. Their repackaging service added over 3lbs and they did not even ship everything while charging me a fortune automatically using the Paypal payment agreement of the membership fee, that by the way, I was forced to pay because they took so long my 30 trials ran out before my packages were ready and was unable to cancel because of this reason. Now I have the 2 remaining orphan packages, a simple DVD and music CD barely weighting anything that are ''ready to ship'' for another 30$ USD! It was a complete robbery and will be evaluating my option at this point as this is borderline a scam. When the package arrived, it was marked as weighting 3.1lbs only and they did not re-package anything like advertised, they just dumped all my package inside of their original packaging inside a bigger box and charged me shipping for 3 extra lbs. So something that was weighting 0.525lbs was suddenly 0.7lbs since they just weighted the original packaging instead of repackaging them like they should have. So even if they would have charged me for 3.1lbs, it would still be overcharging as it was including the weight of all the original packaging. Support is ghosting me now and still missing two packages. Truly a criminal company.
Decided to do the trial as I order often from the UK. It was a very frustrating and costly experience. They took weeks to process my different packages and would enter zero information about the package to help identify them. They would classify them with super generic description like "CD / DVD / Disk Drive", which is really not helpful to identify package when you're ordering several DVD and CD, like, which one is it, a DVD or CD? They would write NA in the "From" field and "Other Store" for the merchant on all my 7 processed packages and only added the tracking number on two out of 5 packages that had them. The date of arrival listed for package do not even match the date of arrival of the tracking information and the value listed were not always correct. The lack of information got problematic as I was missing a package and trying to figure out which one. Then it seem they have lost one of my package and they took so long before giving any useful information, which is stupid because they have a photos of each item as they receive and process them, but of course they want you to pay 3.50$ to see the low res image. At some point, with my trial ending date aproaching and still no info about which package I was missing due to them putting zero useful identification information other than the weight (which I also question) and them taking a while to help me with description of packages, I decided to shell out the 3.50$ to see which package I was missing. The option said "View low res pictures of your packages as they arrive at our wharehouse" or something very similar, so I figured with this I'll be a able to see what they have received and find which one isn't there. I check my first item, then goes to the second and surprise, they want to charge me again! Turn out they want 3.50$ PER ITEM! Eventough the message to purchase the option is written in the plural form, they want me to pay 3.50$ per item if I want to be able to see what are the other package I have received. Its not only false advertising but very deceptive and borderline robbery. When they finally answered with the description of item received (after I sent them the invoice and listing pictures for each of them and had my mail forwarded to the correct place after several days), I decided to cut my losses and have my packages bundled for shipping before my trial ended. The package was "being processed" for days until my trial ended, couldn't cancel the membership because I had a package processing and was charged for renewal of the subscription. Now I lost 13.50$ on a trial that was supposed to be free and dreading to see the real shipping cost once they're done with packaging. The weight of the item were already a bit high and seem to be almost higher for some when I compare weighting an item I already have at home from the same series of tape. For example, they list an item as weighting 0.70 lbs when I weight the same thing at home and come up with about 0.425 lbs. it doesn't look like much but it add up fast and put you pretty quickly in the next shipping bracket. And when I e-mailed them about my trial ending soon and my issue not being resolved yet or the false advertising of the low res photo option price they charged me, they just ghosted me. You would think with all the issues they would have at least extended my trial until my packages got shipped so I can really sample their service, but no, they just ignored thoses e-mails. All in all, a terrible experience and felt like my packages were being taken hostages. And I haven't even seen the real shipping once they repackage my items, it was already over 50$ for a 3 DVD, one CD and 3 VHS tapes before the repackaging step, we will see what it end up once their worker are done with them.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with MyUS shipping company for several reasons:

Lack of Clarity: When I tried to obtain information on customs clearance costs, I encountered significant difficulty. It's crucial for customers to have clear insights into these expenses. Additionally, when asked to upload invoices for customs purposes, there was no indication of which package required documentation. Other shipping companies, like Najpac, offer a more seamless experience in handling these details.
Delays in Delivery: My packages took over two weeks to arrive from the UK, despite the initial estimate of 2-5 days. Such discrepancies in delivery times can be frustrating and inconvenient.
Insufficient Comprehensive Service: Upon arrival in Kenya, I was left to handle all communication with the shipping company. I had to initiate multiple conversations and received messages about clearance procedures, payments, and KRA pins. None of this information was provided in advance, and MyUS did not offer any assistance. It's more advisable to use direct services like DHL or ARAMEX or consider alternative options like Najpac.
Individual Shipping of Packages: All my packages, which arrived on the same day, were sent individually by MyUS, resulting in unnecessary additional costs and administrative hassle. This practice was not adequately communicated.
Unforeseen Storage Fees: I was surprised by storage fees because I had not submitted a "send ship request" on the website within a specific time frame. MyUS did not provide clear information about this requirement, leading to unexpected charges.
