Let me start by saying I was recommended by a friend here in the UAE. I was told MyUs had a good track record with him, so I set up an account and ordered a bicycle from eBay. I was hoping it would reach me at a decent time and be better than Aramex. My package arrived at MyUs facility on July 30,2020, and wasn't logged in until August 14,2020. Throughout this two week ordeal, I emailed and live chatted with their customer service representatives. The red flag here! Check the reviews online, and you'll see they are not worth your money, time, or headache. They don't have phone service, so you can't talk to a person, and they never respond to my multiple emails. The live chat representatives are calm and remain professional but are entirely mediocre and useless. I spoke to one rep on August 7 and requested an escalation on my "lost" package they signed for, Keziah told it would take up to 48 hours. It didn't, and it was lied to again. Now, let touch on why my package is still sitting in their facility after I chose urgent shipping. They continually update their site with notifications of how fast and imaginary timelines packages should be received and shipped out. Then I spoke to another representative, Collen on August 19 after the announcement on the site said packages would ship within four days of being logged in. Collen then told me 4 -10 days and be patient and understand they are trying their best with covid19. Let's say it does take ten days for my package to be shipped; that would be one whole month they had my bicycle. Long story short, if you used this company, prepare to waste time and overspend on an inefficient and mediocre service. They blaming covid19 for there shortcomings yet use it for there advantage. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
In the last two weeks, I received four small packages at MyUS. Two were promptly logged into my suite and shipped to me, since I have the automatic shipping option for single packages. The remaining two are somewhere in their warehouse (but who knows where?). One of these packages arrived on August 3, and the other on August 8. Though, now (on August 14) the MyUS website states: "We are currently taking 48 hours to log in packages at our warehouse".
I have chatted with their assistant Jonalyn twice. Three days ago, she told me that she would inform me via email, but I have not heard from her anymore. So, I have sent an email, but I have received only an automatic reply saying that a case (case # *******) has been opened. I am trying to talk with the chat once again, but all agents are always busy.
What is more, I am expecting three more packages. And I have paid good money for the contents of all these packages. I am writing here because I have seen that they sometimes reply. I give three stars, for the time being, because I still hope to receive all my package. If so, these 3 stars will become 5. If not, they will become 1 star.
Briefly: does anyone at MyUS know what is going on with my two aforesaid packages? Can someone check my email message and reply? Thank you.
Placed my order on May 27. Several of my items were cancelled, and they don't allow you to add to your order, making me feel like I wasn't getting good value in the number of items I was paying for shopping (I would have liked to add more to get my money's worth when already paying SO much). Two months went by and they still hadn't received one of the items that was shipped domestically. I tried to get in contact with them about this through email and social media, but found it EXTREMELY difficult to actually reach someone. Took over two weeks for them to finally respond by email. They gave me incorrect information about what I am pretty sure was someone else's account. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company because it is clear that I am not going to receive my items or any half decent customer service. Really disappointed because it sounds like they were great in the past, but their service has gone vastly downhill in the past year.
MyUS.COM does not desserve your business. They do not realize that Customers Pay Their Salaries. I've been a customer with a "Premium Status" since 2019 with 100's of packages forwarded to "KUwait". Being a corporate customer to both DHL and FedEx and I know what corporate rates are, MyUS.COM international shipping prices is a rip off. I have forgiven them for this all these years, until a MAJOR mishap when they improperly packaged a shipment that resulted in Severe Damage -- the fact that forced me to rebuy and reship the same item again on my own expense. The item costs US$50 paid twice. Shipping around US$100 each, paid Twice. All I got from MyUS is that they apolgize! How good is that to a premium 5-year customer paying memberships and high-cost shipping. I decided to clsoe my account with MyUS and take my buisiness elsewhere. They do not deserve your penny. My recommendation to you, do not use them. They'll let you down when you need them. They will always find ways to find you negligant, i.e. Not buying insurance, and crap like this, escaping from their responsibility as a shipping company to do proper packaging. Read other reviews to be sure of what I say. Terrible customer service. Terrible customer valuation process.
They claim it's due to unforeseen backlogs, but it takes 10-14 days to log a package in the system. It takes another 6-7 days for them to email you back when you have a customer service complaint or their system is blocking you from sending a package. Then they start charging you storage fees because your packages aren't shipped. From there, when you Want to ship a package, expect to wait even more. All in all, over a month of delays for 5 packages that were delivered well over a month ago. Never will use them again.
We bought KitchenAid from the USA, it took 2 weeks before the item showed up in my account and shipped from the US (only sad thing - they don't reply to your email inquiries, MYUS claimed the delay is due to the merchandiser from eBay - yet their online chat support helped greatly), selected budget shipment option, and was delivered within 11 days and overall it took 25 days since the date of purchase - not bad at all!

I ordered some things in MAY thru them and never got it, they sent me automatic messages, I couldnt get anyone to resolve the problem, you cant cancel your order OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
This is a scam! You will never get your order and they will never give your money back.
