SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY... BOOKED A FLIGHT 6-1-20, They call TODAY and tell me due to COVID19, it was cancelled. I called America Airlines and they stated there were NO CANCELATIONS due to COVID... This place took $152 and now wants to charge me 4 x that for yet another ticket, same trip, same flight! BBB will be notified, shame on you for screwing people!

FIRST OFF I CALLED 3 TIMES. First I called about not getting my e-ticket after having already been charged in full for the fare. They said they would send me my e-ticket in 48 hours. Never happened. Four days later I call and they decide to tell me my fare has changed, and that it is an extra $10. I decided at the time that was fine an excepted only because there was a $52 cancelation fee AFTER THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME AND DIDNT TELL ME IT CHANGED. So eventually I had enough as I am on a tight budget and decided i want a full refund, at first they would not give it to me and kept pressuring me 4 times into purchasing the e-ticket and following through. I said no let me speak to your manager or supervisor and instead transferred me to costumer service. They then gave me full refund but it is going to take 1-2 business cycles. REALLY? NOT IMPRESSED OR SATISFIED.

I booked with them recently and gave all my information. I thought I was finished with everything a week passed and I wondered why my money wasnt deducted off my card. I called and they said they had canceled. After I have them all my information they said its canceled no phone call or NOTHING! So I called and asked for a supervisor he apologized and said he would fix it. Again took all my information. So I waited and then received a phone call from them asking about the expiration date. I had already given them this. Something told me to call them back and they said your booking is not going through because of documentation. No one told me to send documents! So I sent them documents of the card and ID then they said it will take 4 hrs. 4 hrs passed I call then they said 4 more hrs. Called back they said processing is going to take an 1hr. By this time I was ready to cancel the flight as the prices increased. I was able to dodge this stress with this company. Please book directly with your airline you may come out cheaper like I did. I was quoted a cheaper price by 500 dollars with the airline.

Shine was the name of myflightsearch.com representative. I had a flight for a Monday, and because of a work conflict and family emergency, I had to change my flight. This was very confusing to me. I called to change my flight and Shine started walking me through step by step how to make changes and getting me the best possible options to choose from. Shine was very helpful. She was extremely patient with me. She made sure I heard her correctly and never got frustrated with me. She spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with me and was very nice, and extremely professional. She helped set my anxiety and frustration at ease. Because of shine, I was able to carry out my plans and responsibilities with my work and my family. I am very greatful tk have had her on the phone with me. She is an asset to your company and a very good representation of your company's mission and work ethic. I hope all your employees are as patient and helpful and honest as Shine. This is a SCAM sight. You will NEVER get your E-ticket. They take your money, and leave you HIGH AND DRY! I had to call my credit card co. And have the charge removed from my account.

Booked a flight with this third party on May 10th. I required a flight change 1 month prior to my RSVP date, so I called MyFlightSearch directly. I was greeted by a rude and exhausted sounding representative, who happily said there were no changes, period. Thanks for calling! I asked if I could speak to a representative that may be able to advance my concern and was told "I am senior leadership, there isn't a level past me" (or something to that effect). I contacted West Jet directly to see what could be done about my flight, they were gracious and helped rectify the issue. West Jet reiterated, that MyFlightSearch was a third party and they have no control over MyFlightSearch representatives.
This service overcharged me by $100! And were absolutely useless when I required assistance. I called back to the service after I spoke with West Jet to discuss my concern and was I received by a VOICEMAIL!
This company isn't a service, it is a FRAUD. Save yourself the hassle and upset, book with the airlines directly.