In summary, my experience with MyUS was deeply disappointing and costly. I strongly discourage others from using this company. I recommend exploring alternative shipping options, such as Najpac in the UK, for a more reliable and transparent service.
Hello, this is an information for everyone that wants to use MyUS services. They are actually scamming people, I have ordered a product at their US address, I have checked in advance and the product could have been sent to my current location with DPD shipment carrier (it was stated on their website that my product could not be shipped with USPS/UPS/DHL or FedEX).
After the product arrived on their site, they wrongly categorized the item as having a battery, which is totally false, they did not even bothered to check it. I have contacted their "costumer care service", which is not bad, is very bad, their response time is 1-3 days even for a simple request and it seems they do not really understand what you are requesting. Even If I have explained them what is the product and what is clearly written on their website, they did not had any information about the reason of my shipping refusal, they just kept telling me "Your product can not be exported" without giving me any feasible reason. After that of course I asked what I can do with that product: they gave me 2 solutions: 1. Ship it back to seller or 2. Discard it (yeah, discard a 300$ product :)) ).
Obviously I have picked the 1 solution! If you think that was simple, oh well no, first, I asked them to ship it back on my costs, they said that will not be a problem and they will proceed with my request. After contacting them every day, after 4 days, I receive a feedback that my package can not be sent back to the seller because I do not have a prepaid return label. I have contacted the seller, requested a prepaid label, they normally do not offer those labels, and they sent me a FedEX label. Guess what, exactly the same day I get a message that I need to provide an USPS label...so basically they were requesting to change the shipper even if I pay/order it.
After making some complains and trying to talk with a very bad costumer care, I have received an email that the package was sent, I said "FINALLY", buuuut, I am not finished...After 2 days I checked again the tracking number and the package was not picked up, so I contacted again MyUS and got the response that I need to wait cause they handed over the package to FedEX but it takes a while to update. That never happened to me, after a shipping company has your package will need maximum 1h to be updated on that tracking no. So long story short, the package is back to the seller after I lost time (14 days), money (shipping costs) and facing bad costumer service.
NEVER use this company to ship anything!
Please do not use this company! I'd give them a 0 star if I could. They promise the world and deliver NOTHING - and in my case not even my packages. My order checked into my suite promptly but beyond a shipping label being created, there is no tracking info for my packages. I contacted MyUS.com (don't bother trying to call or speaking to a live person, they don't want to talk to you and you can't get through.) I was told to "allow some time." I allowed more time and contacted them again; they said contact the carrier (Aramex). I already had; they didn't have them. Come to find out, MyUS is owned by Aramex. I was run in circles about contacting the carrier, allowing time, etc. MyUS would provide no tangible information about where my packages are, when they would be given to the carrier and when they would arrive in my possession. I have been asking and asking and asking via chat and e-mail (because, again, they won't allow you to speak to a live person.) The response? "I cannot confirm a specific time" and then please contact the carrier. I'll be surprised if I ever get my packages. Hopefully, Visa can go after these crooks. MyUS.com presents as a reliable, forthcoming company, but they are wolves in sheep's clothing.
I used the standard shipping service.
My experience with myUS is so bad that I haven't recovered from it after all these months.
I tried using their service to ship items from the US to Nigeria.
First problem is that they lied to me. Was hoping they would consolidate my shipments into one box as they promised, if you chose their subscription. Thank God they started messing up during the trial period.
The system was calculating my packages individually and not consolidating. I reported this and the rep I spoke with told me to not worry, that the system would consolidate the packages once I placed my shipping order.
I placed my order but my invoice had no consolidation, but the same individually-calculated prices. They couldn't do anything about it and I had to spend over $500 on shipping alone.
Next, something I never experienced shipping stuff from abroad, Nigerian Customs seized my products and asked me to pay to clear it. Packages I shipped through a company! I've never bought stuff online and had to deal with customs by myself. MyUS didn't help. I had to pay about $400 extra to get my products released (some fees kept accumulating).
Apparently, MyUS declared the value of my shipment to be $1,200. Whereas, $699 was the value declared to me on their own invoice -- and that's even because MyUS, for their own selfish interest, insisted on working with the "original" prices of some of the products I bought, instead of the discounted prices I got those product.
It was a traumatic experience...but that's not all.
My packages finally got to me and I realized that a book I bought was missing.
I contacted DHL (because they delivered my stuff) but they said it wasn't tampered with. Customs claimed they didn't open it. The obvious problem was from those who packed the packages for shipment.
I contacted MyUS and they declared that they couldn't do anything about it or help me in any way because I chose to not pay additional fees for insurance when I placed my order.
