My mother lives with me because she has dementia. She loves makeup and ordered
Luminess using my credit card. When the product arrived I contacted Luminess and told them I had to cancel her order. They were very helpful and took care of the problem. From my perspective Luminess is a wonderful company.

I was skeptical about it I'd actually like Luminess. I'm not a makeup or hair gal. If I can't get it done quickly then I'm not messing with it. Luminess is easy to use and it doesn't take much time to do it either. The skin tone matched which I also was skeptical about. But overall it's been a great experience and I'd highly recommend this product.

I spoke to a customer service representative she sent she sending me out a new color because the first one was incorrect. We'll see when it gets here if I keep my subscription.

Very simple process. Easy to do.I like the way it feels. It is not heavy. Another out nicely with the brush

I was extremely unhappy with the final results I looked as if I put on a bunch of self tanning lotion and I looked orange compared to my real complexion I was offered to match again but no way was I taking that chance to wait another 2 weeks for its arrival and then have another bad experience especially considering I was assured one match was all it would take.

One of the products I bought was too late. I reached out to the company several times through an email and they had no attempt to reach back to me. I think they wait till after your two week trial so they don't have to do anything about it. I will never order another thing from this company due to their horrible customer service. I don't know about any of the products on whether I like them or not. I have not had a chance to use it, but it doesn't really matter since Customer Service doesn't get back with you.

I've been using this product for a few months now. When I apply it, it gives me a natural look, and people often compliment me on my flawless and glowing complexion. I'm absolutely in love with your full coverage spray foundation. This one spray has helped even out my skin tone and address pigmentation issues. Thank you, LUMINESS!

I received my order and I think the product is just ok I really don't see any difference in this makeup than the product I already use. It was supposed to leave an airbrush finish and it did not

So here's what happened.
I ordered the 14-day trial. I didn't receive a confirmation text or email, but that's not the first time that's happened when trying something new, so I didn't think much about it since the $5 charge posted.
The next day, I get a reminder email that something was in my cart. So I go back and sure enough, the "trial" is there. I thought maybe I messed up, so I checkout again. I immediately receive a push-note that my $65 purchase was processing. I was like, "what the fox?" So I go back onto the site and when I tell you there is nary an option to communicate with anyone other than the Holy Ghost, believe me. No phone number. No email. Nothing. So I thought, "well, I'll just wait for it to come in the mail and I'll send it back." Somewhere on the other side they said, "we've got a live one here!" So they packed it all up in one envelope and shipped it to me with no way of knowing what is what. Now all I want to do is email to make sure I'm not going to get double-charged, but all I get is bots. So maybe don't do the trial. But about the product - it's waaaay too heavy - I got a pimple on the first touchdown of the applicator brush meeting the skin. I will not be making Influencer status with this product.

I have been looking forward to purchasing this product since I first seen it some years ago I couldn't afford it at the time this is great for me since I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for some reason I have the worst skin mother's Day is coming up my birthday is coming up yes I'm a mother's Day baby but after all the acne I need to cover up the dark spots and I think this would work wonders on my skin thank you.

I really like the weight and feel of this foundation, although my first purchase was totally wrong for me. Trying another lighter shade, along with just purchasing the primer and setting spray. I did have an issue with applying too quickly; let the aerosol scent evaporate on the brush before applying to your face if scents and fragrances are an issue for you. Beautiful coverage and staying power. The brush is nice too; love that it is two-sided.

Faults word shows all flaws on your face makes you look older than what you look waste alot of foundation spraying on brush

You send me the wrong bottle, and I was charged for this, why was I charged for $42.00 I didn't receive the white bottle which is for dehydration instead u send me another foundaton. Please I'm I being charge for the whole product now. I hope I don't owe anything else.
