You send me the wrong bottle, and I was charged for this, why was I charged for $42.00 I didn't receive the white bottle which is for dehydration instead u send me another foundaton. Please I'm I being charge for the whole product now. I hope I don't owe anything else.

I purchased the try before you buy it. I only ordered one product, you sent several I had a pending charge for 51.00 on my paypal account. I figured ok thats fine. Because I thought you were charging me for the buy one get one free sale you have going on. I had to go to Ky because I am a donor for my brother who is diagnosed with myelofibrosis,(cancer of the blood) when I got home you had an extra charge on my pay pal account for 81.00? You all ripped me off when I went into my lumines account it had the items you listed as 00 charge. I also cancelled my subscription and needless to say I will not refer you to any of my friends, Also I don't care for the spray airbrush make up because you have to shake it too much.

I was excited to receive this product as I have vitiligo and need extra coverage. The coverage is great and the airbrush quality makes it very easy to apply and feels light. My only complaint is that the product itself, and the blush product are very "glittery" which I do not care for.

The product is too orange and dark. I won't use it. I will be sending it back. As for the experience, I haven't tried it yet. I'm hoping it's a good foundation.

It's a little confusing, I have never worn makeup, so I'm not really sure what I needed. It was easy choosing my color, but accidentally ordered twice. Then, I ordered it again accidentally. I was able to speak to a representative and get it straightened out. Unfortunately, the orders had already shipped, so he canceled my subscription and credited my account. Now I have enough makeup to last me a year.

I like this product. One of the first makeup products that has my skin tone correct. It can be a bit messy if not used as directed, but I found my happy face with luminous.

I ordered 1 package for $29 but was shipped additional items that I did not request totaling close to $130. When I called to they agreed to the price of $39 which was $10 more than the products were currently being advertised for. The entire transaction felt very deceptive

It is described as being able to try the product risk free for 14days. If you choose to keep it you will be charged the full price. My bank account was immediately charged following my order not only the cost of the foundation but several other prodcts as well that I DID NOT ORDER. This is a scam.

I ordered the Luminess after seeing the ad, hoping it would be an easy and quick makeup routine. I do like the products that I've used, but it is so messy trying to spray it on the brush, so I spray it on my finger, which I don't really like to do then use the brush to spread it over my face. It's got good coverage and I like the powder that came in the compact with all the other things (eyes, cheeks, face) but I don't use the other things because they are too small to use a decent brush with and they would just end up all mixed together. So, if I could just buy the powder and I wish the foundation came in something other than a spray, I would probably really like that.

My initial experience/order was confusing. When I placed the trial order, my credit card was charged $72.00, I contacted Customer Service and was given a discount, as I had expressed I wanted to cancel. I've since received the order and I like the products so far.

It stays for ever I love the color and the blush I don't need to touch it up afterwards my skin is very hydrated, very light weight, just perfect for me.

I realize it's medium coverage...but it's build-able so that worked out great...I really like it, it's so light weight and the shade matches wonderfully. I am very pleased with the product.