COMPLETE FRAUDULENT SCUMBAG SCAMMERS! How can this "company" stay in "business"? I experienced everything all the other 1 star reviewers experienced. They send you an email with a "booking#" and a big "CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE BOOKED!" but there is no actual E-Ticket and they make it seem like you are getting one later. This was charged on my credit card and showed up as United Airlines but the phone number is their FAKE customer service number where it rings and rings and then hangs up. They finally did answer, acted like they were "checking on my ticket" and after 20 mins on hold came back and said, "so you don't have a ticket". WHAT? This was the night before I was flying from CA to NYC! No need to even argue with them or ask for a "manager" as there is no such thing. They said they refunded my credit card back the $405.61, but a month later I still do not have a refund. Tried to call... same ole thing- it rings and rings, they finally pick up and act like they are putting you on hold for 15 mins then the call disconnects. I am going to try to have my credit card company refund my card as a fraudulent charge. How can these people get away with this... and further more how do they sleep at night? So mad!

PERFECT SCAMMERS!

AGREED! PERFECT SCAMMERS!

You book, they confirm, they cancel, they keep your money. They have a hotline to promise you a refund just to keep you from reporting this as fraudulent and to buy them time to scam more people!

Even farther, they're having auto-bots write hundreds of 5-star reviews to make them look legitimate - BUT if you look at all the 1-star reviews you'll see they're all the same complaints.

I was scammed out of $764 and 7 months later, and 1/2 dozen followups - still no refund. They'll give you the runaround saying it'll take 30 days to refund your card, then nothing until you follow up again, then they'll tell you there were issues with trying to charge your card back, so they'll mail you a check which will take another 10 days... nothing in the mail... so you follow up again... 10 more days... and so on and so on.

****I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO COPY THEIR REVIEWS TO TRUSTPILOT WHERE THEY'RE DECEIVING MORE PEOPLE. AND REPORT THEM TO BBB.

I will inform to all. Myflightsearch scam company. This is india based company and all process handle from india. And company not given salary after terminate employee. I working in this last 5 years but they are terminate me march 2021. And not given my pending amount and full and final amount. I drop the mail many time but they give me only date or time not close my full and final amount. Many employee not clear due amount and not received any call. So I feel very pain in this pandemic situation but they are not any responds I have many mail and replied from owner or account department. They reply me only date or time not given my amount. Company doing only cheating with usa customer. So I request to all not join this company and not book any ticket from this website. Scam website name my flight search.com, icheapflight.com or many website and all website handle in one company Xcelserv solutions. Pvt. Ltd. I have all employee contact number but they said only this is not my part. And manager and owner not responds to my message or call. All are ignore my call or message.

Booked a flight #*******. Wondered why I didnt recognize the place on my bank statement that said I paid them for the flight... I called and asked the customer service people who barely spoke English. Surprise they couldn't tell me either. I asked when I should expect my e ticket to arrive in my email since I booked the flight 5 days earlier and was told within the hour... 2 hours later I called back and again was told my e ticket would arrive within 30-40 minutes later... nothing!... I then for some reason decided to look up reviews for this business and realized I was one of many who were scammed by this awful company!. I did call back one last time just for the heck of it. I asked if they were gonna send me the e ticket or just take my money. The foreign man hung up on me!... I ended up booking a different flight and dont you know 10 seconds after confirming my purchase the e ticket arrived in my email... this company needs to be shut down... According to the reviews they have been reported many many times. The only good reviews are from people who obviously dont speak good English... hmmmm go figure!

Complete Scam!

DO NOT USE MYFLIGHTSEARCH. They are deceptive business people! I was trying to call United Airlines to change my flight due to incoming weather. Somehow, MyFlightSearch was the first number to appear on Google and I (unknowingly) called them instead of United. They proceeded to change my flight - and the person's I am traveling with, for $85 per ticket. When I questioned United's email, which stated United would waive change fees and price differences, the representative Adam Paige NEVER mentioned I was not on the phone with United. He simply stated that he had kindly waived the change fees ($200 per ticket), but the difference in flight cannot be waived because the original flight had not yet been officially cancelled. I questioned "United" for 10 more minutes and mentioned that I would ask to speak with a manager after booking the tickets, as these were the last two seats on the only flight that would get to our destination in time for a wedding. Only later did I realize I had been speaking to and charged by a third-party. I called the real United and they confirmed the change should be entirely free for all passengers. MyFlightSearch cheats its profits out of unknowing clients.
