First time buying and using, there is no instructions This is not what I expected. Would really like to hear from customers service regarding how to use thus make especially this being my first time.

The only thing is that it's hard to choose the correct color for the foundation.
At my age there are lots of things to cover up! Whether it's some redness, a light brown spot ( also known as a beauty mark🤣, or raccoon eyes this stuff is easy to apply.
My feet have broken veins so I cannot wesr sandsls. This product made my feet look so nice and natural! Not make-up look... just soft, nice, skin. Do not know how you got here, but do try this... it made me barefoot again!

Product is fine but doesn't cover as well as it shows in the video. Maybe I didn't order dark enough color. It was difficult to match my skin tone. Otherwise it is waterproof and dries quickly.

The bottle of Cleaning Solution was leaking on arrival at the mailbox. Since it was shipped in a paper container, everything got wet. There were NO instructions included in the package, so I had to go ONLINE to find out how to apply the makeup. It would have been nice to have detailed instructions, since there were FIVE bottles in the package! I sprayed it onto the brush and applied it to my face. I bought the Medium color, and it is TOO YELLOW for my skin.
It seems to work as advertised, although I haven't been able to use it much because of a hospital stay. I am looking forward to using it for some specific things.

I called Luminess to say I might have chosen the wrong shade for face. They said they would send me the next shade darker. They did what I requested and now I will decide if that is the better choice.
I was disappointed that the bottles were very small & it wouldn't last very long. The color was too light.

I sent in a request to return this product. Whoever I spoke with said they would give me a 95% refund of $203.00. And I could either keep the product and play with it or give it away. I agreed and have given it away BUT am still waiting for my refund. Please help resolve this situation.
