Try to leave a negative even diplomatic review.It will say submitted but watch they will never post them. Try it yourself to see. I Cant show a picture because they delete them. I now know why you never are allowed to a human at CS, they are all scanning the reviews
Tip for consumers:
Read all other site reviews not only Luminess, as they remove all negative reviews. Personally my suggestion is not to deal or order with them IN ANYWAY. There is a new airbrush you can get and is much better look at YouTube's comparisons with all other airbrushes. They blow LUMINESS OUT OF THE WATER!!! Luminess is a very old company and I think they are trying to make a comeback because they see how well these new airbrushes are doing. And they just can't do it It's HO is very rude!!!

None because they never sent my large and expensive order. They confirmed it did not exist, then communication stops. They will not answer me in any way. There customer service was horrible to start with, but then it turned horrible and then turned to they wouldn't help me at all. As I know read they have a horrible reputation,for taking money. How can they be allowed to carry on as a business