This was shocking. So, not paying extra insurance fee suddenly absolves them from the duty of care they owe me as a buyer of their services?! Why would my book go missing in the first place, especially when there was no accident in transit or some other serious issues?
Meanwhile, some other books I bought were delayed and I couldn't wait for them to arrive before shipping my package. These books got into my "suite" after I already shipped and the plan was to ship them too.
But with the new development of a missing item, I insisted that the issue must be solved before I ship my remaining items. Nobody did anything and all they kept doing was hounding me with emails to pay for my account with them and ship my stuff or they would be destroyed.
Such effrontery!
One day (13th May, 2022) I received an email from MyUS that my account had been cancelled because I didn't pay for it. They expected me to pay for a "premium subscription" that failed on their consolidation (and other) promises, made me pay more than I planned for shipping, made me deal with Nigerian Customs by myself plus an extra $400 payment, and lost one of my items while they ignored my messages about the missing book?!
I replied that it was fine that they canceled my account, but asked about the books in my suite. I simply got a reply that they were discarded.
They didn't care about solving the issue of my missing item but wanted me to pay for their services while I was waiting for an answer. And next, they threw other items away?
I really wish I had a way of suing them but there's no way.
Using MyUS is the worst and most-regrettable decision I made this year, 2022.
But I won't let this unfair treatment and cheating slide though; I'll keep sharing my story and reviews.
My first time using MyUS, and definitely my last. Appalled, disgusted and completely distressed. I had not realised I had had an old address (in another country) on the account, and because it was my first time using MyUS had not realised I had to change the address BEFORE the parcel reached the facility. As it was, I received notification of receipt of the parcel, logged on and discovered to my horror I could not change anything. Got in touch with customer service to request a re-route. Was told the shipping department had been contacted and a re-route may not be possible, and to sit back and wait. So far, so reasonable. 30 minutes later a charge came through on my credit card for more than double the amount I was expecting, and that the parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. Got in touch again. Was pointed to small print - I had agreed to no refunds, I needed to uncheck some option to access the cheapest options (I had not been given any option to choose the shipping providers at any point - these were selected for me even though my account said "cheapest shipping option"). Asked to cancel the transaction and have parcel returned for a reasonable fee - nope not possible. Said I should have picked a paid membership - yes I would do that before I'd even tried using the service even once. Told my case was escalated to management and to wait. So I did. Another 40 minutes later yet another email streamed in proudly declaring my airway bill number confirming my parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. It was as if everything I had said before was completely ignored and that they were intent on piling on the distress that evening.
Was also idiot-shamed by EVERY representative in the process for entering the wrong address, for not knowing that I needed to uncheck options, for not going with a paid membership, etc. etc., and at no point given any advice as to pitfalls to look out for, considering they already knew I was a first time user and had been a bit of an idiot already with the shipping address, so clearly not au fait with the entire MyUS process. I'd naively assumed I would log in and select shipping options and make payment, as I had with other civilised parcel forwarding providers. I hadn't realised they stored my credit card details (I'd set up the account a long time ago and forgotten about it) so that they could charge as much as they wanted without giving me any option to reject the charges at any point without any accountability. Considering also they'd been hacked earlier this year, and yet insist on having your card details on file, I suggest avoiding them like the plague. Not worth the grief and the risk. To say I have been completely let down is an understatement.
I was ordering supplements and this would have been a long-term commitment, and would have continued to use MyUS had the process been pain-free as it had been with other service providers before I moved back to the UK. But never again. Plenty of other service providers out there - please save yourselves the grief and being kicked in the teeth by rude, wholly impotent representatives while being robbed blind in the process. I would give no stars if I could.
Take your ill-gotten gains MyUS. I hope you're proud of yourselves.
Do not use. Find other parcel forwarding providers. Completely intransigent and insulted me after robbing me blind.

Before its Ok but after Cyber attacks in Mars/2022 they be bad employees and late my shipments up one and two months and don't has any problems the first shipment is wood natural "parfum" 500 gm only they told me "our rule say no shipping this shipment just shipping from MyUS of uk to any address in uk only not international!" and I told them this rule from you and public rule has not any problem, FedEx TNT and airport of uk passed shipment to you without any problem!
Then last solution I called FedEx TNT and they call MyUS and shipping immediately same day.
I have rest 10 shipments then still 60 days not shipping and MyUS take 1636. 61 SR = 436.33$ from my card without informing me!, this not surprise this after late two shipments up month and two months!, also I sent to (up) administrations (managers) of sections of MyUS not answered me after explaining their bad services for me!
It is axiomatic the employees of MyUS as them.
Also before MyUS there's the worse shipping company of the world is Aramex of riyadh city and uk its so bad try cancel shipment half ton. I told them I complete pay they told me you cannot, then they sent email in late time for not focus at this email say "if you not complete payment we'll destroy the shipment!, I called them not answer and if answer end calling while I talking!
