Ordered several skirts and dresses after seeing it advertised on Facebook all Disney themed ready for my trip to Disneyland. There wasn't any bad reviews on the Facebook page which l at the time made me trust the site.
I ordered in September they arrived in summer following, way after my holiday.
Skirt length is rather short but their wearable. Initially attempted to get a refund as they hadn't arrived, however not long after I started the process they arrived. I certainly wouldn't buy from here again.
I ordered a dress, shirt, skirt, and leggings in Feb 2016. Recived = never. After a couple automated responses and one email with a link to their return policy I never heard back.
If I knew how to take legal action against them that had even a chance of success I would. With all the positive reviews on their Facebook page I assumed I would at least get my merchandise. After posting my unfortunately disappointing experience I was immediately blocked and my comments deleted.
I wish I could rate this company with a 0. Or even less. The dresses were cute, and admittedly, I was sucked in. I ordered awhile ago and after over a month of waiting (they say it will arrive within 5-25 days) I received a very pretty dress that was a little snug, but doable. Other than that, no complaints. Because of this, I assumed this site was legitimate and maybe there was just an error that caused shipping to be so slow. So, months later, I order 5 more. After placing my order I saw that I had accidentally ordered one dress a size smaller that I wanted, so I immediately contacted them via email asking if I can change the size before the order is processed. They say they respond within 24 hours, but 3 days later I had no response. So I contacted them via Facebook message. Again, they say they respond within a few hours but it took about two days, and their response didn't even answer my question. It literally didn't make sense. They responded with "Ok" and an emoji. So I send a few more emails. Still no response. A month and a half later I receive my VERY late order, every single dress is in the wrong size even though they are labeled with the correct size that I ordered, and on top of that, they STILL hadn't responded to my emails I sent a month and a half prior! They made the refund process incredibly inconvenient, and it doesn't matter anyway because they won't respond to you if you ask for a returning address. The address on the packaging is from China which costs about $120 to ship to via UPS. Not even worth it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not shop here! They do not care about their customers. They want your money for ridiculously overpriced clothing. Yes the dresses are cute, but not worth it! $#*!ing scammers!
Never received my orde. RMy mother ordered me a dress and a skirt from this website back in FEBRUARY for my birthday (it is now September in case you can't see the date) and we have contacted them several times (per email). They have no actual phone number, and have never gotten back to us. We asked that the items be shipped to me or that we get a refund and nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Will NEVER order again! I only received one of two things I ordered in January sent two emails and haven't heard at all from them! Don't waste your money go somewhere more reputable like Amazon or Hot Topic.
I ordered my bathing suit from this website. I love online shopping and have heard good things from a family friend. When I looked online I saw the sale for bathing suits and purchased two ($15 + tax). I have waited two to three months for those suits. I could not get in contact with customer service on the website so I emailed Facebook instead. I got in hold with them and they seemed to try and defuse the Situation. However I have been on another waiting time for the past three weeks and at this point I opened an investigation with my bank account. I'm getting my money back
I order from LuluTops back in January. I received 1 of the 2 items I ordered about a month/6 weeks later. I figured they may have shipped separately so I waited a little before contacting costumer service via Facebook since that is where I saw they actively respond to people. Everytime I contacted them I would receive an auto response and then eventually someone would respond and ask for the shipping label. At this point and time it had been a month since I received 1 of 2 items and I had thrown the packing it had come with away. Upon telling them this and offering them an order number they stopped responding. I continued contacting them asking for my item to be resent or a refund for the missing item. I told them that the amount of time it was taking to resolve a simple issue was ridiculous and unprofessional. Again I received another auto response and then again someone asking for the packing slip. Again I explained what I had already told prior only to be ignored and eventually blocked.
Also the one item I did receive was terrible quality. It looked like they just cut the hem with a scissors and left the edge unfinished.
I ordered a dress, it came from China. The tag is cut off and the dress is no where close to the size I ordered. I just want to return it and get my money back and I cant get anyone to respond to my email. I have sent 3 emails, there is no number to call on their site, so I don't know what to do. It says there is a 14 day return policy, I just want to return it and get my money back. I will never order from them again. All I want is the address to send it back to get my money back. After reading some of these reviews, I guess everyone is having the same problem. I guess this company is a total scam. Do not order from them.
