How is nobody protecting consumers from these scam artists?! Ordered a dress, after 30 days, I never received it. I politely reached out to the company for an update and was ignored. Upon reviewing their Facebook page, I found it's full of stolen pictures from Black Milk Clothing. So many people have been scammed by this company. I'm reaching out to Shopify (who hosts them), the BBB and the FTC in hopes this company will face consequences and other girls won't have to deal with the money loss.

My review is much like every one else's. I wish I had read this website prior to me ordering this dress. I followed the size chart and even ordered a size larger. There is no way that this dress is the size listed on the chart. I ordered a large but it has to be a small. It took 31 days for the dress to get to me. I have contacted support in regards to shipping the dress back and trying to return it for a larger size, as they charge a $5 restocking fee if I want a refund, so it's basically pointless to refund it along with the amount I will have to pay for shipping. They are suppose to email me back with an address I can return it to but I only have 14 days to return it. We will see if I actually hear back. I am very disappointed that this dress does not fit. It would be a beautiful dress if it did. But I will never buy from this company again.

Bought two dresses from them - the shipping was awful - they said it would take around 25 days but it was longer and I didnt get my package til I contacted them which tells me that they never even shipped it and gave me a fake tracking number.

The quality isn't great, but I do like the dresses I got (the cherry and the American Psycho one). I live in a hot climate and these are a spandex material that I think will work nicely, esp when we visit theme parks. Not great but I do like them and they are comfy. Fine for the cheap price.

I'm fine waiting for a month for stuff. I've had hit/miss with Chinese companies. This one is a miss. When my shipping confirmation email came - no tracking #. Whatever. But then I received emails to review my items. Didn't have them. So contacted through form for shipping #. Got a response within 2 days. Checked #. Was already on it's way back to China because it was "undeliverable as addressed". Checked me address on their site - correct. Never got a notice. So replied to email. No response for almost 2 weeks. Wrote in through form. Asking for a refund because it wasn't ever delivered. 2 days later -The response? "Here's your shipping number!" I work in customer service through emails. We have filters for email. So I just contacted again through form only mentioning refund. We'll see what happens. But looks like I won't be seeing that $50 again.

Update: 2 hours after I asked for a refund the 2nd time - once again got "here's our tracking number". Slightly different format of previous tracking email, but blatantly ignoring my request.

I only received 1 item out of the 2 items i bought. When i contacted them they told me i should just file a dispute. After i told them to give me proof they sent 2 parcels they blocked me on FB and wont reply to my emails. I will be filing a dispute and i will be spamming everything they put on social media until they $#*!ing burn!

After using their tracking which said my top was delivered although I had received absolutely nothing upon checking several times with my apartment complex office, I was ignored by customer service. When I contacted their Facebook page I was pretty much told they could donothing for me, contact customer service. I let them know I wasn't going to waste time doing that because I had already been ignored three times by their customer service. I went ahead raise a dispute with my credit card company made sure that I posted on my Facebook page about the situation then all of a sudden they wanted to find a resolution to the problem. Then all of a sudden the admins from facebook said they wanted to help. Of course all they did was email me all the information and emails I already had

I ordered three items from LuluTops seven weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I have attempted to contact customer services both by email and through their Facebook page, but they are refusing to chase up the order for me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK. If you do not receive the item there is absolutely nothing you can do about it as Royal Mail will only deal with the sender, and LuluTops refuses to help

The website is a scam, they take your money and by the looks of things myself and many other people have been left disappointed by the money grabbing swines behind this ordeal.
Please save your time and money as this website is day light robbery.
I was so looking forward to receiving my items - now I feel so let down.
PLEASE AVOID!

I placed an order January 28th and even made an account with them. On January 30th I received an email saying that my items were on the way. No tracking number was given and I started to feel uneasy. It is now March 1st and I have no received my items, sent a few emails asking for a tracking number with no replies from the company. When I tried to sign into my account I had made apparently my credentials weren't valid! When I tried the "forgot password" option it said that there was no valid user with this email. Yet here they are spamming that email with all of there "please review the items you ordered".

I thought this site was legit when I saw people posting pictures of their items but. I guess they were just lucky and actually got their items. I guess when it seems too good to be true, it really is!

So I usually have a steadfast rule to never purchase from websites without PayPal. I saw these with the prices so low and the cute designs... Should have stuck to my rule. Firstly, I was under the impression I would be paying $60 throughout the checkout process, only to see over $80 had been taken from my account. At this point I started to email them asking to cancel my order. It was still a pending charge so it would have been easy to do. After no response to my 5-6 emails, I got one from them saying my order had been shipped (this was over a week after I submitted my order). I then replied to this email asking at least for a tracking number, surprise surprise no response. Ive been trawling their social media looking for other comments of bad service, and not seeing any I thought I would post my own. Of course you don't see any comment of negativity because after I did that, they deleted my comment and blocked me from all forms of their social media. They can reply and do that for social media but can't reply to the 6 emails I've sent? At this point I'm waiting for the 25 days to be over (their shipping time) and I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. I'm not letting them steal my money. Basically, avoid this company in any way you possibly can. They have recently teamed up with lotus leggings who I have purchased from before. I did receive my goods and they were a really great company - but because of this I don't think I'll purchase again from them either.
