Meijer

I go to Meijer on Coolidge in Royal Oak. I love Meijer's bigger selection although after their remodel it has been significantly reduced. It is usually the best place for one stop shopping. Usually their pricing is better than other grocers as well. I have purchased Meijer milk and recently over the last year or two it goes sour before the sell by date. This has happened 9 times out of the ten I buy it. I don't want to have to go to another grocer for reasonably priced milk and I don't want to waste my time in their long return lines. I don't like how they have special needs female employees collecting loads of heavy carts either. They are not built for that and could suffer injury. I feel they are taking advantage of challenged people and it reflects horribly on Meijer. I hate how I can't use their own app in the store for some reason, nor can I use my phone to check banking etc. Their website is not robust like Walmart, Target or Pennies. They absolutely have the best sales, but often there is no product available.

Orders items that were on sale this week on Sunday am low and behold they were out of almos everything facial tissue, turkeys, crackers and a few others. Turkey was substituted. With chirttlin I have no idea what it is turkeys were. 55 lb about 7.50 chrlirlttings were 50.00 bucks not happy this is the commerce thp store might have to drive additional 8 miles to the widow store not happy

I have had nothing but problems with their online ordering. Today was the last straw. I placed an order at noon today and after it was shopped t was canceled due to technical error. I spent over an hour with customer service saying it was shipt's fault and there as nothing they could due I would have to replace the order. After replacing the order it would only give me a 9pm delivery time of course it never happened. Now the best part the stores service desk closes at 8pm and the man customer service closes at 9pm. Shipt is still open but they tell me it will I will have to wait 710 days for the refund as the order was returned to the store. So there are now 4 charges for 4.95 and my grocery bill of 123.02 and I have to buy groceries. This is not the 1st time but the 4th this is the first return. If I could give a 9 I would

Returns - Customer Service is only open until 8pm for returns but the store is open until midnight for the convenience of their customers. There aren't many Meijer stores. I drove 45 min out of my way to make a return this evening after verifying that the store was open until midnight.

Got a gift card for Father's day 100 dollars used half in store tried to get gas at 7am they couldn't read card happens all the time need to go to customer service at store. Went to customer service it's 7.30am now customer service does not open until 800 am how can a store be open and operational without customer service what if they overcharge me at register have to wait until 800

Wa supposed tp get a delivery same day well it got rescheduled for the next morning and then didnt recieve it untill 630 pm! Almost half of food was ruined by sitting in the sun and they would not give me a refund needless to say i will never use there delivery service again! And i was a pretty frequent shopper i would reccomend not using there delivery service if something goes wong they will not try to accomidate you in any way just rude customer service

Every single time I do an order pick up they forget something. I continue to do it because I don't have any other choice but it cost sme money without the promised product every single time. This last time and they added being able to fix you order as long as they didn't start shopping but I was on hold and searching through the app and searching through Google for so long that I lost the window where I could update my order before they grocery shopping even though I started looking two hours before my earliest pickup time. The only time I use this as an option is when I have no other option, like when I have COVID or my kids have RSV. But I always regret it! I would like to add I think it's definitely an issue with my corporation itself and not the employees!

DO not use their online service! They screwed me and offered me 10 bucks to help when I lost more than that. Then after talking with another person, they offered less!

While checking out in your store in Midland, Mi tonight my 9 year old son & I not only felt rushed but crowded by 4-5 of your associates that complained to us about their job, told us they were on a timer, grabbing items out of our cart scanning them before I could get them all to the cashier, and made us feel uncomfortable & crowded! Let me empty my own cart. Or if you're trying to help. Say something! Even hi. Or may I help you. Don't just grab as I am attending to my son because he felt sick. Half my items were on the roller to the cashier before I turned to tend to him and clearly they were all in a hurry. I didn't even see the blonde older lady at first and was shocked to see her grabbing my things scanning them to not say one word to me. Several others were around and they were all complaining to each other and then me about how they had to be better then the robot check outs yada yada. How to corporate they are just a number. This is the second time I've been in this store to run into employees that are working as if they are in shear fear. Treat your people better! So they treat your customers well. Or I won't be back. Thank you. From all of us. This is my first and last time filling one of these out. I've included my receipt so you can see I was there. Who your cashier was. And it was around 8:30 ish pm. Every time you go into Meijer, there is some product or service they no longer provide. It would appear that Meijer is trying to find a way to out of business, or at least to make Amazon more viable.

It has happened several times sale price does not register, Meijer was a awesome place at one time there customer service is awful last three times I went they were rude & some employees should not be working there period. Don't know if I will be going back to Bolingbrook Illinois Meijer. Thought I would try again. There was a older lady that purchased spaghetti sauce from a shelf that had sale on it (also saw it) she bought 4 red one white same brand, they over charged her, she was in front of me at customer service, customer service lady said loudly said the white is not on sale customer said why is it stocked with it then no other price. Well I want my money back then, customer service lady told her well you can bring it back next time you come, older lady said there won't be any next time I won't be back, customer service said fine loudly. I tried to get a rain check because they were out of stock of pot pie that was on sale she told me come back tomorrow they restock I said what sale end today she said oh. No I can't give you a rain check. I then told her what the hell I won't be back this store is going down hill this was on 2-11-23 early afternoon they better improve I heard several people complaining in check out

I went shopping after a lovely softball game for a well planned dinner. I checked out and I felt happy so as I'm leaving I stop at the gum ball machines, where I find an amazing alien despenser. So I put a quarter in as one does and turn the knob…. AND NO ALIEN COMES OUT! I was devistated and heartbroken because I was about to adopt a new alien and give it a wonderful home. But no. I got alien scammed. My shopping was good but I went home depressed with no alien.

I ordered items online from Meijer and on my end it showed one price and on their end it showed another price so I inquired about that then I didn't receive the items and asked for a refund and was told I would not receive one and I was lying about not receiving it. Never have I ever been disrespected by any employee like I was by these reps it was crazy and unprofessional

I used to shop at the first Meijer in Greenville, I still like the entire Meijer shopping experience. I DO NOT like Meijer corporate; I may sound old, but the experience I'm enduring with corporate has blocked Meijer as a supplier for me. I've been "working" with their Human Resources for approximately a year with promises from them, but no results. I doubt I can give details in this forum, you can contact me at *******@JUNO.com. I made a separate email address entitled "ENDURING MEIJER" A year later and I continue to get their apparently "stock" response of "another week" The story is like one you may hear, and you say to yourself, that can't happen. Believe me, it does happen.

Truck drivers at Lafayette indiana got there trucks booted which means lock got put. Will never shop there again. They can close there doors as far as I care

While shopping with grandchildren, found a good deal on Kettle and fire bone broth, asked a tall man to assist in buying them all, while checking out the price was considerably higher so, t the clerk called back and they could not find product, a women walking by said she saw as well and that was the price. I walked back to assist, store is not small, price was there but it was stocked on wrong shelf this product is the same but the ounces are wrong, ok we'll show me them where that product is on shelf, it's a new product not set up yet, I asked manager to notice how the pricing was set up asked him to stoop to my size and read, he said he had a bad back and could not, I said it's been 30 minutes in mess because they refused to honor price, they are putting product in places that are not tagged for them and misleading people, very poor management.

Previous visit to this store a women was waiting for a sit down cart, she was leaning on my cart while I was asking question, I said to greeter she is weak could you give her that chair while she waits, extremely rudely he set up chair for elderly women.
This store on westnedge in Kalamazoo. Really poor treatment to there customers.
