We recently bought a couch from Bob's and bought the warranty with it in case anything happened. We've had the couch for less than 6 mo and the chaise is falling apart. After multiple calls for techs to come out and look at, 3 cancellations later, all while staying on hold for over an hour each time, the tech came in and spent all of 2 min here while he took a picture as far away as possible and told us it was fine. While I was STILL talking to him about the issue, he starts walking out the door! I literally was mid-sentence as he was leaving. We called customer service right after, the wait time was 65 min again! I started to chat with a live agent online and she told me since the tech said it was no problem, there was nothing she could do! I will NEVER shop there again and am very disappointed by the awful service I received multiple times. They will take your money for a warranty but they won't fix anything for it!
First time ordering from Bob's in March. We received our order very quickly. Unfortunately the wrong products arrived. We were Missing 1-cushion and 1-corner table. Now they're telling me for one cushion it will take several months to receive. If they don't get me my cushion quickly this will be my last order beware of messed up orders. And long turnaround times For messed up orders
You are not even worthy of a review. *******'s across the board. Oh sir purchase the goof insurance for a guarantee that our furniture will not last 3 years and they will cover it. B.S 10 times over. All liars and scams and $#*!ty furniture. I can verify my purchase date and time but why? End of the day Bibs furniture is a dog and pony show with no way to hold up to their end of the bargain. This is ridiculous. I've been waiting months for Furniture. I was there when they first opened at Desert Ridge. I made an appointment and I paid upfront. They've given me two different delivery dates a month apart I've been waiting for two months now

After waiting almost 3 months for my Venus sectional to be delivered, I was appalled to discover that the sectional doesn't come with sectional clips. This means that the middle piece of the sectional does not connect to the others, so they all slide around. My son has already fallen through between the two sections on several occasions, and we've had the couch for less than one hour. Not happy!
In 2018 I bought a bunk bed for my children from Bob's. Well, Dec 2019, my child was laying down in the trundle and we heard a large crack. Upon investigation, we noticed that the wood splintered by the wheel from the trundle and the wheel came off. We immediately reported it. Apparently, this is not considered an "accident" and therefore, they will not cover it. This is fraud and we will no longer buy from Bob's and ever use Guardian to cover it. I suggest you do the same.
My new leather couches were delivered. They brought the wrong end and the chase is caving in on one side. They came back to exchange and brought the wrong peace again. I bought the couches in June it's now September and they still didn't bring the correct pieces. I keep talking to multiple ppl on the chat and they just keep giving me the run around. This is the third time they come to my house and didn't bring the new pieces for the exchange. I'm so done! Worst mistake I've ever made is buying from them …..
After spending the entire day looking at several pricier places for a new sofa my wife and I decided to give Bob's Discount Furniture a try and boy were we surprised. The store was very clean and well organized. Not the discount warehouse I was expecting. The quality of the items were the best we found all day, even at the more expensive "fancier" places. We got the same couch we could have gotten elsewhere for about $400 less. Jim and his staff at the Racine, WI location could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We already picked out some furniture we want for another room and will be back to get that in the months ahead. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Don't let the name fool you. The only thing discount about them is the price, not the quality of the products.
I have this sofa for about a year, it looks great, super poor frame quality, I paid $550 I know its not much, it's worth about $250. I would tell everyone I know not to buy from them, take your money somewhere else for better quality product and service. Their customer service is also very bad, everything takes forever, you always have to follow up they never contact you back. I don't have 1 good thing to say about them.
Bought a bed for my kids, cost over $1,000. The wood under mattress broke in a few months. My daughter is under 100 pounds, only uses bedroom to sleep, no jumping around.
By the time Bob's showed up, it was a few months after the 12 months. They sent me some plastics to install by myself. I finally calle the Protection plan they sold me, turns out the wood that is exposed is NOT covered, fabric under is NOT covered. WASTE of money. Extremely poor quality for a very high price. Do NOT RECOMMEND!
I wish I had read some of these reviews prior to doing business with this business. They have horrible customer service. They began to block my phone calls. They deliver damaged furniture but refuse to put it back on the truck to take back. Second delivery damaged furniture again. I am DONE!