They sent me the wrong order. Made me pay to send it back. Now they have money and the product and wont respond. Im forced after weeks to go to the better business bureau.
I've ordered from this site on 4 separate occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. The clothing is soft, comfortable, and perfect for summer wear. The prints are bright and eye-catching. And if you pay close attention to their size charts (Asian sizes), you won't have to wonder about how a piece will fit your body, so this is especially important if you wear plus sizes. The only drawback is that the order confirmation vs shipping times are looooooong because the clothing is shipped directly from their factory in China. So, if you know you're going to need something for an event or special occasion, make sure you order AT LEAST a month in advance. Other than that, though, LuLuTops is a great value for the money, and they have frequent sales and specials, so that is always a plus in my book.
Received merchandise after 2 months. Returned clothing following their policy to the letter. Have not received refund and it's been weeks. Will not respond to emails. Total ripoffs! Do not buy from this company
I ordered a black dress from them and it actually showed up before the 25 days. Opened it up and was horribly disappointed. It's more like a dark-ish grey and the material looks so cheap! I decide to return it even though they charge a $5 restocking fee and you don't get refunded for shipping. I've sent them three emails and I even get an automated response saying that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Ha! Yeah right. I'm never going to hear from them. So at least I got my order, unfortunately, I hate it and can't get my money back.
I also tried to call them out on their Facebook page, but they monitor it and only allow "positive" posts to make it through.
So sketchy and so not worth the money, even if I did get an item on "sale."
I ordered with some reservations because of poor reviews. I have had a great experience. I received my order in a little under two weeks. I was very pleased with the product. I felt the quality was fine. Will definitely order again.
My order came after 35 business days. I am not so happy with the shipping time but the items came looking wonderfully as I expected them to be. Great price, just hope they can ship faster.
Took a month to get my order. Then it is subpar clothing. Contacted for a refund and got a generic email response. Contacted thru facebook and was blocked. I'm in the process of filing a charge back with my bank. Plus, I'm gonna file with the bbb
I'm fine waiting for a month for stuff. I've had hit/miss with Chinese companies. This one is a miss. When my shipping confirmation email came - no tracking #. Whatever. But then I received emails to review my items. Didn't have them. So contacted through form for shipping #. Got a response within 2 days. Checked #. Was already on it's way back to China because it was "undeliverable as addressed". Checked me address on their site - correct. Never got a notice. So replied to email. No response for almost 2 weeks. Wrote in through form. Asking for a refund because it wasn't ever delivered. 2 days later -The response? "Here's your shipping number!" I work in customer service through emails. We have filters for email. So I just contacted again through form only mentioning refund. We'll see what happens. But looks like I won't be seeing that $50 again.
Update: 2 hours after I asked for a refund the 2nd time - once again got "here's our tracking number". Slightly different format of previous tracking email, but blatantly ignoring my request.
I ordered three dresses on April 7th. About 20 minutes later, I tried to cancel my order (after I found this site) and received no response. I reached out on Facebook and got a "I don't have access to your account blah blah blah" response.
Apparently, reaching out made my shipment go out in a reasonable time. Despite the fact that I tried to cancel it THREE TIMES prior to shipment.
My dresses got here yesterday and they are so tiny. I'm typically around an XL/size 14-16, and these dresses would probably not even fit my 5'1" 90 pound Japanese sister-in-law. Ridiculous.
So I reached out again and got blocked. Of course.
Update: I reported them to the BBB and have been going back and forth trying to get this resolved. I received a response asking me to contact them via social media, despite the fact that they have me blocked.
I also updated a photo of my stepson wearing one of the dresses. He's 7 and about 60 pounds. It fits him.
Got my dresses I ordered from them round March first week. And I must say I was hesitant, but hey, they came!
Do NOT use this company! I don't care how cute their stuff is! They are major scammers. It takes them over a month to send your item(s) and when you do receive them the size is WAY OFF. I asked for an extra large and received items that were WAY TOO SMALL. Their response's to your emails? HAHAHAHAHA. Good luck on getting ANY response from them. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
They will steal your money and when you try to get a refund they will ignore you and then block you. Buyer beware!