My package was sent to The Netherlands on April 4,2020. Now in The Netherlands due to all the online orders DHL said that they had a two month delay with their packages. I gave it about a month (May 5th) before deciding to contact MyUS since I still didn't have any package. I asked for MyUS for my tracking information and they gave it to me. On May 22nd when the tracking still didn't update I contacted DHL. DHL said I needed to contact MyUS in order for a claim to be filed. This is when I was informed that tracking WASN'T EVEN included. That information would had been really helpful on May 6th when you gave me tracking information. Why provide it if it is useless as you claim? They kept stressing the no time of delivery could be promised due to COVID. Which would be a reasonable response but it had nothing to due with me asking MyUS to file a claim with DHL NL. It took me several emails asking and reasking when they would file a claim with DHL. I was told within 45 days. GREAT! I did and then sent an email within the 45 days... 13 days later I got a reply saying why didn't I respond sooner as now no refund can be given. It is disgusting that they can ask on Facebook and on their website for their customers to have patience and give them longer times due to COVID. But when it happens and then the customer wants the $340 they wasted suddenly there can be no help given. Almost scam like and so I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Florida. When I used the service back in April I noticed a lot of glowing reviews and now I am seeing almost only bad ones. Please, please, please do not lose money like I did. I spent $90 on duties and taxes on products I haven't received. Run away do not walk away.
I have had the privilege of interacting with Abubaker at MyUS.com on several occasions. Even though it was under unfortunate circumstances with the shipping company, Abubaker was always prompt to reply to my emails in addition to being very professional. He deserves more than just the five stars which I will still give him anyway. Thank you for all your help.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. This is the most terrible service ever. I used them with the idea they would consolidate 4 packages and ship one package to one address. How hard can that be? Well they are taking over 10 days to login packages after they receive them, and then instead of consolidating them, they are sending them one by one to the same destination. This is going to cost me both time and money. They do not respond to their emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
My order from Tommy Hilfiger was delivered to this shipping company since June and it is yet to arrive in Canada. It left their US Warehouse since 7th July and has been stuck with UPS. Tracking provided no useful information.
Their customer service is very poor, you could contact them for two weeks and get no meaningful response.
I cancelled my account on 17th July but still got debited on 19th July 2020. I'm beginning to think these guys are fraudulent. They make sure the first transaction is smooth and then they reveal who they truly are
Late, no communication and not charged as promised. Maybe it works for those in the know but the learning curve will be steep and frustrating.Not as easy as they make it sound.
I had a pretty good experience a couple years ago. So I decided to give this company a try again, but it was a BIG mistake! I set up my packages to go all in as one parcel but they sent 2 separate parcel which cost me double to send my packages. Not just that it took almost a month to received my package. Second box hasn't even arrived yet. What the heck? Oh you have no idea how many times I was trying to getting in contact with them by phone, email and online chat. Nothing worked! What a joke! Don't waste your time nor money!
I ordered a few items and it took at least 2-3 weeks for them to show up in my suite due to COVID-19. I don't mind waiting but what's not acceptable is that there is a hold on my account because of failed credit card verification. I have already made payment via wire transfer and reached out to customer service countless times but they have not gotten back to me. And because of this, they are keeping my packages in my suite and charging 1USD per day that the package stays in the suite. I will be making a police report. DO NOT USE MYUS.
Please don't use MYUS. Once you provide your credit card details, they will keep deducting amount without your consent and you can't do anything about that. Customer care won't reply to your query. I had to finally delete my account to avoid misuse of my credit card.
I placed order on April 22 and checked out as a guest wherein MyUS charge my card and pay the seller using their payment method. Up-till now, nothing!
I wonder how they could let me waste two months and half following up, while I called the seller and they advised that My US actually did not make the payment for the order. It has always been a pain and waste of time on THEIR chat and unsatisfactory emails
THEIR chat team share the same robotic responses and all I hear ' we will escalate" The question is ' what happened to all escalations made" "what is the purpose of having an escalation process that does not result in resolution"
I WORK AS AN ESSENTIAL PERSON AND MY MOTHER IS A NURSE, THESE WERE VITAL MASKS TO PROTECT US AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY EMAIL AND IN GENERAL KEPT QUIET ABOUT IT. THEY GAVE US 20 DOLLARS FOR SOME REASON AS CREDIT AND THATS IT. FIRST TIME USING THEM AND LAST TIME.
I cannot recommend using MYUS. I shipped a parcel to them and according to the US Post Office, it was delivered. However, MYUS is claiming they never received it. Either one or the other is being untruthful or their incompetent. Either way, we're out $77. Their customer service dept simply sends us e-mails stating that they've forwarded our message to their warehouse and that's the end of it. It's not way to do business.
I order off Levi. Goods sent to myUS. Then weeks of vague questions asked which I respond to and then get a similar queries keep coming asking for information I don't have. I have provided as much as possible but they keep asking the same question without answering mine. I just realised these are robots answers... there is no human answering these... it is fake

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
