I ordered a black dress from them and it actually showed up before the 25 days. Opened it up and was horribly disappointed. It's more like a dark-ish grey and the material looks so cheap! I decide to return it even though they charge a $5 restocking fee and you don't get refunded for shipping. I've sent them three emails and I even get an automated response saying that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Ha! Yeah right. I'm never going to hear from them. So at least I got my order, unfortunately, I hate it and can't get my money back.
I also tried to call them out on their Facebook page, but they monitor it and only allow "positive" posts to make it through.
So sketchy and so not worth the money, even if I did get an item on "sale."

I've ordered from this site on 4 separate occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. The clothing is soft, comfortable, and perfect for summer wear. The prints are bright and eye-catching. And if you pay close attention to their size charts (Asian sizes), you won't have to wonder about how a piece will fit your body, so this is especially important if you wear plus sizes. The only drawback is that the order confirmation vs shipping times are looooooong because the clothing is shipped directly from their factory in China. So, if you know you're going to need something for an event or special occasion, make sure you order AT LEAST a month in advance. Other than that, though, LuLuTops is a great value for the money, and they have frequent sales and specials, so that is always a plus in my book.

Scam!

I ordered my bathing suit from this website. I love online shopping and have heard good things from a family friend. When I looked online I saw the sale for bathing suits and purchased two ($15 + tax). I have waited two to three months for those suits. I could not get in contact with customer service on the website so I emailed Facebook instead. I got in hold with them and they seemed to try and defuse the Situation. However I have been on another waiting time for the past three weeks and at this point I opened an investigation with my bank account. I'm getting my money back

I ordered a dress, shirt, skirt, and leggings in Feb 2016. Recived = never. After a couple automated responses and one email with a link to their return policy I never heard back.
If I knew how to take legal action against them that had even a chance of success I would. With all the positive reviews on their Facebook page I assumed I would at least get my merchandise. After posting my unfortunately disappointing experience I was immediately blocked and my comments deleted.

I ordered three dresses on April 7th. About 20 minutes later, I tried to cancel my order (after I found this site) and received no response. I reached out on Facebook and got a "I don't have access to your account blah blah blah" response.

Apparently, reaching out made my shipment go out in a reasonable time. Despite the fact that I tried to cancel it THREE TIMES prior to shipment.

My dresses got here yesterday and they are so tiny. I'm typically around an XL/size 14-16, and these dresses would probably not even fit my 5'1" 90 pound Japanese sister-in-law. Ridiculous.

So I reached out again and got blocked. Of course.

Update: I reported them to the BBB and have been going back and forth trying to get this resolved. I received a response asking me to contact them via social media, despite the fact that they have me blocked.

I also updated a photo of my stepson wearing one of the dresses. He's 7 and about 60 pounds. It fits him.

Will NEVER order again! I only received one of two things I ordered in January sent two emails and haven't heard at all from them! Don't waste your money go somewhere more reputable like Amazon or Hot Topic.

I ordered a dress, it came from China. The tag is cut off and the dress is no where close to the size I ordered. I just want to return it and get my money back and I cant get anyone to respond to my email. I have sent 3 emails, there is no number to call on their site, so I don't know what to do. It says there is a 14 day return policy, I just want to return it and get my money back. I will never order from them again. All I want is the address to send it back to get my money back. After reading some of these reviews, I guess everyone is having the same problem. I guess this company is a total scam. Do not order from them.

Shocking

Ordered several skirts and dresses after seeing it advertised on Facebook all Disney themed ready for my trip to Disneyland. There wasn't any bad reviews on the Facebook page which l at the time made me trust the site.
I ordered in September they arrived in summer following, way after my holiday.
Skirt length is rather short but their wearable. Initially attempted to get a refund as they hadn't arrived, however not long after I started the process they arrived. I certainly wouldn't buy from here again.

Took a month to get my order. Then it is subpar clothing. Contacted for a refund and got a generic email response. Contacted thru facebook and was blocked. I'm in the process of filing a charge back with my bank. Plus, I'm gonna file with the bbb

There's been too many people complaining that they've never received their order and have gotten no response to their inquiries. I got my order but it is NOT the item that was pictured on the site. It was a complete joke. The images were blurry and the colors were washed out. It looked like a cheap reproduction of the original. Also, beware of Lotus Leggings as well; they are the same company!

Over a month and NOTHING!

Like just about everyone else on here. I placed an order a month ago. No order showed up and no communication from customer service after many attempts at contact. With no way of contacting them there is no chance of a refund. They also dont have paypal so no way of getting a refund that way.
They delete any negative comments on their facebook page straight away.

My order finally arrived on the 14/3/16 it has come from a Chinese warehouse however the company leads you to believe that it is american. The skirt is in bad condition and looks like a child has cut the bottom hem with scissors. Very cheap but it was to be expected with those kind of prices. I would never ever order from these guys again but at least i got my order in the end****

I ordered a dress from Lulutops.com 2 months ago. Very little responses from their Facebook page. All saying they appreciate my patience and there was a fire at their factory in China. And I have not received any emails from the support team. I have emailed them 4 times. I havent received a single tracking number. I am completely done with them. They have time to send me an email everyday talking about deals but they cant message me back about my order. Forget it. DONT BUY LULU!

Buyer Beware!

I purchased a dress over 50 days ago. After waiting the 23 days I was quoted for shipping, I sent an email to customer service with no response. A week later, I found the other reviews on this site and decided contacting them through Facebook was my best bet. I received a quick response with a fake tracking number, and when I told them that the number was in the wrong format, they said they'd get back to me. Well, 2 week later, I have asked for updates and am no longer getting any responses. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company as the Norton guarantee has expired.

Buy at your own risk!

UPDATE: The tracking number is now working and is showing that the dress was not shipped until /after/ I started complaining. So even if I didn't get cheated out of a dress, they clearly were going to do so.

Placed my order 3 months ago and I still have not received any of the items. I've emailed them 3 times and still not got a response. Messaged their Facebook page and got a response: to email the very email that's been ignoring me "since our Facebook Admin and managers are not responsible for answering issues as such."
In short, they stole money. Will be taking this issue further with them if/when my last email is again ignored, because this sort of unethical conduct in business is absolutely not on.

Scam scam scam

I thought I was getting the deal of a century. Except that was over a month and half now. Tried contacting them on Facebook. Got copy paste answers and a bogus tracking number. I've emailed them to never receive a response. I contacted them multiple times to cancel my order since they hasn't sent it out, and wow and behold a few days later they get back to me saying it shipped that day. This place is a scam, they don't give you human responses. I've reported it to the ftc and the attorney general's office in NC.

Never received the items. Being given the run around with generic processing time emails. It is way past processing times that were given. They keep extending the processing time. Stated that my items were shipped but refuse to give tracking info. Then when you try to contact them on fb they block your messages. They sent an email saying there was a warehouse fire in China. But this was several messages later after I pointed out that they keep giving me the run around. Scam!
