It was such a great experience working with the team at MyTaxPrepOffice. I received nothing but a bounty of treasures from the beginning and look forward to my partnership with MyTaxPrep. The flow of the software is easy and straightforward. It is the closest thing I have found to an all-in-one for my needs during my 4 years of tax prep experience. I have now used the application for one Season:

Pros:
- Having the application and data in the cloud was sweet.
- The phone service was decent. The representatives were very friendly.
- The program is easy to navigate, find errors and make corrections
- Transfer of data from Drake (my previous program) was easy and seamless

Cons:
- While the customer service people over the phone were very friendly, they were not as knowledgeable as the Drake customer service. I always felt like Drake "owned" my problem.
- The help over the chat feature was not good. I almost did some screenshots of the dialogue so I could laugh at them later.
- The biggest issue I had is with state returns – they need to checked carefully. I do many different states and this was a challenge for me. Interest dividends did not transfer over in many cases and misc income didn't transfer over sometimes.

Overall, I was satisfied. There were no disasters. I plan to stick with it for next year.

I've had a really great experience with this program in the 2021 Tax season. The help is especially super. I never had to wait longer than a few minutes for answers on the phone. Even at the height of the Tax Season the people were always there and extremely helpful. After the season was over they were always there still ready to answer any question. The e-filing was the best I have ever seen in my many years of Tax Prep work

I have been doing taxes for 24 years. Until last year I used a different program that was hard to navigate, very costly and Hard to get help when needed. I started using My Tax Pro Last year. Wow! I love the workflow, the ease of use, the updates on filed returns, and the customer help when needed. I would recommend this program to anyone doing taxes! Also, The Customer service is excellent! Nancy helped me to day and I did not feel like I was imposing, and solved my problems swiftly. Thank you!

Jessica answered all my questions... even ones I didn't know I had! After speaking with her, I feel like I'm ready to tackle tax season with this new software, and I know if I have any issues in the future I'll be able to get the answers I need.

I have been preparing taxes for over 30 years and have used many different tax prep softwares. I have been using MyTaxPrepOffice for 7 seasons now and couldn't be happier. They have improved the software each and every year. There support has always been able to resolve any issues I have had in a very timely fashion.

I have used a few products and many were too complex. MyTaxPrep provides backgroud on each line item to ensure proper recording. The final check also catches mismatches in the lines that relate. Invoices for clients are not great and they close when filed, so payment cannot be recorded. Also doesn't do electronic connections well so my clients decide not to use it.

This is my second year using MyTaxPrepOffice and in comparison to the glitches I encountered last year, this year is a breeze. They have enhanced the program and it is definitely more user friendly. Not to mention the cost is excellent. If I run into a problem, technical support is just a phone call away. They usually resolve my issue with just one call. If this year continues to be such an ease of use, then they may have me for life if the price remains stable. Thanks for making my job easier this year.

My coach, Temeka, conducted herself very professionally with patience and tolerance to accommodate me so I could absorb at least 99% of everything she taught me. She is a well versed trainer on the subject.

As a brand new customer, I just completed a one-on-one tutorial (virtually). It was terrific. The trainer left me feeling confident that I have selected the right vendor for my income tax preparation software. As a "30-year veteran", I don't need much help understanding my job, but like anyone, I was hesitant to expose myself to the dreaded "learning curve" of new software. After all, there is nothing simple about preparing a tax return. To be honest, I was "forced" to go shopping, due to non-competitive pricing with my long-time vendor. I couldn't justify remaining loyal to them any longer. MyTAXPrepOffice rescued me with affordable, yet sophisticated software. I don't anticipate any sacrifice in quality or service either. After two hours of training, I think this will be the best decision I've made in "30 years"!

Started using MyTAXPrepOffice tax software program in 2019. Had some concerns early on, but was able to get great tech support. As with any new software package, there was a period of learning how to use the new tax software versus my old tax software package. I deal mainly with individual personal tax returns and therefore unable to comment on any partnership or corporation applications. One may need to evaluate MyTAXPrepOffice based on what their tax practice needs are.

I'm excited to use this tax software for the current tax season! I recently decided to take my tax business virtual, and MyTAXPrepOffice has everything I need to be successful! The representative helped me set up the entire software without me asking for help. Also, she gave me a one on one training using the software through screen share! The rep was very knowledgeable and was easy to connect with while learning about what the software has to offer.