Once again the delivery drivers lied and said they came to my house but didn't. The tracker said should arrive by two, was home at 1, kept checking for it to say "its on its way"... checked again to my surprise it said un able to complete delivery. WHAT? Im at home waiting patiently missing work for some lazy delivery drivers. Now I got to wait another week with no furniture. After I pay my bobs card im tossing it in the trash...
I purchased a bed set from bobs furniture in 2017 and it's now 2019. After moving my bed screws started to come out and and the bed set started to collapse after having a tech come and fix the problem by just putting screws back into place, same thing happen again. They are so quick to take money but when you have warranty on your item they don't want to replace it, they do a half $#*! job fixing it. Don't buy nothing from this place not worth your money. My experience with Bob's Furniture has been horrific. The bedroom set we ordered was delivered with a huge scratch in the dresser and the bed frame was missing parts. It has now been 7 months and we still do not have the part. Customer service lies to me every time that I call (I have everything documented) saying I will have the parts in 3-5 business days, which never actually arrives. They refuse to reimburse me and they will not send a replacement headboard. There was also a tear in the sofa cushion I ordered, which I have not received a replacement for. NEVER buy from this company!
Bought a bed set from Bob's. Ordered "white glove delivery". They left without finishing their job. One big problem was that they didn't pair the remote to the bed. All fixed. But they left it way too high for me. Now I can barely get into it. I have been trying to reach someone there for three days now. I would stay away from Bob's

In 2020 we purchase a complete 3 piece living room set, $1800. 00 and a complete 8 piece dining room set close to $3000. 00. All I can say is NEVER again. We received the dining room before Christmas, and the first time we used it one of the chair legs cracked. Four other chairs had to be repaired, then they had to come back again. The living room set cushions did not hold up after one year, and the material under the sofas we coming out. We finally just purchased another living room set from another company. Buyer beware. There furniture does not hold up. What a waste of money.
I bought my recliner set from Bob's Furniture almost two years ago. The furniture started peeling right away. I contacted them only to be told the problem is not covered under the warranty. They came out to service the furniture for a $75 fee. The furniture continued to peel. Unfortunately I had to trash the furniture because it was too messy to sit on. Total waste of money. Spent almost $3000 for the set. I should have went somewhere else.
I ordered a sofa from here a little over a year ago and I was recommended by the salesman to buy the 5 year coverage plan for any structural damages or stains. I did so and now when i file a claim for my couch nothing is covered because according to the assistants ive spoken with "my sofa isnt covered by their goof proof plan". I wasnt aware of this when i was buying the couched because i was told that if i had any stains within 5 years of buying the couches they would be cleaned, I was not told any of the small details that affected this whole situation so drastically. From what I have witnessed, the sales people here at Bob's furniture are selfish and will leave important details out to get their commission. Get your employees in order or dont hire such insidious sales people.
Bought a box spring waited 9 day's for it to come in. When I got messaged to schedule pick up I went there and was told they gave it to someone else be accident then tried to upsell me another one for another $75.00. I got my money back. I strongly do not recommend anyone go there at all.

Bob Kaufman probably cared way back in the 70s and 80s, but this new ownership is all about lulling you in with a moderate pricing model and then sticking it to you after they have your money. There is no way any of those shysters are looking at (or care about) these reviews... let alone respond and actually hold themselves accountable. We are all disposable customers in Bob's World. The sales staff takes a lot of the heat I'm sure, but their assistance is to simply tell you to call Customer Care, which is an absolute joke of a service and clearly where they are saving the money... Michael Skirvin the CEO is a jerk and a poor man's 2-bit used car salesman.

Answer: We purchased a couch from Bobs 1/19/20, the couch had issues from the start but with the pandemic we did not feel comfortable having technicians n the house. Every call to their help center requires 1 hour and a half on hold. They have been here twice 8/11, the problem persists, 9/24 the problem persists and the technician said it should be replaced but I spoke with a supervisor Marybeth D and they refuse. I even purchased the GOOF Proof that is a Joke. STAY AWAY horrible quality and the service is worse... after they have your money
