I made a purchase a few weeks ago and have not received a tracking order to tell me it has even shipped. The Norton guarantee expires 30 days after the purchase is made, so I am concerned it will expire before the package comes. I have messaged the Facebook page for the store and have not gotten a response. How can I get a tracking number?

It's a scam. She's done it to loads of people. No one has received there items. Please join the lulutops will scam you out of money Facebook page. Every little help with stop her scamming everyone

I messaged them on Facebook, they responded after a few minutes with the tracking. The tracking didn't work after a few days in the usps website.
