We had an issue with 2 of the 32 chairs we had ordered. Instead of going through the lengthy process of getting the broken ones repackaged & returned and waiting for replacements they have said they will simply just send us 2 new chairs.
This was the first time using MadisonSeating, and my experience with them so far has been great. We ordered Liberty task chairs, and unfortunately, one of the chairs had an issue where you couldn't adjust the height. I emailed the company, and within a couple of hours, I had a response back stating they would replace the chair. I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly. I thought it would take a day or two. They just made this whole process so easy. I will be sure to use them again.

I ordered a chair and it came with a broken part. I sent an email explaining the problem and I got a response within 2 days offering to send me a replacement chair without needing to send back the broken one. It was a good solution because shipping it back before getting the replacement would have been a big hassle. I am pleased with the experience.
Madisonseating rocks! I have been a repeat customer with Madisonseating for over 8 years. During these years, my company has been expanding and we were in constant need for office chairs. We have been purchasing the Herman Miller Aeron chairs and Steelcase Leaps for our new office spaces. The chairs are always purchased at well below the market value and arrive in pristine condition. We recently had an incident where an employee was using the chair as a ladder and broke the armrest off one of the Aeron chairs. Madisonseating immediately helped us with the repair under their warranty coverage. They respond quickly and promptly to all our emails and have a friendly and professional staff. Placed an order. They said 10-14 days for shipping and they would email shipping information within that time period. A week went by and no communication, so I decided to check in for an update. Received another generic email saying 10-14 days and they would email shipping information. 14 days goes by so I email again. Now I get another email telling me there is a delay and it will be another 2-3 weeks. For a used chair they supposedly have in stock. I'm canceling my order.
All I can say is Run Run Run as fast as you can. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the 15 yrs that I have been shopping online. I placed the order, that went great, then delivery that was a nightmare they want and expect for you to inspect your shipment on the curbside where it's delivered to before you sign for it. For us in our area it was hurricane season, raining terribly and madison seating still expected for us to stand in the pouring rain to inspect the shipment. Long story short found some damages and we refused the shipment. Their customer service is the worst, they act like they are a big company and they have like 2 people working there.
I have been a fan of Madison Seating since I first found them online. I have been able to outfit my business office furniture with them at a great value and in a timely manor. I am looking forward to the next time I have to redecorate so I can use them again.
I ordered a refurbished Haworth Zody chair from Madison Seating, which would have been more than $1K new, but they were selling it for under $300.
It's a great chair, and when I had issues with it, they were fast, courteous, and able to solve my problem quickly.
I will say that when they say 10-14 days shipping, it really does take that long. My product went from ShipReady to being delivered in 1 day.
I am very happy with my chair purchase from Madison Seating. I called them to go over the details of the chair I wanted to purchase and the staff was very well informed and I ended up placing my order over the phone. Initial shipping time to actual delivery was a little long (nearly 15 full business days). The chair was in good condition, but I nboticed right away that something didn't feel right. There was a very noticeable popping noise as my weight shifted; hardly indicative of the high-quality chair I was expecting. A quick note to Madison's Customer Service and a return shipping label was provided. As soon as it was picked up, a replacement chair was on its way. The replacement arrived in just 4 business days and it is perfect. No more noises or creaks. I'm so happy with my chair and their service. I will definitely be back!
I ordered a table and chairs from Madison Seating. Since I live in Canada, the shipping wasn't free, but was supposed to be $150. The chairs were backordered 2 months (which they had no intention of telling me until i phoned wondering why the chairs didn't arrive with the table.) I changed the chairs on the order, but instead of changing the order, they created me a new order and charged me an additional $75 shipping.
Customer service reps were rude, and could care less that their automated system was charging people additional charges without warning. Additionally, tracking numbers were never sent, as promised, once the items were shipped.
All in all, dishonest company that seeks refuge behind their phones knowing that they don't have to put faces to the names they deal with. Stay away.
The company is legitimate, and sent the correct product. However, plastic piece for the arm adjust was broken, and from the looks of it, I'd have to send the entire chair back to get it replaced. I'm busy, I just don't have time for that, and am just 'dealing' with having to use a wrench to adjust the arm on the chair.
We ordered a computer chair from Madison Seating recently. Upon arrival, it was determined that the chair was damaged in transit. We were offered a courtesy discount to keep the chair as the damage was simply cosmetic. After assembling the chair, we again found that the back of the chair did not remain in elevated position and instead slid down, and also the chair was incredibly low to the ground. Our ultimate decision was the send the chair back, to which the customer service team accepted the return, no questions asked, and refunded us without hesitation. Although this particular chair did not work out for us, we will certainly use this vendor for future office seating.
I have ordered from Madison Seating twice. The first time I ordered a home office chair from Madison, I was so pleased with the quality and price that I ordered a second time for my school office. My chair is top of the line and practically new, but cost so much less than the normal retail price, and less than any other used seller, too. At one point I had a hiccup with my second order, and Madison Seating's customer service team addressed the matter quickly and fully. I was very pleased!

There is absolutely no guarantee that the chair they provide you is authentic or genuine. I spoke with the manufacturer after recovering a junky Steelecase from this company and the conversation left me suspecting that the chair was fake.
Upon discussing the issue with Madison seating their tactic was to litigation. They will not offer free returns and they also charge a restocking fee.
All in all it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a piece of furniture

10 year warranty is a fraud. These guys claim a 10 year warranty but my chair broke after 3 months and they don't stand behind it. Make sure you google search madison seating before purchasing and you will see all the negative reviews. These guys are a fraud

Hello, I have bought 3 office chairs with madisonseating: 2 knoll life and one humanscale diffirent. The prices a great, the shipping is not super fast but products are very well packaged and you can track your delivery, and the support is fantastic: I had a problem with one of the chairs shortly after delivery and they offered a simple, convenient and fast resolution.
Our Company ordered 40 Allsteel Acquity chairs from Madison Seating. The sales experience was very positive and the chairs were delivered directly to our suite on time and in the in the condition as promised. Two of the chairs were badly damaged during shipping and since receipt of delivery, we found 4 additional chairs do not properly work (they will not move up and down). I reached out to customer service and they have agreed to ship replacement chairs to us at no additional cost! We will definitely consider ordering from Madison seating the next time we need office chairs.
