The company is legitimate, and sent the correct product. However, plastic piece for the arm adjust was broken, and from the looks of it, I'd have to send the entire chair back to get it replaced. I'm busy, I just don't have time for that, and am just 'dealing' with having to use a wrench to adjust the arm on the chair.

According to our records, you had 2 accounts. One that was opened on 4/20/17 and canceled on 4/10/23 and another that was opened on 7/24/22 and canceled on 7/24/23. Your account automatically renews. You can stop automatic renewal by cancelling your subscription any time before the next billing date. If you dispute the charge with your bank, this does cause an immediate closure of the account. Our team did send an email informing you of this, and stated that if this occurred in error, to reach out so that we can assist in reopening your account.
