I placed an order on January 18th for four items. I got a shipping confirmation on January 31st but it did not give me a tracking number and when I checked online on February 5th it said my order was fulfilled but I had not received my items and still not have a tracking number. I tried to contact the company via their website on the 6th and 7th with no reply. I finally contacted them via Facebook and they replied quickly. They gave me a tracking number that has not worked any time I have tried it (at least once a day for the past 9 days) and it has been 32 days since I have ordered and I have not received my items when, online, it says that it takes 5-25 days to process and ship the items. They also gave me different information saying it would take 15-35 days since it's been shipped and it has been 20 days since. Eventually, they would just give me the same rote answers in the message on Facebook and then just stopped responding to me and I will NEVER order from them again and I recommend that NO ONE orders through them either

I ordered my items on 1/26/16. I received a confirmation e-mail two days after. Then I received a shipping e-mail on 2/4/16. I patiently waited for my order to arrive. After a month of waiting I tried to contact the company through the email listed on the website. I waited two days and got no reply. I sent another email and have still received no reply. I saw a phone number next to the charge in my bank statement. I called the phone number and left several messages even though I was already sketched out because the phone number seemed to be reaching a cell phone. I started trying to contact them through Facebook and started to get similar responses as everyone else. I finally had to resort to going through my bank to dispute the charge. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I would like to point out to all the people trying to defend the "fire" situation, the sitejabbers website has reviews dating back to October 2015 dealing with the exact same situations. There's no way this "fire" also had something to do with those orders as well. I also started to poke around on the website for other clues that it was a scam and found that the Abstract One Piece Swimsuit has all made up reviews. The names are so fake that I honestly felt stupid for ever trusting the website in the first place. I have also reported this website to the BBB and I reported their Facebook page as a scam to Facebook. One last thing, the Facebook page is also linked to another Facebook page called Lotus Leggings where girls are complaining about the exact same kind of problems so I imagine that it is a website created by the same terrible scammers.
